For the header logo, these options have been implemented. If you have a standard header from the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin, then please deactivate, delete and reinstall the plugin again from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc if you have a header template from the cloud library it shouldn’t be a problem.
The options for the footer logo will be implemented in the next update.

This is the way that our theme builder is working. Using tagDiv Composer you can build pages and cloud templates and this is done on the front-end where you will see exactly how the website looks when you add elements, but in the back-end, those pages and cloud templates are builder using shortcodes. That is why when you open a page in a WordPress editor it is displayed only shortcodes.
So, if you want to copy the shortcodes for the header, then edit only the template header, copy the code and add it in a blank header template and after assign it on the pages where you want => https://we.tl/t-GnmtCu0pPT

Our design team has customized a cloud template for our individual post pages. They would like the ability to add custom sidebars to specific pages. However none of the things they’ve tried have worked. I came across this page which suggests using the widget sidebar module, or by including a sidebar into the cloud template itself.
What they’re really looking for is a way to add a custom shortcode to any given page, and have it show up in the sidebar. They don’t want to add it to the template because then it would show up on every page using that template. They don’t want to create additional templates because they’d essentially be duplicating a template and only changing the sidebar.
Is it possible for the Newspaper theme to read in the value of a custom field, and render it in the sidebar of a cloud template?
For example
* The user creates a shortcode [foobar id=1234" category="SEC"] and assigns it to the “sidebar_shortcode” custom field.
* The cloud template is able to read in the value of that field and render the shortcode
* If any given page doesn’t have a value for that field it does nothing.
Is that possible?
Thank you this worked perfectly for the page. Now I am needing to create a separate page to display the CPT content when someone navigates to the CPT content and display custom fields. We are currently using the NewsPaper theme with the Cloud Template feature. Is it possible to use the Single Template feature as we have on the regular posts where we can choose which template to use for each post? Also, is it possible to create a cloud template to display the CPT single post with the custom fields we have created also? We would like this template to be used only for the CPT Top 100. We would also like to possibly also display some of the ACF custom fields on the initial landing page. Is this possible? Thank you in advance. Well, the issue has been resolved because I shifted back to default Cloud Template which in use on behalf of the Newspaper theme for the website bet3.GR as its whole.
The issue was also found on sidebars indeed, but I applied different blocks shortcodes for recent articles, with the option of no photo.
To be honest, the main problem is photo structure: Photos have a different behaviour for logged-off visitors than logged-in users (I can provide you with credentials to watch from yourselves), that’s why I was initially wondering if it is a cache problem. I used paid extended version of WP Rocket plugin, but I recently read in the documentation of the theme that WP Super Cache plugin is recommended for this purpose, as it is the only 100% tested on the particular theme.
In a nutshell, the only problem is photos. I am currently trying not to display them on blocks or thumbnails. I am just wondering if this should be a more than temporary solution and I have to reject and deter from using some of the theme attributes and abilities.

for a few weeks now I have an issue when editing pages. I can’t edit text blocks and content blocks. It’s just endlessly loading:

Now I can’t even save pages anymore which is a huge problem. According to our plugin QueryMonitor the following 3 queries are also causing slow pageload. 2 of them are related to Newspaper:

I disabled all other plugins but the issue is still there so I think it’s related to the composer and cloud library.

You can use tagDiv Composer, for posts, if you use a Single Post Template from Cloud Library, but if you have a standard template from Theme Panel, then you can’t use it.
Also, for Custom Post Type you can’t use tagDiv Composer.

I know I can edit with TD Composer a PAGE but then you can’t use the normal WordPress editor, is there a way to use a template for a page and specify a different header then the default site header? I have a special section I am working on and want this PAGE to use a different header, but want to use the standard WordPress Editor to edit the page, I just want when viewed to load a different header then the global one.
Appreciate any insight.
PS. I use the Cloud Library not standard.

Did you install a Pro Prebuilt Website or a standard Prebuilt Website?
Is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ , you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Tnx topmagazin. Rocket loader was disabled and I dont use Wordfence (iThemes security has no http header settings). I kept playing with Cloudflare settings and nothing made a difference. Than 1 week later it just magically fixed itself ?
So for anyone potantially getting this issue, the correct Cloudflare settings are:
– auto minify everything
– brotli on
– rocket loader off
Consider this issue resolved.

Please check if you have the tagDiv plugins activate(tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Standard Pack), also please check if you have other plugins, if you have, please deactivate them and see if the problem persists.

At this point, it is not a priority to build a new cloud template, so I changed subpage of UEFA Euro 2020 (https://www.bet3.gr/category/euro-2020/) back to default template. I noticed, however, that the issue of image position exists on every cloud template of Newspaper theme: Mobile theme, Homepage, 404 Error page, Inner pages etc, when I use content block shortcodes. Is there a generic CSS code to set the image position right on Blocks or do I have to discriminate which Blocks I use to write CSS on them?

The code in WpBakery loads over the code in tagDiv Cloud Library, causing these problems.
A solution is to use a stronger custom code CSS, but it will stay that way no matter what future changes you make in Cloud Templates (it must adjust the custom CSS too), and you will have to change its values.
If you have the desired layout, then let me know (enable back the WP Bakery) and I try to make a CSS for you.

Hello. I entered bet3.GR in Troubleshooting version, with all the plugins deactivated. I only activated tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Mobile Theme, tagDiv Social Counter, tagDiv Standard Pack plugins and after that, the menu has been disappeared at all for logged-off users. I checked from Google Chrome, Opera, Microsoft Edge, Maxthon browsers. Please watch the screenshot attached.
Afterwards, I opened tagDiv Composer, I changed some settings but the issue remains.

But, if auto in article ads work, why are they not showing between any of the cloud template article paragraphs or custom TagDiv page posts? I know I have set up Adsense auto ads correctly because they show up in between the posts of my search pages and at the bottom of all pages. But not in between the articles and posts content of the cloud template article paragraphs or custom TagDiv page posts.

If you use a cloud/PRO template, then you should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads.

If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
