Hello @iamcertifiable !
Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
You can choose the mobile version and the menu you want to use. By default, we use option 1 for mobile, and you can customize it from the tagdiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello Team,
Can you please help with this issue coming from long time, plugin are deactivate automatically random time period
after few days its deactivate automatically. We didn’t do anything for theme or plugin instead of its deactivate
please can you solve this issue ASAP. My client is very unhappy regarding this issue.
Hi bobtod,
Most of the time when this is happening it is because the theme plugin tagDiv Composer is not installed or something was not correctly installed during the theme updated.
Normally in this case what you need to do is to make sure that the required theme plugins are installed, in this was was tagDiv Composer.
If you want we can do the update together and see if the problem persist and if does we’ll resolve it.
You can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com
Thank you!
How to get a form on that contact page? https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_momentum_pro/contact/
The ‘TagDiv Composer’ function is not enough to create the ‘Contac Form’. I need your help.
When I log in to WordPress and go from frontpage into tagdiv composer, all blocks are showing. On other computers viewing the same frontpage, some blocks are gone.
Also when I logout and then view the frontpage, the same blocks also do not show.
Thank you
Jos
Hi,
The path to the theme images and fonts is this one:
-> wp-content/themes/Newspaper/images/
-> wp-content/themes/Newspaper/images/icons
-> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/assets/images
if you use tagDiv Standard Pack
-> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/assets
-> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/assets/images
if you use tagDiv Cloud Library
-> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/assets/images
I hope this will help you!
Hello Tony,
A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”.
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
Thank you!
Hello,
I recommend you use the option to create your own modules with tagdiv Composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/ , and after you can assign them in Flex Block Builder, or Flex Block Loop -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-builder-flex-loop-builder/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please provide more details, like the link to your website.Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edited with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello,
Edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer, scroll to footer, click on footer zone, and edit “Inline text”, as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/1f5iPn2gEIna
Thank you!
I would like to make a custom flex block, which based on Flex Block 1.
I tried to make it with API plugins. Added the modules (copied Flex Block 1 with some changes), and the block
This is only a snippet, what changes from the original code:
td_api_block::add( 'td_flex_block_1_custom',
array(
'map_in_visual_composer' => false,
'map_in_td_composer' => true,
"name" => 'Flex Block 1 - custom',
"base" => 'td_flex_block_1_custom',
"class" => 'td_flex_block_1_custom',
"controls" => "full",
"category" => 'Blocks',
'tdc_category' => 'Blocks',
'icon' => 'icon-pagebuilder-td_flex_block_1',
'file' => $this->plugin_path . '/shortcodes/td_flex_block_1_custom.php',
But after recieved an php error message:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method td_api_plugin::get_map_block_general_array()
in ..../td-api-plugin/td-api-plugin.php on line 670
Line 670:
self::get_map_block_general_array(),
Could you help to setup?
Thanks

Hello @boubsamy !
Please make sure you use the cloud templates. We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Hello, I need some help regarding responsive. I am not really staified with the mobile theme. I just want to have the responsive version of the website that I ceated with TagComposer. When I desactivate the mobile theme I have empty sections and not the mobile version of the page I create; Could you please help me with that ?
Has this issue been resolved?
Could you also write a solution to this problem here? I still have the same problem for years and still haven’t found a solution.
Also, there is no such settings like post type as Bettina wrote:
“Edit the search page with the TagDiv Composer and check the element’s settings(General tab). There should be a post type option and please write there the word “post” in order to display the posts and not the CPT.”

Hello,
To change the menu, you need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer, because that menu is a page and set it the element called Modal Popup -> for example
https://app.screencast.com/N5eBgaFCyQDpC
Thank you!
Hi,
As I said, for the mobile theme you can customize it from Theme Panel-> Mobile Theme -> footer => https://i.imgur.com/7ABDfSe.png You can’t edit it with tagDiv Composer.
I think that you have there also, a mobile page, and for this you need to convert the header/footer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd please check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY and disable the mobile theme.
Thank you!
Hello @Vladi,
I recommend using our page builder, tagDiv Composer because the WP BAKERY is no longer compatible with the theme.
Also, you can download it from here https://we.tl/t-sOwgZNoQYy
Thank you!
“Seems you use a mobile theme; and you can’t edit the mobile theme with tagDiv Composer; so please disable it.”
So, how can i disable it?
Hello,
I think that you are referring to “Edit with tagDiv Composer”, the theme builder can be used on pages and cloud templates, but not on post page – https://i.imgur.com/AzUB2iq.png
Also, this one https://theledger.whatchacatchin.com/directory/ is a page and this one – https://theledger.whatchacatchin.com/directory/pacific-pearl/ is a single page. What I can suggest is to check in the Cloud Templates in CPT/Taxonomies tab and make sure that you use that template as global – https://i.imgur.com/O5Afbhr.png for your directory.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please edit the file td_instagram.php in this path td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_instagram.php and remove https://i.imgur.com/Mg9DE3w.png “comments_count,like_count” line 655
Thank you!
Hello,
Seems you use a mobile theme; and you can’t edit the mobile theme with tagDiv Composer; so please disable it.
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.
You can disable the mobile theme plugin on the pages from the Gutenberg editor using the following option => https://www.screencast.com/t/axXRJsWby
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-working-well-with-this-theme/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
Hi,
If I understand correctly, you are using a single post template and you want to edit the author box for it, right? For this you need to edit the single post template using the tagDiv Composer and got the author box element, select it, and do the necessary settings (this will be applied to all posts that are using that single post template).
If you are referring to that author cloud templates this can be edited from here – https://i.imgur.com/7nHE3PQ.png and you can also apply it individually in the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/pmlSUZ6.png
I hope this will help you!
