the Feature sticky sidebar only works for post pages? on FrontPage oder other pages it doesnt work…i also try with tag div Composer and wp bakery…whats wrong? i also deactivate all plugins, but nothing changes…
Also the lightbox for Pictures doesnt works on pages, in Posts it works

The tagDiv composer plugin is not installed on my site.
I use only Visual Composer plugin and there are 7 days that i try to solve.
Please let me know how to solve.

If the problem persists, you should make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain for testing, install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. Notice that the Composer has been tested and works as expected with the theme.

You can place socials on pages using the composer, but an actual share of the page is not possible at the moment. Unless maybe through a plugin that may offer this.

It seems there are some problems with the top part on the website. I believe you are using Visual composer for page building, please deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin. Visual composer elements may be affected by the tagDiv composer, and they may not display properly.

If the mobile theme plugin is active, pages built with the composer will not be displayed. Content for mobile pages has to be entered through the mobile editor

Note that the mobile theme is not a required plugin, it is meant for users that want to display a different lighter version of the website on mobile. It is built for improved performance, composers cannot be used on mobile pages.
If you want to show the same content from desktop on mobile, simply deactivate it. There will be no problem, the main theme is fully responsive and it will adapt for each device.

My visual composer is not working.I’ve followed the guide posts on the forum, but it does not work.I need this plugin because I want to add woocommerce element through this plugin.However, tagDiv composer not add the element.
I’m having a problem with Visual Composer too. It’s not showing on my page, so I can’t use page builder at all. Yet I have the latest version of the theme and visual composer shows in the plugin. It says I need to activate it, but when I try to activate it asks me for a license.
How to remove latest articles block from home page, because i tried to do that with composer, but it didn’t work. Many, many thanks

The Tag div composer does not seem to be working for me. I’ve disabled all plugins and still get the error

We are trying to add a sidebar to a page, which built with menu anchors. The problem is that I cant add the sidebar to the page. I tried widgetised sidebar but this way there will be a huge blank space between the two container:

But if i use 900px margin, the mobile page will be crashed.

You can also try without plugins. Please test with only contact form and td composer active. Disable everything else.

Hey, we bought the Template yesterday. We installed it and it worked. Have edited the page with the TagDivComposer. Now we wanted to make small changes today. the TagDivComposer does not work anymore. Clicking on Edit with TD Composer will cause a gray circle to rotate. Forever.

That means that something else you are entering in the page is causing the issue. Maybe HTML code entered in text elements, or specific characters that may be interfering with the composer.

Yes, I’ve tried all these steps. The Theme Status is all according to the necessary parameters. I disabled all the plugins and even downgraded to the previous version of the Newspaper, but nothing worked to reestablish the TagDiv Composer.
The only clue is that error that appears which I reported to you in the opening of this topic.

So you mean the “Edit with TD Composer” option is not appearing for the page you have created previously. Make sure the composer is still active, it could have been deactivated for some reason. Either than that, it should be present as option to edit pages.
Also note that only admin level users can use the composer, it will not appear for other user roles.

well, apparently my optimization team has done the procedure like stated on the link you mentioned… (indicated with green color in the Newspaper system status) but i still cannot do something about it, the tagdiv composer for my homepage cannot be loaded…

I am using the Visual composer version provided in the latest theme package (which I believe is the latest version of the plugin) and latest theme version.
I would suggest to check the theme system status parameters

Insufficient resources could cause the issue. Additionally you could try deactivating all plugins, leave only theme plugins active. See if this has any effect on the problem. Let us know the results.

Please make sure you update your theme to the latest version and update the tagdiv composer and multi-purpose plugin to the latest version by disabling and deleting the ones you have now and installing them again from the theme panel plugins section.
