Thank you, yes, I was able to get it fixed. It was a cache issue, as you said, but needed to fixed through cloudways (my host) in the backend. Their techs helped me get it fixed. Turned out it was not a tag div issue. Appreciate your help.

Hi Cloud Hosting,

1. The theme do not provide this option, therefore you’ll need to use an extra plugin to achieve multiple authors in a post, I hope our guide will help you – https://forum.tagdiv.com/adding-multiple-authors-articles/

2. Those can be added using the guide for ads inside post content – https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/

3. If you are referring to the format, this can be set custom as you like – https://i.imgur.com/xOjndDn.jpeg

4. Use tagDiv Composer on single post element and add the reading element on the template – https://i.imgur.com/b6i9REe.jpeghttps://i.imgur.com/6dsjZ5L.jpeg

5. I believe this is best done directly in the post content at the end of start of the article, therefore will no need for extra options.

6. I believe this is related to an article list that can be done using the wordpress editor – https://www.google.com/search?q=lists+style+goutenberg+wordpress#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:c16f3c84,vid:AR4c3BhZr1M,st:0

7. There are a few options in the classic editor and a few in Gutenberg editor that can be used – https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/quote-block/

8. This is an option that can be set on theme blocks, for this you need to edit the page or the template using tagDiv Composer – select the block and check in filter tab the settings for ajax categories dropdown – https://i.imgur.com/k79i7H3.jpeg the results will be – https://i.imgur.com/aoOEyBa.jpeg

Thank you!

Hi,

Yes, the templates settings are stored in the theme panel under the mentioned tabled.

Now in case that you created a template on one your website and you want to move it to another domain the most simple and efficient way will be to copy past the code from that template (like you copy a page or an article), just make sore that if you copy a code from a cloud header you set it in a cloud header, not in another type of cloud template.

Also, there is another solution that will migrate all cloud templates, this is the WordPress tool. Using the import/export option from the theme will allow you to import only the theme panel settings, the cloud templates go in tool > export – https://i.imgur.com/3Wxk885.png then to import you need to go in tool > import then install the wordpress importer and clink on run import – https://i.imgur.com/tyxoVvg.png

Thank you!

Hi,
If that is a cloud header and you have set the color on a row, then just make sure that the row is stretched -> https://i.imgur.com/l1ZJx9m.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/ZCHkQXX.png then apply the color (this can be set from css tab -https://i.imgur.com/UxJngZl.png).
I hope this will help you!

Hi,

The theme panel option for Sign in / join header will apply only if you are using an old header template style, if you are using a cloud header template, then you’ll need to add the element for Sign in / join using tagDiv Composer.

Thank you!

Hi,

In case that you want to change the pre-design template, then you can use this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ in case that you want only to import a new homepage, then you can do it from tagDiv Cloud Libraryhttps://i.imgur.com/cRmOioc.png
Also, you can use tagDiv Composer to edit pages and cloud template.

Thank you!

Hi,

“Unfortunately, the mobile hamburger menu does not include this option by default. While it is possible to implement it through theme code, this approach is not recommended unless you are a developer.

A better solution is to use a Cloud Template header and create a popup element with the tagDiv Composer. In this popup, you can link to a page that contains all the elements you’d like to display in your mobile menu.

Thank you!

Hi,

If you are referring to the new review system – https://forum.tagdiv.com/user-reviews/, then yes, this can be used with CPS.

The tagDiv Standard Pack plugin can be disable, but first you should check to be sure that you have replace all standard templates and elements with cloud templates. The first step will be to set cloud templates for the full website, after that disable the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin and check your website to see if there are any shortcodes if there are, enable the plugin and replace or remove those elements that will be bring by the standard pack.

Thank you!

This is a simple question but I am apparently struggling to find an answer: is there an official way to backup out custom cloud themes?

My understanding is that they might be stored in the db under wp_options > td_011 and td_011_settings, is that correct?

What’s the recommended way to make sure I can safely import them on a fresh installation? It seems like they are not included in the theme settings, right?

@Anamaria – I am having this same issue. A password-protected page works on mobile as a Post. But if I put the same information in a Page and password protect it. The page loads blank.

You said for this to work ‘you need to set the content in mobile theme editor’ – I have a page cloud template set and a mobile version as well for the page templates.

Here are links to examples

Hi, the problem seems to be one of your page elements. It’s not an external plugin, nor the footer or the header. It only affects cloud templates with this specific element that gives me a post list. How can I fix it?

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, the guide you shared does not address the specific issues I mentioned.

I’m looking to allow users to select their city for the weather widget, just like on https://in.gr, directly from the header — not just display a static default city.

I also asked how to exclude the date and weather widgets in the header from being cached by page caching plugins like “WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache,” but the guide makes no mention of this either.

Can you please provide guidance on how to implement these two specific features?

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

The Nature Love is an old pre-built website and it was not constructed with cloud templates, it was made with standard templates (tagDiv Standard Pack plugin) and you need to use the theme panel settings to edit it. Go to Newspaper > Theme pane > Multi-purpose > header settings -> https://i.imgur.com/dmy7pCv.png

I hope this will help you!

Hi,

I installed Nature Love prebuilt website and I am customizing it.
The problem is, I see a header that I cannot modify in any obvious way.

In the page interface it tells me this type of header is not editable and to use a cloud template.
However there is no “Cloud Template” for Nature Love.

How can I customize this header without using CSS hiding tricks?
Eg, The word Donate, maybe I’d like it to say Get Involved or Volunteer or something…?

Hi,

Do you currently have any security or performance protections in place for your website? I recommend using Wordfence for security and Cloudflare for added protection and performance optimization. Cloudflare’s “Under Attack Mode” can be especially helpful for monitoring and mitigating unusual traffic spikes or attacks. It also allows you to observe if the resource or CPU usage decreases during that time.

In addition, it’s a good idea to identify what’s consuming your server resources. Tools like Query Monitor and Code Profiler can help you pinpoint high CPU or resource usage caused by plugins, themes, or database queries.

Also, are you using AJAX pagination or filters for “most popular” posts? These features can increase resource consumption, especially on high-traffic sites.

Thank you!

Hi,

Okay, let’s go through a few methods to help identify the issue.

Step 1: Start by testing your site using only the tagDiv plugins. If you’re using a child theme, please switch to the main theme temporarily to eliminate potential conflicts.

Step 2: If the issue persists, check multiple pages to see whether it occurs site-wide or only on a specific page.
If it’s only affecting one page, the problem may be related to recent changes made on that page.
If the issue appears on all pages, continue to the next step.
Step 3: Check whether the issue is coming from the cloud header or cloud footer templates. These are applied globally, so if one of them is corrupted, the problem will show up on every page and template that uses them. You can test this by temporarily changing the global header and footer.

Let us know what you find, and we’ll assist you further from there.

Thank you!

Hi AhmadiKatu,
I show in via email with screenshot how you can set the page as homepage. There are 2 possibilities, the most simple one is to go to Cloud templates and click on the page from there to be assigned as frontpage – https://i.imgur.com/1Vuv6C5.png also you can use this link https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/ for how to build and homepage and how set it up.
I hope this will help you!

Calin

Hi,

In those case the first recommendation will be to make sure you are using the last theme version and WordPress version. If you already have the last version of the theme, please disable and delete tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, after that please go to Newspaper > plugins and reinstall those 2 plugins from there.

I hope this will help you!
Thank you

Contextual Menus Not Working in TagDiv Composer – Persistent React Error #200

Issue Description
The contextual menus (e.g., row settings, column settings) in the TagDiv Composer builder are not opening or responding on all browsers (Chrome, Brave, Firefox). The browser console shows the following React error:

Steps Already Taken
Disabled all plugins except TagDiv Composer, Cloud Library, and essential TagDiv plugins – issue persists.

Increased PHP memory limit to 256M in wp-config.php.

Added the recommended .htaccess directives for TagDiv builder functionality at the end of the .htaccess file (including SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M and Header always append X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN).

Reset theme options via Theme Panel > Support > Reset Theme.

Tested with default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Three) – TagDiv builder not available for testing there.

Verified no 403/404 errors on admin-ajax.php requests in the network console.

Noted Google Maps warnings related to deprecated markers but confirmed API key is valid.

Tested the issue on multiple browsers (Chrome, Brave, Firefox) with the same result.

Technical Environment
Theme: Newspaper 12

Active TagDiv Plugins: Composer, Cloud Library, etc.

Hosting: Infomaniak

PHP Version: 8.1+

Apache modules confirmed active: mod_headers, mod_rewrite

mod_substitute is enabled (confirmed with hosting support)

No server-side errors related to permissions or timeouts found.

Request for Support
Please help identify the root cause of the React error in classic-editor.js, which seems related to Yoast SEO integration.

Confirm compatibility of TagDiv Composer with React 18+ and the latest WordPress versions.

Advise on any necessary server configurations or known conflicts that could cause this issue.

Provide guidance on ensuring proper DOM targeting and iframe handling within the builder to restore contextual menu functionality.

Attachments
PHP and server error logs (available via Infomaniak Manager).

Full browser console logs including Console and Network tabs.

Exported theme settings from Theme Panel.

Additional Note:
The .htaccess directives recommended by TagDiv for the builder’s proper operation have been added at the end of the .htaccess file and are present on the server.

Thank you very much for your assistance. Looking forward to your guidance to resolve this issue.

Best regards

Hi,

The mentioned error most of the time is related to a shortcode/element that is corrupted or not compatible with the theme or a theme plugin (e.g: after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error).
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on the header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persists). This problem can be resolve by using a page/cloud template revision (after it has been identify from where is coming the problem, e.g only on a page, on all pages, can be from header or footer..).

Thank you

Hi,

There are 2 possibilities:
1. If you are using standard templates, then you need to check the settings from the theme panel > ads sections and remove the code from there – https://i.imgur.com/RgRL101.png
2. When are use cloud template then you need to use tagDiv Composer to edit the ad box elements.

Hello,

To add the undo, redo button you need to activate theme from Manager panel – https://i.imgur.com/5um4NOE.jpeghttps://i.imgur.com/aT7mAeh.png enable the settings and save the settings. Also if you have cloud template for your header then you can adjust it using tagDiv Composer per each view port in part – https://i.imgur.com/aODQDwC.png

Thank you!

Calin

Hi,
This can be done by using a cloud category template and set the ad box using the tagDiv Composer, make sure that you duplicate it – https://i.imgur.com/75Yr9B3.jpeg – then assign it as individual to that category – https://i.imgur.com/5Qw0MhC.jpeg
Thank you!
