The problem with the sidebar is caused by a plugin conflict. Most of the time it is about the WPBakery plugin with tagDiv Cloud Library. We recommend to use only one of them.
About the post filter, if you set the post id in this place -> https://i.imgur.com/ukhHAiF.png the problem should be resolved. If this is not working, please try with a different id and in case that the problem persist, try using only tagDiv plugins.

You need to access an article/post in the frontend, click on the green button Edit with the TagDiv Composer and from there you can add the elements.

Unfortunately, the option to show modified date is only for Single Post Template from Cloud Library.
With tagDiv Composer, you can add the element Single Post Modified Date in Single Post Template and
you can change the additional text in “Last updated on” => https://www.screencast.com/t/EvfUQMfzkd, and the Single Post Modified Date will show you the last time you edited that post => https://www.screencast.com/t/j74uz43paZj

I have set the header and footer for the mobile templates for all, single post, category post, archive post, it looks fine on the desktop when I am setting up the mobile pages, but when I load on my mobile it shows the header and footer from theme options not the one I set using cloud library

We have been throughly testing but could not see as the internal 500 does not specifically say what the error is. This being said, I was checking every pluggin and I found when we deactivate the tagDiv composer and tagDiv Cloud Library then we see the the error is gone but the site is breaking down.
We think some issue is with this two pluggin or some other pluggins

I recommend you to make a full backup, update the theme and plugins to the latest version 11.4.3.
If you use default templates, then you can install the Standard Pack plugin.

This is because you are using a demo that is being edited from the font and does not take into account the settings in the standard pack (please disable the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin and if everything works fine, leave it disabled). If you use a cloud/pro template, then you can place how many ads you need.
You should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
If you want to use auto ads(are displaying randomly in your website), then they should be placed in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes.

hi guys,
I have a category “Test”…
category “Test” has a category template from “Cloud Library”
this “Test” category has 3 subcategories and each subcategory has 3 posts…
when I go to the front of the category and click on the green button “Edith with TagDiv Composer” in edit mode all 3 posts from all 3 subcategories are displayed (all 9 posts)…
when I click on “Save” and “view” I get a page for the category without posts and without sidebar…

This is because post template 1 is a standard template from standard pack and cannot be edited with the tagDiv Composer, only cloud templates can be edited.
For example, if you give a damn about tagDiv Standard Pack, only the options for cloud templates will remain.
Also, it is possible to have a individual header set on that single post template. Please check in the theme panel to see the global header that you have set.

Hi PrinterSmith, from what I see in your screenshot and details that you provided, the problem is that a theme plugin is not enabled. Please install and activate the tagDiv Cloud Library from Newspaper > plugins.
Also, please check to be sure that you have all the theme plugins enable like you had before the update.

Yes these demos are stored in the cloud. If you want, only the items you want can be imported from the cloud.
All the changes you mention can be made using the tagDiv Composer, edit the pages and cloud templates with the theme editor to make them look the way you need them.

If a code is displaying in your frontend, then this means some plugins are deactivated.
Make sure you have the TagDiv Composer, tagdiv Cloud Library installed and activated.
You need the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates.

When you install a demo this is coming with banners, so to change them you need to use tagDiv Composer to edit the page and the cloud templates. Select the banner and check in image tab, remove the image from there and set you ad using the above guide.

The single_template_2 is a default templates and works only with the Standard Pack plugin.

Try to install the plugin Classic Widgets by WordPress and see the results.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.
For cloud templates, you can add the sidebar in the tagdiv Composer. Steps:
1. Add 1 row
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.

It seems like tagDiv Standard Pack plugin need to be installed and activated. Are there any recent Changes? Earlier since after 10.4 TagDiv Composer and TagDiv Cloud Library need to be updated and active. But tagDiv Standard Pack plugin seems to be something new that needs to be installed and activated?

1. If you use cloud templates, then we recommend you to have the logo set in the TagDiv Composer. Actually, there is no difference, but the theme panel is useful for default templates.

For technical reasons I had to uninstall Cloud Library. Now I would like to reinstall it but on the dedication page, as soon as I click to install, I get a warning that I don’t have permission to access the page. What can I do?
