Good Morning! I just bought this template for the first time, when I try to edit a page of the demo with tagDiv Composer the page is thinking and does not finish loading. I have spoken with my server and everything is correct.
I have a problem with blurry images on home page. Page was build with tagDIV composer using Block 3 Module. Retina is ON in Thumbs on Modules/Block section in Theme Panel –> Block Settings. I think there is something wrong with retina images management.
On retina display (27″ iMac 5k) all images are in high resolution, when I move the browser window to non retina monitor and reload the page all images on page in Block3 Module are blurry in poor resolution. Probably there is a bug and all images in Block 3 Module should be serving in higher resolution.
Could you explain me why?

First please make sure you have the latest version of the theme (8.7.2) and theme plugins, especially the composer plugin. The tagDiv composer is now version 2.1.

I tried to make a single page with some simple texts with the some text styles as bold, italic… and guess what? the tagDiv composer could not even do it!?!
The only useful thing for me to make my custom text in TD Composer is the “Raw html” element, but it can only add HTML, but what I wanted is I can easily bold/italic the text, adding list, coloring the text etc. and it could not even do that.
I can only make such edits with Post type but I want it with Page type too, for my homepage.
How can a page builder could not simply make these simple edits?? MUCH WORSE THAN VISUAL COMPOSER!!!
I WANT THESE SIMPLE TOOLS IN THE TD COMPOSER!!!

Please notice that we do not recommend using the Visual Composer or TD Composer in the post pages, sorry! The theme has not been tested with these page builders on post pages, sorry!

I have tagDiv composer installed and active but it doesn’t appear anywhere. I only get option for WP Bakery Page Builder. If I de-activate WP Bakery, then I still don’t see any options for tagDiv composer.
Using Newspaper latest update version
If i delete that plugin will my homepage composer settings remain or do I have to re setup the whole homepage again?
When using TagDiv Composer I can’t see the color picker boxes.

They are empty and I can’t change them. Not even when editing the page with the backend editor.
Not crucial but need to be able to do that.

We are not aware of any issues with the Safari browser. We made multiple tests with the composer and the mentioned browser, we always used the latest version of it at the time. What exactly is happening with that version of Safari? Let us know.

Hi there, I updated the Newspaper theme from version 8.1 to version 8.7. Before the update, everything was working very well but after the update to the latest version of the theme Tag Div Composer stopped working.
To be more clear: when I try to edit a page with Tag Div Composer the back-end never loads and I see a blank page. So, I can’t use the Composer at the moment. What could be wrong?
At first I thought it could be a caching issue, but I cleared the cache and put the site in development mode but that didn’t work. I also tried working in a different browser that I never use, but that didn’t work either.
Can you please help me find out what’s going wrong?

Hi guys i need help. I using newspaper theme cryptonews demo but tagdiv composer not working and i cant edit page.
Error : Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
I tried to do the cryptonews demo manually but if i do Show to Hide(https://prnt.sc/itt1ft) tagdiv composer stopping work.

Only if you have a purchased plugin you can activated with the provided license key. The plugin provided in the theme package does not need any activation. Please ignore the activation message.

It can be disabled by selecting a different page template.
But the pagination should not provide 404 errors, try re-saving the permalinks in the WordPress settings

You could ask your hosting if the concatenate scripts is set to true. Let us know.
Thank you. Problem Solved. I installed via FTP Tagdiv multi, Composer an social counter and everything works fine on my end! Now i have another problem. In social Counter Instagram Followers are wrong(909 counted and i have 940+). https://logotypos.gr. any thoughts?

If you could mention what elements exactly you are referring to, it would be very helpful.
If you by any chance have both composers active, then there could be issues. If you use WPBakery page builder, deactivate the tagDiv composer.

Be sure to disable any browser extensions and clear the browser cache as well.
We tested on Safari as well, if you want us to test your website, please provide admin login by email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will take a look. In all our tests there was no issue visually with the composer on Safari. Also include a link to this topic in the email.

There are many theme settings regarding fonts, in the theme panel

There you can change the fonts and font properties for most elements. Also now the fonts on blocks and other elements on pages can be customized directly while building the page with the tagDiv composer

Each block for example can have it’s own font settings. This offers an alternative to the general theme panel font settings.
If you could provide some more details about the problem you are having, for what element the problems happen and in what circumstances, it would be helpful. A link to your website where the problem/element is question is happening would be useful as well.

For others that need to know:
Use tagdiv composer, click on the block of the area that is showing old posts then click on the filter and it gives you the option there.
Only took us 5 days but we found it and it is very simple.

Please note that tagdiv composer is not the same Visual Composer. Image Carousel is a part of Visual Composer and unfortunately it is not available through tagdiv composer, sorry!
