https://btlonline.org/ – The Newspaper theme download no longer includes the most recent version of WP Bakery Page Builder tested with the theme. We developed our site several years ago using Page Builder instead of TagDiv.
The site shows the following for the Page Builder plugin:

You have version 6.6.0 installed. Update to 6.8.0. View version 6.8.0 details.
Why is the plugin no longer included in the download? Version 6.6 was released 2/22/2021. There have been 2 releases since that time. When are you planning to give users a new version? It would be far too much work for us to redo our site using TagDiv Composer.

For homepage, please use “Column text” and “text with title” elements which have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add the code there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
The Single External Shortcode works only on single post templates. Also, you can set for this one https://prnt.sc/26gwigr in the CSS tab a margin:0 at the bottom to take off that space.

on the Home Page I think there is a problem with tagDiv Composer:
1. inserting shortcode via “Raw HTML” element does not work https://prnt.sc/26gwkna
2. when I click on “+Add” (Add a new element in the viewport) and when I search for “shortcode” https://prnt.sc/26gwjep or “external” https://prnt.sc/26gwk2z shows no results

The tag div composer plugin doesn’t work either, and I can’t even install the tagDiv Multi-Purpose, it gives me an error.

I believe like many others I have the problem that the facebook social counters does not update, it shows 0 fans, while it should be 1700+. This happens when I use both the ID and the name ‘Motorstof.nl’. When I look into the Social Networks tab from the theme panel all seems to look OK, I see both the followers on my Facebook page and Instagram account.
I have already tried deleting the social counters plugin with the tagdiv composer plugin as it was mentioned as a possible solution for this issue. Meaning I disconnected the accounts, disabled and deleted the plugins, reinstalled the plugins and reconnected the account. I currently do not have a caching plugin active, but it did not help.
The theme version is 11.4, which should be the last version as far as I can see. Further than that, I can not seem to find anymore possible solutions for this problem. Any help would be more than welcome.

And now I’m getting this error:

I never faced an issue like this with Newspaper theme, even saving pages with or without the TagDiv Composer. Please contact your server provider and let them know about this issue. The time shouldn’t be that long, maybe some seconds, not minutes.

For the page itself only, you can add some custom CSS when you edit the page with the TagDiv Composer and use the element called RAW CSS. If you want to use the LIVE CSS, then the code for an element will appear on each page from your website where that element exist.
Please note that the WP Bakery has a conflict with the TagDiv Composer. Please use only one builder and not both.

So, your client uses the mobile theme plugin, but the mobile theme is disabled on the homepage, right?
Also, she created a mobile menu for the posts and pages where the mobile theme is enabled and she set the menu in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Header -> https://i.imgur.com/8dAeJRZ.png, so you can set the other menu for the homepage in Theme Panel -> Header -> Main Menu -> https://i.imgur.com/onc8Lik.png if she uses a standard template for header from Theme Panel or you can set it with tagDiv Composer on the viewport for phone -> https://i.imgur.com/T9gLYs1.png

Hi Bennettheyn, when you import only the demo settings, then indeed this will not look like in our demos. When you import it with content then are imported pages and posts, for example, when it is installed without content there are no pages and no posts. Now you have your own posts, but you need the homepage. I think that we can try like this. Keep the demo imported without content and take from here the homepage code. Just copy it and past it in a new page, after that set it as your static homepage and set te page template like this https://i.imgur.com/ukGVV07.png. Then you’ll need to edit it with tagDiv Composer and change the filters from the blocks using your categories.
