Hello,
To remove that category you must add an extra class per block, in General, for example, I add the name class “tdi_all” => https://www.screencast.com/t/jnyFHuNVCyEy and using this custom code CSS it looks like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/siEkmBiA
This is the code:
.tdi_all .td-pulldown-filter-display-option
ul li:first-child
{
display: none;
}
The code need to be inserted in Theme Panel -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/qCeuItCkgug
Hope this helps you!

Hi marcorroma, unfortunately, for the moment we didn’t test the https://it.wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-post-queries/ with our theme, therefor we do not know if this is working correctly or not with our theme.
As for “Advanced Custom Fields” as I know is a plugin that require to add some extra parameters in theme files, as I know this is working with standard templates from our theme, but is a little complicate with cloud templates and one problem is when you update the theme, all the settings made in theme and plugin files will be lost if those files that were edited can not be set in the child theme.
Please take a look over the next useful guides from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/add-additional-fields-to-posts-in-category-grid/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/add-custom-field-to-post/ to know how you can configure your Advanced Custom Fields.
Thank you!
I’m trying to configure this plugin: https://thrivethemes.com/comments/
Pls check message below
Hello Fabio,
Thank you for getting back to us, and for taking the time to create a backup of your website.
Based on my investigation, it seems that the issue was caused by your Newsmag Child theme.
As soon as I temporarily switch your theme to a WordPress default one – Twenty Twenty, you can see from the screenshot below that the Thrive Comments is now working as expected.
See: http://prntscr.com/xzyrb6
Then, once the said theme is active again, the Thrive Comments was overridden by the WordPress default comment system again: https://prnt.sc/xzyuvg
To explain it a bit further, all of our products – plugins and themes, are written according to the WordPress codex standards. That being said, it should work properly with other third-party products, as long as they are written according to the WordPress codex standards too.
With this, could you please kindly reach out to the developers of your Newsmag Child theme and ask them to take a look at this issue as well? Since they are more familiar with how their theme works.
Please let us know if there is anything we can help you with from our side, and we’ll be glad to assist you.
Best regards,
Jona
Hello !
This sounds like a caching issue. When your cache has been cleared the elements were gone already. You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
In order to restore your elements you will have to upload a backup of your website.
Thank you !
