Hi again, I deactivated all plugins except TagDiv Composer and Cloud, cleared cache, and still had the issue. I repeated the first step you sent about the Composer plugin and still have the display issue. I’m not using a child theme.

I have an issue about the Cloud Templates.
I have a website built with Newspaper theme (with “Magazine PRO). I need to put on some pages of this website a different header with a different menu.
I followed this guide ( https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/swich-header-for-some-pages/ ) creating a new cloud templates for header but when I go to the page where I want to change the header and select the new header, the new header will apply to all the pages of my website instead of the selected page.
I tried also this guide ( https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/different-logo-in-categorypage/ ) but the problem is that pages haven’t a category.
Which procedure can I use? Thank you.

2. You can not use a category template for a page. In Cloud Templates, you can create and assign a page template.

Please set the wp-memory and the requirements like our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also, make sure that you are using SSL and you have a good bandwidth; the one from our server is 1GB/s, and the one that I use at home is 500MB/s, if you have low bandwidth, then you can access parts of the cloud, this can be done from the frontend, for example, if you are on a post -> https://i.imgur.com/4G74M7F.jpg or from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2F6MhfI.png or from backend -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wekHmc7kJ8J

No its not resolve as soon as I disable cloud library plugin it working normal but when I activate tag div cloud library it start refreshing and continuous loading its issue with mandatory plugins

Usually, after you set the code in .htaccess the WP editor works well.

Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins and try to open the WP Editor.
Please check the console https://imgur.com/bRYwbvE if you have any errors when you try to open the wp editor, maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

I think that I know what the problem is, please edit the cloud template with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/j8YvKks.png click on the block and remove the offset -> https://i.imgur.com/dJ0iFQu.png let that field empty.

It is experienced that every time TagDiv composer creating a new issue. This time following is show in the Cloud Template Dashboard.

Error, no templates data received from server.
No cloud templates found!
How to solve it.

I have Newspaper 12.3 installed and I am using the tagDiv Composer for my cloud header template.
I am trying to change my current header to use “Smart snap” but it does not work.
Here are the steps I’ve tried:
1. Open the header template I saved in the Cloud Templates section, using “Edit in TD Composer”.
2. Select the header to go to the “Zone” menu; however, there is no “Sticky” section here (even though my header is currently always sticky). See screenshots: https://www.screencast.com/t/ec4dkZGG2.
3. When I try to re-enable the sticky header (“Main menu sticky”) from the website “Manager”, I can’t access the “Header” settings. See screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/PkkF0yHF.
4. Alternatively, I try to go into one of my other cloud templates and then go to website “Manager” which displays the “Header” settings and it is already set to “Main menu sticky”. I select it again for good measure.
5. I then select the header to go to the “Zone” menu which now displays the Sticky settings; so I change the “Sticky type” to “Smart Snap” and save the settings (see screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/5NJ8yvdaDZC). However, the header is still ALWAYS sticky (regardless of scrolling up or down). So the settings are having no effect.
This is driving me crazy. I have tried searching the forums for help but can’t find any solutions.

So, you can correct any other demo in the same way.
What you can do is avoid using the same templates for the English version and make sure the CSS code won’t affect the entire website, so you can build the English version too. You have the possibility to mix the templates with the help of cloud templates and upload any layout. More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
