In Cloud Template Footer Template – Default PRO not showing edit with tag div composer
I can’t find the mobile edit menu and tagDiv Composer has only 3 viewponts
I can’t find tagdiv cloud library plugin..

This is not a general problem, but it can be caused by more situations:
Please check the plugin conflict, so you can make a test using only the theme plugins.
If you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Another situation can be from .htaccess ” deny from all” -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
If you tried all those and the problem is persisting, please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel. We’ll take a look to see what can be the problem.

We are sorry for any problems that we caused. Also we have released an updated version – Newspaper 11.3.2. – to fix and prevent this issue in the future.
Unfortunately, for the moment the td-cloud-library can not be set in a child theme, sorry! But using the cloud menu, the subcategories can be set with tagDiv Composer, so it should not bee need to edit the files -> https://i.imgur.com/hNGAzKX.jpg

After we install themes Pro (Pulses PRO), this all feature normal.. but on post list, edit post & edit page there are bugs css text like this:

If we disable plugin tagDiv Cloud Library disable, this postlist, edit post & Edit page return to normal

To have the Post Settings for the mobile theme, then you need to deactivate the tagDiv Standard pack plugin, this plugin is not required from version 10.4, because the new demos are using cloud templates.

If you are using our Newspaper theme then you can you 2 types of live search, the one from the tagDiv Cloud Library that can be edited with tagDiv Composer, for this the files responsive for the live search is this one wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_search.php
Now if you are using a standard header and not a cloud then, the live search will be on a different path, each standard header has a different path for example -> https://i.imgur.com/sJZQZI8.png now the code will be executed in javascript on this file -> wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/js/tagdiv-theme.js -> https://i.imgur.com/uq8v79k.png

Footer contents disappeared as the theme was updated.
Before the theme was updated, Footer contents could be created and modified in Theme panel > FOOTER.
In the updated theme, it seems that footer contents can be managed with CLOUD LIBRARY TEMPLATE.
Is there any way to revive my lost footer contents?
I’m managing multi-site using the Newspaper theme, and all multi-site footer contents are gone.
I would appreciate it if you could answer.

I tried to do this but in version 11.3 there are changes. The relevant line of code is
1788 in the file
wp-content\plugins\td-cloud-library\shortcodes\header\tdb_header_mega_menu.php
So it is under plugins.
The thing is for those of us who are using child theme how can we ensure that this change will stay?
I do not know of a way to override plugins in the child theme. If one can help it will be great.
@alexandros I think you are caching your wordpress site wrong, I don’t know how, maybe it is a good idea to post the url.
If you are using wp supercache or some other plugin, go to your hosting panel and delete his folder under wp-content/plugins, you should be able to access to wp-admin
If you are using cloudflare, put it into developer mode from the dashboard

Log in to FTP and rename the following folders in “wp-content/plugins”. td-comproser -> td-comproser2 and td-cloud-library – td-cloud-library2. Then you can login to your admin panel.
This kind of message is unacceptable!!! TagDiv – this is not your website, you can display whatever you want on it. A few hours of downtime causes more damage than the cost of buying your shitty theme!!!

I imported a custom post template from template clouds and using the tagdv editor I edited the custom post template. the tagdv page builder shows that the page is designed but when I choose my custom post template from themes panel, the post template crashes and everything goes over each other. The related posts are coming over the bottom designs of the page. though, I have two columns in my custom post template, the post shows only one column of the custom post. everything is missed up in post section.
