You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

Hi im trying to upgrade a website that uses newspaper 4.6 to the latest version 10, the site is on a child theme,
is it even possible? what are the things i need to know? what actions to take?
looks like theres something called wp-boost that was in the old version and now its gone, what should i do about it? getting a lot of errors because of it
tried updating plugins – tagdiv composer etc. looks like its now working, it says failed after i install or update

I’d like to insert an additional code into the comment section of the theme.
I have a completed code for comments.php with a child theme.
However, it does not apply to pages created with tagdiv composer.
Can I know the location of the file that acts as ‘comments.php’ for application to a page created with tagdiv composer?

Please try with another single post template and only with tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again, and see whether the problem persists.

All the pro DEMOS use cloud library templates meaning that they are fully editable using tagDiv Composer and also the theme will be lighter because the queries will be made only for the elements that are in the templates.
If you don’t resolve the problem, please send us a link for your website and some screenshots with the problem.

Ads are not showing. Went to use a non-Google Adsense provider. They supplied header tags, ad snippet code, instructions. Everything seems to be done correctly. No ads are showing.
This is the Newspaper Child theme. V 9.0c on WP 5.6
Do any thoughts come to mind?

I think that you are referring to this problem https://i.imgur.com/zk2zlYS.png this is form the extra plugins that you are using. Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

When the mobile is display on desktop in most cases the problem is from some plugins, but most of the time from cache plugins. Please make a test, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
