Maybe this is just a misunderstanding. I am assuming that you are using the demo Video page template form Visual composer – https://www.screencast.com/t/doU04d0vF
If that is the case, the page will look normally, no demo style will be loaded. To achieve the same look, you need to install the demo, or style the elements yourself similarly to the demo style. For example a background can be set for the Big Grid like this

Installing the demo will provide the homepage and the custom styling, as well as it’s own settings in the theme panel.

First of all, ensure that you are using the latest theme version and then, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. I have tried to check your website but it seems to be in maintenance mode. If the problem is still there, you should try making a new clean from scratch and use only the bundled plugins and rule out any conflicts.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. By the way, do you are using the Background click Ads at your website?

The mega menu is present in version 6.7 as well. However we have seen plugins cause the mega menu option to not show up anymore. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, claar cache and purge cdn files. Then check the menus section. You should see this option available: https://www.screencast.com/t/sp4cpcGq5H

Do you have tried this thing? If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install the theme only with bundled plugins and check the results.

Please keep in mind that the Visual Composer is a built-in plugin with our theme and the VC Template Library is an add-on of this plugin which is not tested with our product, sorry! The VC come bundled with the theme core files and it must not be activated or buy any license.

Then save and update the page, the playlist should display the valid videos. Also clear any caching installed, maybe the page is not refreshing because of a cache you might have.
If you already tried it like this and the video does not appear in the playlist, please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned according to this guide, if necessary

Or maybe there is a plugin conflict that could be preventing the playlist from working properly. You could also try as a test to disable them all except Visual composer, clear the cache if you have one. Then check to see if it is working as intended.

It seems that a theme class that is required to load is not working properly. Please try as a test to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear your cache then check to see if the problem is still present. Usually plugins are to blame regarding image problems. Let us know how it goes.

You will have to edit the page in the visual composer page builder and change the settings for each block in particular. Those are block titles set on each block manually. They have to be changed from each block’s settings. This guide should help: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

The picture you mention is a header ad. If you want to display the ad below the header, please select a header style that does that automatically. Like Header style 7 for example that looks like this

If this has nothing to do with the ad and you want to insert a picture below the header, you could just simply use a single image element from Visual composer and add it on the top of your page

Then select the image you want and the settings

This works only for pages, if you want an image to appear everywhere on the website you must edit the header style template file that you are using. For example something as simple as this

I do not know exactly what needs to be done to achieve something like that. The Visual composer plugin is very complex, and no solution was provided before for this. Also the theme does not have an option to support this implementation. It would be best to try and use the default options for the blocks, because they already have settings to help you sort and filter the content that is displayed

You just need to enter one or more post or page Id’s and the block will display them only, until you change the entered data or remove this condition. This is useful when you want to display particular posts in a block or big grid, always.

I could not see the issue as I have been testing with my android phone and the issue only seems to be affecting iphones. However, the same issue does not happen on our demo so it is not a theme bug.
