Can you upload your visual composer for others to download?

The theme is tested and works fine, we didn’t received a similar report so far and is less likely to be a theme related issue. Did you tried without child theme and the problem is still there?
You can also do some tests on a new wp-install on your computer, using a fresh version of Newspaper. IF the problem is still there please provide the page’s shortcode from Visual Composer via http://pastebin.com/ so we can have a closer look.

Please try to identify what you changed since you last saw it working properly and revert any changes. You can try to disable all plugins except visual composer clear cache and reset cdn files but even so, whatsapp sometimes is able to grab the image and sometimes not. I ran a quick test in sharing an article from our demo but no image was grabbed so it could be an app issue.

I’ve tried deleting Visual Composer and re-installing but I’m still not seeing the composer within the post/page editor.
Any ideas what to try? I have deactivated all plugins but still no joy.

Please make sure that also the plugins provided with the theme are updated(Visual Composer, Social Counter..), you can find them in plugins folder from the theme package that you download from themeforest – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
If all of these are updated(theme, plugins) and the issue persist, please disable all your plugins except Visual Composer, clear all the caches and check again.

I have checked your site and saw the random mobile theme issue. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Also if you use other caching plugins than wp super cache please remove them and only use these settings for optimal compatibility: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

This is most likely the cause your site is so “heavy” on the load. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test your site again. Also please try to use as less plugins as possible as they are most of the times poorly optimized.

I saw that there is a speed booster plugin. I don’t recall seeing it in my initial install. What does it do?
The Visual Composer for my home page won’t load when I go to edit it. I just get a spinning black circle that will never actually load, so I can’t actually change the homepage of my website. Everything seems to be up to date. Any help is appreciated.

I’m “re-tuning” the NM 3.1 – having moved from v2 (finally!). Working great with the beta TD Composer so far, but barely touched that.
I’m looking to completely remove these loading from theme:

http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto%3A400%2C300%2C700%2C700italic%2C400italic%2C300italic&ver=4.6
and instead use the new default font stack used by WordPress 4.6x in place of Open Sans.
This new font stack is a little better than the one I have been using (noted in my epic optimization tutorial thread near the end) as it is tuned for modern mobile devices much better than my desktop focused version:
font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, "Segoe UI", Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif;

This would make a nice “default” setup for Newsmag, “unless Google fonts chosen,” vs default having Google fonts chosen.
In any case, if you can help me out by pointing me at the correct files to tweak to make this change would be awesome. Things have moved around a bit, so the old search/replace in style.css not quite same method now 🙂
I have no problem hacking a core file to remove Google font calls, as I’m prepared to do that each theme update for my other tweaks.

Thank you for the quick reply Bogdan. I have reset my CDN and also tried flipping off the plugins and for some reason this one is sticking. I have even confirmed that it looks odd on other computers around the world.
I am also interested in updating the Visual Composer. While updating the theme last night, I updated the visual composer, but WordPress is still telling me that there is yet another newer version. Is this something we should worry about, or will that update be in the next version of the theme when you update it next?
Do you think the visual composer issue is causing the big grid to not work properly? Are you seeing that the Big Grid is broken when you look at it on TeacherCast.net

1) The elements you mention are found on the page. You do not have to look in the theme panel for them but rather by editing the front page in visual composer from page edit. The world news menu is an ajax filter. it can be removed from the block settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
The second element further down the page is a tabs element that can be removed from the back-end as well only this is a full element not a setting as the world news menu.
2) A module is the base element used by our theme. A block is created out of 1 or more modules. A module can be used directly only on loop pages that means category pages, search results or the latest articles section on pages. Did you by any chance add a few design options on the grid? Please try to remove any custom code you might have on your site that changes any at all width. Restore the theme to it;s default code and test again. You can also test this out without plugins to rule out a plugin conflict. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.

I did use Visual Composer to create my page layout and set title of each box categories already! My problem now is: I want to start insert content into each box column, but when i put my post, it appear in every column, which i doesn’t want that!!!
My question is “How can i set my post to appear in each destination column?”
For Example: I create a post name “Football” and i want to appear only in “Sport Column” not other column that i have on that page!!!
Second question: I want people be able to create their post/article on my site page, which function or plug-in should i use?

Basically you will need a function which pass the value from url as a tag in block’s shortcode. Here is an example code which insert a custom value in shortcode:
$v = $_GET['val'];
$block = '';
if (isset($v)){
$block .= do_shortcode('[vc_row][vc_column][td_block_11 tag_slug="' . $v . '" limit="3"][/vc_column][/vc_row]');
}
This code can be used as a function in fuctions.php then you can try to generate a new shortcode for that block using add_shortcode() function. For more details about add_shortcode function check this link: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_shortcode After you generate the shortcode can be used in visual composer. Note that you will need some codeing skills in order to complete this task. Yes it could be a cache issue so try to clear all caches then test the page again. If the problem persist try to regenerate the shortcode for playlist using Visual COmposer and check how it goes. You can also try to use the shortcode on a new test page as there is no cache and it should display the right title.

Thank you for the help. I just updated to version 7.3 through the Envato Plugin and then updated my visual composer successfully.
Everything seems to have gone perfect … except
My Big Grids on the front page are not looking so hot
I noticed on the http://www.teachercast.net/news page everything transferred over and is looking good.
On the homepage, I have deleted the grids, added different grids and for some reason no matter what grid I put on the homepage it doesn’t have the correct formatting.
