1. This situation appears because the cloud header that you are using is set as an overlay on content. Please edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer, select an element from header and click on the header -> https://i.imgur.com/vfLelhI.png then change the display option on default -> https://i.imgur.com/7dOQpHA.png
2. In page’s template is the wordpress editor, is only “default” when tagDiv Standard pack is not installed (because is no need for other settings, now those can be done with tagDiv Composer).
A page to be editable with tagDiv Composer this must be made from the start with the theme builder.
If when you edit the page and you can not edit the content, then most probably that content was set is the wordpress editor, That text should be set in tagDiv Composer in a column text or a text with title.

If the plugin that you use do not pull the right image, then I’m afraid that we can not provide much help, since the problem is not related to our theme.
Now it is about a post that is display in one block set with tagDiv Composer, then this should get the featured image that is set on it.

I think that you are referring to use the free subscription, only submitting your address email and to have access to it. If is so, then this is possible, all you need to do is to use the default looker on those pots. Id you did this and the subscribe button is not working, please disable and delete tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Opt-in Builder, then re-install them from Newspaper >plugins.

I think that you are referring that the user that a user already have access to wp-admin, if is so, then yes, this need to use the subscription to see the locked posts.

Since for the moment this option is not in the opt-in builder we do not know how this should work, but is on our list to be add in the coming update of plugin.

Also, please check the console when you try to save the changes made with tagDiv Composer maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

I have been having the same problem and tried tagDiv composer with no luck.
Everyime I make an edit to a page on the site using tag div or anything, it doesn’t push to the website. I have to go to siteground and clear my cache everytime I want an edit to push to the live site. I need to get this fixed. I cant clear cache everytime I make an edit. I need to be able to use tagdiv composer, make an edit, and when I click ‘save’ it goes to the live site. Any help?

It was fixed for about a week, and I thought everyone else would get the fix with the next update; however, it broke for me again shortly after, and then I updated two days ago, and the update did not fix the issue.
Do they need my credentials again? Did they not actually discover the problem, because it was fixed for a bit, and now it’s broken again, including after an update and delete cache.

Also, for the modal popup, we don’t have yet a guide, but you can create a page with tagDiv Composer, where you can set what you want to display and you need to set the page ID.
Also, you can put a simple text, and you have the option where this to be displayed.

I have tried to look at all posts on the site. to see if there was a solution. I have not found no answers. I would like to change the copy rite on the name and also the about us in the footer. I have no Footer selections On My theme Panel and the edit with Div Tag Composer does not work.

Hi there! I’ve got a problem with a SLIDE element inside our website. On mobile mode, when we arrive to the homepage, the SLIDE element works just fine, but when we rotate te phone to landscape mode, most of the time, the element doesn’t resize correctly and it appears with the same width as if it were on portrait mode. There’s been a couple of times when it shows correctly, but most of the time, it appears as we described before.
Something weird also happens when after this incorrect display on landscape mode, we return to portrait one. When we do this, the column with the Slide element appears to have the correct width, but the title text appears cut, uncomplete, as if it recognize the landscape width instead of the portrait one.
What could be happening? Any idea on how could we fix this?
The only significant thing we’ve made that may be interfering is a change we’ve made to the main css section of the site. We wanted to achive wider blocks on mobile mode, so we wrote the next code lines:
.tdc-row.td-stretch-content, .tdc-row-composer.td-stretch-content {
padding-left: 5px;
padding-right: 5px;
}
And that’s it. We’ve done this “portrait-landscape” experiment erasing those code lines but it’s still happening, so we’re not completly sure that’s the cause.

Altough I figured it out, when I remove the example and try to insert a new picture, I come to the “insert media” showing that there is nothing there. But I have a lot of media already in(existing site with previous with visual composer) and inserting a new picture, it stays turning and nothing happens. At the end, when I quit and go to the “media” in WP, it seems the picture is there. The only way to get the picture on the page is by using the url, then it works fine. But why don’t I see my pictures or shouldn’t it be better to show a url field instead of an uploading icon

The flag image is aligned in Tagdiv composer,

Hi – when trying to save custom CSS under Theme Panel >> Custom code >> CSS, I can add the code I need but when I hit “Save” the spinning modal icon appears but doesn’t disappear. Reloading the page notes that the code hasn’t persisted.
Any suggestions on what’s happening and if there are some log files worth investigating?
For reference, the code I’m adding is:
.td-block-title {
background-color: #123456;
}
… where #123456 is the hex code for the colour. I’m adding this in as there doesn’t seem to be the ability to edit this property in the tagDiv Composer UI.
Forgot to add, I’m running the latest version of the theme, WordPress and plugins.
Quick edit/update: Looks like I can’t save any changes made in the Theme Panel, so it’s not just CSS…

If you’ll use Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme. The same thing for AMP plugin too. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout.
