Can you please fix the problem of VC front end editor and GO buttons are showing in editor but not showing in front end.

I found that Big Slide (visual composer) is not showing in 2/3 + 1/3 layout.
Do you have solution for this issue?

As seen at http://www.rockcityrecord.com/events/category/events/list/ the excerpt for the show is pulling the visual composer shortcodes as the excerpt. Is there any way to avoid this. I would rather it show no description/excerpt than this. I have posted the response below from the Events Calendar Pro support:

Hi – I’m sorry you’re hitting difficulties. By default the events list displays an excerpt (which may be generated automatically) and this would not normally include any shortcodes. However, I wouldn’t expect valid shortcodes to display at all in this situation: that makes me think that, although what you shared looks like a nest of shortcodes, it is actually something bespoke that only your theme/visual composer plugin understands. Can you confirm which theme or plugin you are using that implements this? In the default template used within list view to display an individual event we are, ultimately, using nothing more exotic than WordPress’s the_excerpt() function – can you confirm with the vendor of your theme/plugin if there is some better approach?

i have one question about visual composer

from one plugin (Live Blogging Plus) created one new post type call liveblog_entry and i need in this post type enable the visual composer button…

i cant do this from visual composer settings , i cant see this post type, only post, page, product (from woocommerce) end one more custom post type from some other plugin).

please inform me if i can do manual…

I am attempting to add a shortcode for a 3rd Party Plug-in and not sure if it’s possible, or how to do it if it is.

I do have an independent version of VC, and it seems on their support pages they have a shortcode mapper for such a use, navigating to Settings/Visual Composer/My Shortcodes:

Can’t seem to find the same with the bundled version.

is it possible, if so how?
Here is what I’m doing… but it is only giving me text:
<div id=”timer”>[dsrc id=’2945’ ui_div_id=’test’]</div>

and it is only simply spitting out the same text for me when I am attempting to insert a timer:
“[dsrc id=’2945′ ui_div_id=’test’]” (with no quotes)

Just a suggestion here. I was playing with the ajax in visual composer, and found that it could not see my custom taxonomies. My solution was to delay the mapping of blocks, by altering functions.php
Problematic area, around line 883:

if(function_exists('wpb_map')) {
    //map all of our blocks in page builder
    td_global_blocks::wpb_map_all();
}

My alternative, using a filter to delay the mapping:

function my_wpb_map(){
	if(function_exists('wpb_map')) {
		//map all of our blocks in page builder
		td_global_blocks::wpb_map_all();
	}
}
add_filter('admin_init','my_wpb_map');

I just purchased the theme,

i did all necessary installation and everything is working fine. I am at Visual Composer Settings and I am at the Product Licence tab.

I am entering all necessary info and when i click Activate Licence it says that it is not valid.

Please help.

I’m trying to add the following code to my homepage but with no luck:

So, the idea is to add the estimated reading time to the homepage posts loop right after the post title and date published. I’m using Page Builder – with title template & Block 6 in Visual Composer. Any idea how to get this done?
