Make sure that you are using the latest theme version, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare system.
Thanks for the message!

Hello evanino,
If the theme was installed as expected via FTP way should work as properly. It was made some changes in the theme because it was an update but these changes do not affect this regard. Try making a new clean install from scratch to another subdomain, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare resave your panel and check the results and also, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme.

Hello hellonikoloz,
Try to purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare system, clear all the caches and check the results. All the fonts can be managed from Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts. Check this section according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Mladen Gradev,
First of all, I will thank you for your appreciations in our theme!
1)Please keep in mind that there is talking about the developers and web designers decision https://www.screencast.com/t/9bKCM2eHOT
2)Rows and Columns option can be easily viewed if you will hover over the column area. IT seems to be very deductive option for rows and columns as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6smUGWfm9v
3)First of all, make sure that your system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and then, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest theme method in this case, clear all the caches and check the results.
4)Try to follow this topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/ because maybe could be useful for you. Also, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using a Cloudflare system and check the results.
5)This type of layout is not available at the moment for this theme, sorry! If you will check our Newspaper theme, there you will found this layout for multipurpose elements.
Notice that your topic is not correctly viewed because it seems that you have to use a lot of words without space between them and there will appear the general problem with word-break. You can read here some hints -> https://kenneth.io/blog/2012/03/04/word-wrapping-hypernation-using-css/
Thanks for your understanding!
Here is my .htaccess look like:
# BEGIN Expire headers
<ifModule mod_expires.c>
ExpiresActive On
ExpiresDefault “access plus 5 seconds”
ExpiresByType image/x-icon “access plus 604800 seconds”
ExpiresByType image/jpeg “access plus 604800 seconds”
ExpiresByType image/png “access plus 604800 seconds”
ExpiresByType image/gif “access plus 604800 seconds”
ExpiresByType application/x-shockwave-flash “access plus 604800 seconds”
ExpiresByType text/css “access plus 604800 seconds”
ExpiresByType text/javascript “access plus 604800 seconds”
ExpiresByType application/javascript “access plus 604800 seconds”
ExpiresByType application/x-javascript “access plus 604800 seconds”
#ExpiresByType text/html “access plus 600 seconds”
#ExpiresByType application/xhtml+xml “access plus 600 seconds”
</ifModule>
# END Expire headers
<IfModule mod_deflate.c>
<filesMatch “\.(js|css|woff|html|php)$”>
SetOutputFilter DEFLATE
</filesMatch>
</IfModule>
And I did minify CSS and js automaticly by CloudFlare
What i did was to to clear all the cache.
Try this; Clear the cache if you are using any cache plugin, If you are using cloudflare or any other cdn u need also to clear the cache.
Hi,
There seem to be problems even displaying the website properly in some cases, it appears broken for me. I would suggest to deactivate any optimization plugins you might have, if you use CDN configure it like this
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Check the theme system status and make modifications according to this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to make the changes if needed. Then check if the issue is still present.
Thanks
Hi,
Cloudflare with the recommended configuration should not create any issues. There were similar cases where the mobile version was served wrongly in different Cloudflare settings.
Thanks
Thank you for this. We are using Lightspeed server with Cloudflare. Based on your response Cloudflare seems to be supported. Can you confirm this is correct?
Hi,
The mobile theme plugin is sensitive when it comes to caching. We have only tested it with the recommended WP Super Cache plugin, in these circumstances it will work properly
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Other caching configurations are causing issues in some cases, similar top what you are describing. Note that the mobile plugin is optional, so a solution would be to simply deactivate it. The main theme has a responsive design so there will not be any problem.
Thanks
Hello mercado2,
First of all, make sure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet, purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare System and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello biggleem,
Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Clear all the caches and check the results. Purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
I get this errors as well. How do you make redirection in cloudflare. Redirect of index? to where ? Can you explain ? Thx.
I have this same issue after update to 8.5.1 – search bar just below menu on desktop and on mobile ( not td mobile theme ) it is on the opposite side, the same side as the hamburger for the menu – instead of one icon on each side. Cleared all host caches and Cloudflare cache.
Thanks
Hello there, i have been working on my page lately and its around 90 now. I added expiration on my htacess, however gtmetrix suggests me to set expiration for the following urls,
https://ajax.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/scripts/9014afdb/cloudflare-static/rocket.min.js
https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans%3A300italic%2C400%2C400italic%2C600%2C600italic%2C700%7CRoboto%3A300%2C400%2C400italic%2C500%2C500italic%2C700%2C900&ver=8.5.1
https://www.pcbuilderbd.com/cdn-cgi/scripts/af2821b0/cloudflare-static/email-decode.min.js
Any idea if its possible at all? Those of you using cloudflare how did you add the expiration?
Hi,
Maybe you can create exceptions to prevent the admin-ajax.php blocking. That would be the only way besides leaving it disabled
– https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200172336-How-do-I-create-a-Page-Rule-
Thanks
I discovered the problem.
I use CloudFlare as well, and I have a “Page Rules” setting that protects Wp-Admin access from attacks and this admin-ajax.php file stays inside Wp-Admin, so I disabled the setting in “Page Rules” and it worked the infinite loading.
But now I need to figure out how to protect Wp-Admin without blocking the admin-ajax.php file. Any solution?
Hello nomoretechno,
Please provide your website so I can identify it closer. Do you have cleared all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare system? It’s important for bringing good results.
Thanks for the message!
Hey there,
I just updated the theme to last version but I’m having a lot of problems making it work properly:
– I made some CSS changes before so iframes have -5% less margin, but now YouTube’s video height are 62px: https://www.elquintobeatle.com/2017/12/09/julian-casablancas-anuncia-nuevo-album-the-voidz/
– Post loading is not working at all. Neither infinte load or “load more button”: https://www.elquintobeatle.com/actualidad/
I’m using Supercacher from Siteground hosting + Cloudflare Plus. Could you help me?
Thanks a lot
Hi,
In my tests there is no issue with the website you provided. Everything is working and loading fast (desktop and mobile version). But that would be related to the connection speed as you mention.
There are a many website speed optimization guides here on the forum that you could try to improve the situation
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/score-100100-pagespeed-with-newspaper-wordpress-theme/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-speedify-your-website/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-chriss-custom-optimizations-for-functions-php-etc/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
There are also optimization plugins that you could try and make tests with, note that some of them might cause issues however.
Thanks
Hi, I updated the theme this morning, plugins and cleared caches including cloudflare.
Still seeing a mobile page for desktop
Hello Zoltan,
I have inspected your website and the author page seems to work as expected for each of your authors as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/87ltG925k Clear all the caches and purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare system and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
I’ve had issues with images loading in my internal pages. After going through a dozen settings, both with CloudFlare and the Newspaper Theme Panel, I’ve been able to pinpoint the problem.
Under the settings below:
Image loading – animations (LazyLoad)
If I disable this, the images load. If I enable this setting, the images DO NOT load.
Please address this issue and advise on how to have the image load via lazyload in the future.
Thank you.
Hello!
Right now I’m using template Avada and slowly I’m migrating the page to your template. To do this I’m using the plugin Theme Switcha. (https://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-switcha/)
After update of the template to the version 8.5 it stopped working properly while using Theme Switcha. Before the update (version 8.2) it was working properly with the plugin.
Administration panel of the template is looking like this:
https://cloud.limitless.ovh/index.php/s/BKmHNR4YmdnrO2H
New functions of the template (Multi-Purpose plugin) are not displayed:
