The custom cloud library header and navbar are not displaying properly on my website https://lucascharnyai.com/.
I’m having the following issues:
1 – The mobile navbar menu button is not working. When using the default template or the custom cloud header, the website content just zoom out a little and become not clickable or sometimes it makes all the page elements disappear except for the footer. 2 – The sticky navbar is not appearing with the default header and the custom header. I have set the navbar to be sticky in the theme panel and in the tagdiv composer for the custom header. But it doesn’t work on desktop and mobile. The sticky navbar appears normally only when editing the header on the tagdiv composer.
3 – There is a display issue with the custom cloud library headers (I’m using the edited template 11 for the homepage and template 2 for the rest): the menu itens, the submenus and the background header image I have set are hidden. 4 – There is a display issue with the sharing buttons on blog posts: they have no opacity. I have followed the steps in the post https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-media-sharing-buttons-are-not-visible-in-blog-posts/ and selected the social media I wanted. That’s it. I have tried deactivating all plugins (only left the tagdiv composer, cloud library and standard pack activated), cleared the cache, but nothing worked. I don’t know if it’s relevant, but I have installed the Newspaper theme for the first time using the current version. I previously was using the old ionMag free theme.

That can be edited using the header manager and it is the header logo. In order to replace it use the tagDiv Composer and click on the logo element: https://www.screencast.com/t/p1URkfrc

TagDiv Composer is not an adopted plugin, is the theme builder, the WPBakery ( old Visual Composer ) is a bundled one -> https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
Please notice that these changes that were made in the latest updates were requirements from Envato -> https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/ therefore the theme functions were moved in tagDiv Composer ( this is the theme builder ) also the child theme need to be changed to work as expected.

Can you have multiple post types using the same category taxonomy for tagdiv composer templates? For example, we have the regular wp post type and custom post types created via courses and events plugins. We want to have all three post types use the same category taxonomy structure and managed in one place. How can that be done?
Every time I try to preview a Post before publishing, I get a fatal error and the preview does not display properly. The error I get is:

Hi, I have a problem with my Newspapaer.
When I write and wanted to make a preview of the article I get a code error until below which video which will not be deciphered, I already desistale all the plug ins and it still appears.
It only happens to me when I preview the article and wordpress marks me as a correct and trouble-free installation.
But I still get the error which does not load the components when a preview is done

After much reading I can’t believe that Cloud Templates for single posts can’t support dynamic sidebars in the way Standard Templates can. This means editors would need to stipulate a custom cloud template for every article they produce.
My workaround has been to define a custom module and block using the API Plugin which I can use in TD Composer to drop in a dynamic sidebar. The module I’ve added simply places <?php get_sidebar(”);> as a td composer block.
Not being able to have dynamic sidebar content on custom cloud templates is a big oversight in my opinion…

Greetings for this upcoming year.
I keep on receiving the above message error when I want to edit the page with TagDiv. The page keeps on loading but nothing happens.
Although the page looks fine in Preview Mode from the dashboard, I cant change it using the Tagdiv composer.
I deactivated several plug ins that may be the problem, but nothing changes.

I think that the mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Unfortunately there is a problem with the new option add in theme panel for disable the schema article, this interfere with preview draft, in order to fix this problem you’ll need to make some changes in theme file or deactivate the schema articles from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/0E3IucACC You will have to check that in order to deactivate the schema, this issue will be fixed in the next update.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also if you have some non theme plugins activate ( tagDiv plugins are theme plugins ), please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hello there,
We’ve been having an issue with the TagDiv plugin on our website. More specifically, while using the thrive architect editor, we are able to paste the new content inside, and also save it, but we can’t edit it.
We have already contacted the Thrive Themes support, and they have informed us that when we deactivate the plugin, the thrive architect editor works perfectly. The Thrive Themes support advised us to refer to you regarding this issue, as they have investigated it and it’s only caused when the tagdiv plugin is activated.
Since we can’t deactivate the tagDiv Composer plugin, as the theme won’t work properly without it, do you have any other solutions in mind, please?
This issue is creating trouble in our processes, and we need to find a solution asap, so we’ll be looking forward to your reply.

If you want to disable the “Related articles” and you are using a standard post template, you can use the option from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/6LmDuwq.png if you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you’ll need to edit this template with tagDiv Composer and remove it -> https://i.imgur.com/3EwETzO.png

Also if you are using a default demo, then check the theme panel > theme fonts >

Auto Scroll post is working on default permalink but
if we change the permalink to any other there auto scroll and td composer is stop working.
After changing the permalink to other( Post name, Month and name, Day and name, Custom Structure, etc) autoscroll and tag div composer is stopped working.
Save on tagdiv composer is only working on default permalink structure not on other permalink structure.
I am checking this issue but i am not found any solution. Can you please check the site and let me know the possible solution.
