Please keep in mind that we every time recommend to our customers that before doing a theme update to do a full backup to the database to avoid losing all of the data. We do not recommend to update the theme using the Envato Toolkit plugin because it’s not the reliable way and might appears some errors, sorry! Please update the theme via FTP way because this is the surest and healthy way for updating your theme. Now the post templates can be created with the tagDiv composer. There is also a library of post templates that can be imported. These can be modified as you want if needed and applied to posts.

Please try to provide some more information about what exactly is happening. The composer can be used for all pages. Try creating a new page and see if the compose appears as an option to edit it. Let us know.

Also try increasing the WP-memory to a more higher value if possible, that may not be enough

The new templates are not like the default templates, they are like pages more or less, containing tagDiv composer elements. I don’t know about that minification issue, I never tried or tested in the matter.
It is unusual that it happens only with that template, there is nothing different about it in regards to other templates. They are all built with the new composer elements

I can’t say unfortunately for the moment if there will be modifications or additions to the default post templates, or other default templates, in the future. I am not aware of such plans.

Read more tags don’t work with the theme, either in posts or in other locations where available. There would be nothing to do in this matter unfortunately.

The category description will be displayed in the category header. With the new tagDiv Cloud library plugin and tagDiv composer, the category templates can be customized as you wish. So the category description can be dragged and moved easily

If you do not use the tagDiv composer, it could only be done through code modification.

Thank you for your appreciation, we will try to add even more features to the composer over future updates. We strongly recommend it for pages and now as of 8.8 and Cloud library plugin, it can also be used to create templates for posts, categories etc.

1. If those plugins are conflicting with the composer, maybe consider looking for other similar plugins if they are essential for the website.

2. How exactly are the sidebars breaking? From what I can see you use standard theme blocks in most posts I checked, in the sidebar. Problems with the layout may happen if you used Visual composer in the actual post content, and now the tagDiv composer is active. We strongly recommended users not to do this. This may be an issue when both composers are active.
