I tried what you told me but it still doesn’t solve the problem. When I try to update the content through Edit with TagDiv Composer on a page where a post has already been written, all existing posts are lost. So now I can no longer change the page content via Edit with TagDiv Composer. I desperately need help. Please tell me what should I do.
Hello
Sharing buttons on mobile aren’t being shown from time to time
I tried your recommendation from another article to delete tg composer then resintall it but still same thing..
Can you check please : https://halacanada.ca
Thank you for the prompt response.
# Please tell me where it only appears on one page or the entire site.
On all pages, if I create some page without TD Composer, but also on all Events.
# Did you add any code or elements from another plugin?
No.
# If you have a child theme; please use the main theme.
What do you mean by child theme, I think not, I just use Magazine Pro theme.
# Also, please let me know how you added the events calendar.
As plugin, via plugins.
#1. This editing error in TD Composer is most likely a problem in the CloudFlare<>tagdiv Newspaper theme relationship. I reported this issue a year ago, went through all the steps, and nothing helped. Your team joined the server but couldn’t resolve it and didn’t identify the error’s location. For further assistance, you requested an additional support fee to investigate in more detail. We stopped there. As I mentioned now, the problem no longer exists on the old server since we moved the site to a new server and turned off CloudFlare on the old one. Everything was working well on the new server until we activated live and used CloudFlare CDN.
#2. Regarding the two display errors, The Events Calendar was added through a plugin and is not functioning properly. The display is broken, as seen in the two links above. Even when manually changing in HTML with F12 in developer mode from:
<div class=”td-main-content-wrap td-container-wrap td_cl tdc-row stretch_row_content td-stretch-content”>
to
<div class=”td-main-content-wrap td-container-wrap”>
the preview is fine.
Please provide further instructions.
Thank you.
Hello @skarem100 !
Edit the homepage with the tagdiv Composer, go to the mobile viewport, click on that menu icon and change the menu from that dropdown: https://app.screencast.com/QU8PVGPjHw4b0
Save and view the results.
Thank you!
Greetings,
I’m having serious problems with Tag Div Composer.
If I try to drag any item to add it doesn’t.
I attach a video.
Where am I wrong?
Hello!
You can use a cloud template that has these options with multiple paragraph values:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
We will take into consideration your query!
Thank you!
Hello,
Please try to edit with tagdiv Composer, select the element and with right-click you can delete it.
Thank you!
Hi,
If what is need to to unhook the code from line 205 on /td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_menu.php when it can be done using the remove_filter('the_content', '$content'); I think that a function similar with this one can be used – https://pastebin.com/mj2fzL6z
Now the code needs to be adjusted and a developer can do it and set the right priorities to get the correct results.
This code can be added in functions.php in a child theme or integrate in a plugin.
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello,
This is not a mobile page; it is tagdiv mobile theme plugin, so please disable it.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Also, please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-working-well-with-this-theme/
Thank you!
Hello community,
I’m currently facing two specific issues with my website using tagdiv’s Newspaper and Magazine Pro templates, particularly with The Events Calendar. The main problem lies in a small detail within the tagdiv settings, and I’m unsure how to resolve it.
Additionally, we’re still dealing with the persistent error message in TD Composer: “Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content. The current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”.
Specifically, the issue revolves around adjusting the line in html code (F12 Developer):
<div class=”td-main-content-wrap td-container-wrap td_cl tdc-row stretch_row_content td-stretch-content”>
to:
<div class=”td-main-content-wrap td-container-wrap”>
If anyone has experience with this or suggestions on how to tackle it, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
Examples:

https://www.mnovine.hr/dogadjanja/
Thank you!
I’m asking because I have a problem with that error. The tagdiv team couldn’t resolve it.
We moved the pages to another server, configured everything on the new server. Before going live, I checked the editing in td Composer and everything was working. After launching the pages live (activating CloudFlare via NS settings), the same error reappeared as on the old server.
I suspected then that the issue was something with CloudFlare <> TagDiv.
Now, I tried the old page that is still active on the old server, everything else is the same, except there is no CloudFlare there anymore, and surprisingly, the error is no longer present there.
Yes, thank you for your response. As I mentioned, I’d already tried that.
Here is what it looks like in the tdcomposer:

As you can see in the above example, I have the padding set to “0” and in the tdcomposer, the margins/padding looks like I want it to.
But from the front end, it still looks like this with tons of padding:

I’m not sure what the problem is, and hoping you can help me.
Thank you so much.
Hello!
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
Hi there,
I am trying to resolve an issue with a membership plugin (Paid Memberships Pro) we use for our news site.
The membership plugin filters content during “the_content” filter in order to hide content to non members. However there seems to be an issue with the page based mega menu that uses the_content filter to render shortcodes etc. The menu can get filtered when it is shown on or near membership content (the_content doesnt have any identifying features e.g. page ID).
I have reached out to the membership plugin developer and they have been trying to work on compatibility with your theme — they are asking for a hook they could use, so they can unhook their filter during megamenu rendering, and then rehook once it is complete.
Here is there message to me:-
“I managed to replicate this issue with both the category and page ID method for mega menus. The code you shared definitely helps us, however it seems there’s no easy hook to disable the_content while in the menu item or location by the looks of it.
To help speed up support, please can you reach out to the Newspaper support team to provide us with hooks to unhook the_content temporarily while in the header menu item. I wasn’t able to find the right hook within their plugin or theme, but I am still going to look into this further.
The idea to the solution would be to unhook the_content while in the menu location and add it back once the menu is finished rendering which should help.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.”
I can find the problem line on Line 205 /td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_menu.php
Is this something you would kindly help with?
Kind Regards
Jeremy Stone
Hi,
Please edit with tagdiv Composer top add content to the page, because now is empty.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want you can use the mobile theme plugin but disable it from pages, unfortunately for this you’ll need to go on each page and from Gutenberg editor to disable the mobile theme – https://i.imgur.com/2prHOcF.png then the responsive version will be used.
Another solution is to use the flex blocks elements instead of blocks, those can be configurate per view port – https://i.imgur.com/YE1xtfg.png – https://i.imgur.com/6sTDf3B.png each option with a solid border in front can be set per view port. Also when you have a flex block layout that you want to reuse it you can save it as an element – https://i.imgur.com/amjxWeA.png and use it latter from tagDiv Composer.
I hope this will help you!
Hello @dimiguel!
A workaround there could be to use flex blocks. This is the easiest way to control the posts from every module. A module could represent a flex block element with the limit 1, that displays only one post. Steps to follow to build what you need there in the tagdiv composer:
1. Add a new row
2. Split it in 2 columns
3. Add 1 flex block element with limit 1 and the filter you need. Also you can specify the Id of the posts you like to be displayed in that flex block. Check the guide for more info: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
3. Add 1 flex block with limit 1 also in the second column. Add the post ID you like to display there as well.
4. Add an inner row in the second column
5. Split it in 2 inner columns.
6. Add 1 flex block in the first inner column
7. Add 1 flex block in the second inner column
Thank you!
i am able to use the toc only while edited in wordpres post editor but i am unable to add some custom titles added via tag-div composer titles to the toc column can u pls help me with my issue
Hi,
Please edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/j8YvKks.png click on the block and remove the offset -> https://i.imgur.com/dJ0iFQu.png let that field empty.
Thank you!
Hello @discorigido!
If you use the cloud templates, then edit the mobile page or the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB and adjust that element in the tagdiv composer. Check the CSS tab of that element and delete all the values from there.
Thank you!
Hello
I set the switch in the Posts Loop module to the “Date – Show” position, but the dates are not displayed in the composer and on the page
The “Button – Show” switch works, the “Author – Show” switch works. But the date is not. It even seems that the parameter returns an empty value.

Example: https://birincimusic.com/category/relizy
What could be the problem? Thank you.
Hello,
Please provide the link to your website.
To edit the text for edit, you need to edit this file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module.php -> and change the text https://prnt.sc/kqp0IVwmIR5o
Thank you!
Hello @TravelMoveLive!
I’ve checked your website and it is displaying well on Brave. Do you mean in the tagdiv Composer? Can you please provide some screenshots with the issue?
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
