thanks worked, deactivated tg composer
Hello,
Please read this guide regarding the visual composer updates: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
A page builder is required for the proper functionality of the theme. If you disable visual composer you should activate the tagdiv composer and switch to the new page builder. This is recommended as we will be adding new cool features to the tagdiv composer and visual composer will no longer receive new features. it will still remain as an alternative option and we will still provide updates for it but no extra theme specific features. Please read this guide for transitioning from VC to the tagdiv composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
Thank you!
Hi,
Those would be the demo categories and posts that were imported when installing the demo. You can edit the homepage with the tagDiv composer and configure the blocks and grids to display your own posts from our own categories.
Check the block settings guide I provided in your other topic, as well as the tagDiv composer guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Then you can delete the dummy categories and posts, there will be no need for them.
Let us know if you have further questions, we will help you as best we can.
Thanks
Hi,
First of all it should be mentioned that if you decided to use Visual composer as the page builder for your website, please deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin. When both are active there could be issues.
The next step would be to check the theme system status section
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If there are insufficient resources allocated by the hosting provider the theme and theme plugins may not work properly. Ask them to increase the mentioned parameters if needed. Then check if the issue is solved. Let us know if there still is a problem.
Thanks
Hi,
All the block titles can be changed according to your liking
– https://www.screencast.com/t/IYDzL4KRiX
Simply edit the page with the tagDiv composer and edit all the blocks you want.
The category menu you mention on top of the block is called the ajax filter. When enabled and set by categories, by default all the categories you have will be shown. However the categories that appear there can be controlled by entering specific category IDs

– https://www.screencast.com/t/cTa5OBBkt
There is a tutorial mentioning all the block settings available

Thanks
Hello,
When creating a page using tagdiv composer, is it possible to create one sidebar that can slide along multiple rows? like 2 or 3 consecutive rows set to 2/3 + 1/3 columns?
Hi,
If you plan to use Visual composer, please deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin. When both are active, Visual composer elements may be affected by the tagDiv composer.
Thank you!
Hello, I want to edit my pages with TD Composer and I do not allow it, it comes out loading all the time and appears blank. Can you help me? Thank you!
Hi,
I still use Visual Composer on my website. I have no time (and no clue how to) switch to the Tagdiv Pagebuilder. My version of Visual Composer is getting outdated.
I have 2 questions about this issue.
1. Is there a way to updae to a more recent version op Visual Composer?
2. What will happen to my site if I deactivate Visual Composer?
Hi,
Check if you are using the latest version of the tagDiv composer (2.1), there should be no problem. Once activate, the newsletter element should appear in the composer list

If there is still a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, we will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hello,
I use this menu:

I want to know if there are any other kind of menus (aesthetics less square…), more fun, according to td composer.

Hello,
You can do it fairly simple. You will need to create separate pages for each employee and then use for example an image box element or a single image that is linked to the page for each employee. Use the tagdiv composer and the elements provided in the plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hello,
Pleas make sure you use the latest version (8.7.2) as there was an issue addressed in the latest version regarding slow back-end response when using the tagdiv composer.

Please also make sure you use this guide to have the proper memory allocation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!

I have installed the js_composer and when I am able to get into it, but the tagDiv button that I’m seeing in the videos appearing on the top bar with the wordpress stats is not showing up.
When I am getting the Visual Composer through creating a page and hitting the button under my page title name in the page editor within wordpress, the blocks and grids do not load. I drag them over to my page and all I get is a spinning wheel without anything being updated.

Hi. I am loving the TagDiv Composer concept and started to test it by creating a new page and adding, adjusting elements. I saved the page (using the save icon in the TAGDiv composer panel on the left) and then exited TagDiv Composer. It asked me if I was sure (double checked save and it sent a saved message to the top of the screen so I exited). There is resulting code in the Pages template. I saved draft and then re-entered TAG Div composer… all my work is gone. Not sure what I am doing wrong. but can’t see anything on the tutorial about after you have finished designing. I feel I am missing a step
Hi,
I have a web where the font of the title does not load on Chrome or Opera, but yes on Firefox.

How can I fix it?
I’ve tried to deactivate all the plugins except for Tagdiv Composer, but the bug remains the same.
Thanks
Hello,
I want to add Newsletter to the sidebar, however that newsletter plugin only appears in tagdiv composer but not in widgets section, so how can i add it to the website sidebar?
Hi,
I have the exact same problem. It works in Firefox but not in Chrome. http://tipicaweb.com/clientes/ddh/bienvenidos/
I’ve deactivated all plugins except for WPBakery Visual Composer and the theme, but that did not resolve the issue. I also tried to update the WPBakery Visual Composer to the last version 5.4.7, but is the same. Can you help me please?
Hi,
There is a call to action element in the tagDiv composer, but the composer can only be used on pages at the moment, not posts. There are plans to change this functionality in a future update of the theme.
Thanks
Hi, is there a built-in way using the TD Composer to add text in the middle of the separation line like here https://omgcheckitout.com/, or can it be done only manually
Hi,
Try uninstalling the composer plugin and reinstall it after. Also check if there is sufficient memory allocated to WordPress
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the memory to the recommended value or higher if possible. Let us know the results.
Thanks
