Hello rahulroushan,
I guess that you have not installed the theme as expected or maybe you have a CDN which delivered you an old version of the theme. Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Provide there the link of this conversation so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Guys,
using tagDiv Composer, for a background video you only have the ability to use YouTube video, we prefer to have all our media hosted or on our own CDN. because of this we tried using the VC add on for a video background with self hosted link, this did not work unless we disabled the tagDiv Composer plugin.
i am just making you aware that this a problem incase it had not been reported, is this something you know of? and can i make any changes manually so i can get the video’s bg’s to work (using VC) with also having tagDiv Composer plugin active, assuming is a JS thing?
*the main issue we have is we have some pages designed with tagDiv Composer and some that are NOT, so we have problems if its On and problems if its OFF.
I have spent an entire day trying to get this working (and also tried 3rd party plugins), and come to you guys as a last resort.
thanks
Jonathan
After a few more hours, it looks like the issue may have been Jetpack setting to serve images from their global CDN…
Hello,
If you will check our demo on FireFox you will see that the Author name styling works as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/DMlrGttc7nyr For more investigations, please provide your website URL. Also, you need to remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Changing the permalink to the new structure should work just as before in terms of AMP. Save the permalinks again and open a new post, add /amp after it’s URL and there should be no problem. Maybe also clear your cache and CDN if used.
Thanks

Hi,
Could be caused by the Cloudflare rocket loader, same as in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-search-appearing-on-desktop/
That is usually the case, disabling it should solve the sliding issue
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Thanks
Glad you fixed it. I have inspected your website, from what I can see there are many images which do not load, they have a status of 400
– https://www.screencast.com/t/9MgimjUoWg
If you use an image delivery system you could check why this is happening.
Also be sure to check the theme requirements guide and increase the allocated resources if needed

There are also quite a few topics in this forum for improving website speed, try a search for these and read a few for more information. Some of the topics here

Please copy this code code in your public_html “.htaccess” file
FilesMatch "\.(ttf|otf|eot|woff|woff2)$">
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "http://skin.cdn.com"
</IfModule>
</FilesMatch>
After you add the code in “.htaccess”, please clear all cache and force to refresh your web.
Also you can try to log out and log in again.
Thanks.

Hello Hubert,
It seems to be a caching problem! Purge all the CDN files, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello fabinhoalmeida,
I have inspected again your website and I have shared a post on Whatsapp and everything seems to work as expected without any problems. I did wait less than seconds until the sharing post to be loaded. Also, I have checked your console and I saw that you have some errors through it. You should disable all of the untested plugins, remove all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Wriper,
It seems to be a caching problem! Check your CloudFlare configuration to be according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello. Congrats on an amazing theme! I’m having a problem implementing my posts exactly as I want them. I’ve got 2 problems: 1st photos are kept at a distance (it’s like they are 2 lines apart), whereas I want them close together. ( 2nd I post 2 social links at the end of each post but though I put them centered, in Newspaper they are aligned on the left.

Thanks…Google bot was blocked from accessing the CDN files. Hence the issue. Solved it by allowing Google to access CDN resources.
Hello Ben7777,
I have inspected your website on mobile and it seems to come to a left white sidebar which is temporary until full loading of your website page, sorry! Unfortunately, this is not a good theme behavior and this issue might come from your customizations and from your untested plugins used by you, like WP Rocket, for example. Please disable all of these, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello mamito,
Yes, when you upgrade the theme, all of the code and plugins have to be updated with the latest version of them which come bundled with the theme packet. Update the Child Theme and replace it with the new version of it and check the results. Also, clear all the caches, purge CDN files before checking the new results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
Obviously I use some caching plugins as well as a CDN so I guess that’s why it doesn’t work.
Hello Graphic Oracle,
Please check the CloudFlare configuration from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ Ensure that you are using the latest version of it and also, all the requirements from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ are confirmed.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello andre_langseth,
Remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should make a new install to another domain via FTP way and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello kerone,
Please ensure that you have correctly installed the latest version of the theme via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files, remove all of the untested plugins and check the results. If you will check our demo preview, you will see that our theme is fully responsive for each small devices. Most likely, the problem comes from your install. Also, if the problem is still there, you should make a new install to another sub-domain for testing and check the results.
NOTICE: Our theme is fully responsive!
Thank for your understanding!
Yes I saw the Tutorial and I think that does not exist anymore. All I see in my Adsense account is the following:
Copy and paste this in HEAD:
<script async custom-element="amp-auto-ads"
src="https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0/amp-auto-ads-0.1.js">
</script>
Copy and paste this in body:
<amp-auto-ads type="adsense"
data-ad-client="ca-pub-XXXXXXXXXXXX">
</amp-auto-ads>
from myself,I did not install plugin with cache and I don’t know what are the cdn files. I installed wp super cache and I made a test. The test did not reveal any problem.
