I’m not using cloud templates, I’m using widgets from wordpress dashboard Appearance > Widgets > ‘image’ ‘custom html’ and ‘[tagdiv]Ad Box’ none of this are working properly.

Yes, because something is interfering there. I can see that you have some errors in the console.
Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Check some other possible factors which can interfere in our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
If you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

The single_template_2 is a default templates and works only with the Standard Pack plugin.
If you’ll use the cloud single templates, then you can deactivate the Standard Pack plugin and you’ll have no error.

Try to install the plugin Classic Widgets by WordPress and see the results.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.
For cloud templates, you can add the sidebar in the tagdiv Composer. Steps:
1. Add 1 row
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.

Hello, there is any possibility to add Cloudflare streams support to the Tag Div Composer elemets. I was trying use in the video element and anythere and it is unfunctional. You are supporting just Youtube and Vimeo. But Cloudflare Stream are very good and quality video cloud and would be great if you add support.

It seems like tagDiv Standard Pack plugin need to be installed and activated. Are there any recent Changes? Earlier since after 10.4 TagDiv Composer and TagDiv Cloud Library need to be updated and active. But tagDiv Standard Pack plugin seems to be something new that needs to be installed and activated?
ok. the options for the manager do not show when i edit the header template in cloud templates. they show when i do that by editing the header when i open a page.
The issue I see now is this:
in mobile devices, all headers are now sticky… but… in mobile, when i scroll a page, the headers height is largely increased and occupies too much space with white background. That shows only when browsed in a smartphone.

1. If you use cloud templates, then we recommend you to have the logo set in the TagDiv Composer. Actually, there is no difference, but the theme panel is useful for default templates.

I tried editing the single post template with tag divcomposer but it wouldn’t save no matter what I do, so I decided to uninstall it, after doing so, I couldn’t even find the template again in div cloud, it was as though it never existed. been having series of issues from this point, could you check out what is the issue? I am using a prebuilt website template(name is: CRYPTO PRO), I can see single post templates for other templates but not for this particular template to match.
PS: I can edit other cloud templates in this prebuilt.

For technical reasons I had to uninstall Cloud Library. Now I would like to reinstall it but on the dedication page, as soon as I click to install, I get a warning that I don’t have permission to access the page. What can I do?

Please disable and delete the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud library, after that reinstall them from Newspaper > plugins.

Yes new demos have been added, but it will take a few more days until the cloud templates on them will be available on the cloud. For this, each demo must be broken into sections, these sections must be 1 to 1 with the demo and only then are uploaded to the cloud.

So we have purchased a license on themeforest and for some reason when we try to build a page with tagDiv Composer using tagDiv Cloud Library we get this message in red:

Is there any problem with our purchase key? When we check the Newspaper’s theme panel it says that it’s registered and so in the System Status tab. Should I Reset Key or something?
I’m using a newspaper theme which is a little slow now and I’m also getting a message from my server that “the server load is high”. When I tried to find the reason of this load then my server provider (Liquid web) told me that this load is due to one MYSQL query. I’m only running this site on this server and using CLoudflare pro. My traffic is around 15k per month only. I think, My server is capable to handle it.
