I’ve been trying to install the tagDIV Composer plug-in for Newspaper theme. It will not install. It says “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini”
I already increased max upload size in three locations:
php.ini
upload_max_filesize = 250M
wp-config.php
@ini_set(‘upload_max_size’ , ‘250M’ );
.htaccess
php_value upload_max_filesize 250M
Can you please advise?
Hello!
First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.
Please take a look for this advice before updating: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/action-required-please-read-how-to-update-to-the-newspaper-theme-v-10/
I recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer, so that you don’t face any error: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
I recommend you after update to try these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Also, make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date(specially Standard Pack installed and active if you use default templates).
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Thank you!
Hello!
This seems to be a WordPress issue as you can see here: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/47510
Please make sure you have your WordPress and plugins up to date.
1. Please provide a screenshot with the issue there or what you need exactly.
2. There is no setting for that in our theme
3. Please provide a screenshot with exactly the location you need to have that button.
4. We have an element in Composer called ” Mobile horizontal menu “. With this element you can be able to achieve what you need.
Thanks!
ok will, in the meanwhile here the error

Hello Adrian!
Edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer, access Website Manager, click on main menu, and there you should find a shadow option in the element’s settings. You need only to delete the value from there.
Thank you!

For error 503, please check the theme requirements -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ make sure that your host accomplishes this and all settings are set as in our guide.

If it is still a problem, you will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
Thank you!
Hello,
The problem is caused if you use WP Bakery for posts, unfortunately, we recommend using WP Bakery only for pages and not for posts => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
Also, if you use the WPBakery for pages, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
Please deactivated the WP Bakery and see if the problem persists.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hello,
Sorry, I think I misunderstood what you want to achieve, you want to change the limits post for auto loading, right?
For this, you need to edit the Single Post Template with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jyUVNSVHS -> Show site wide settings and set the limit post => https://www.screencast.com/t/niaHM5EMLOM9
Hope this helps you!

Help me, Pls!!!
Hi Ana Maria,
as you can see in the screenshot of my first message (see here), the page was built with TD composer. It happens also in other pages, only in that module you see in the snapshot (Text with title). It stays loading and loading, but nothing happens. Unlike Webjump in the previous comment, I dont get any error message of any sort.
I’ll send you an email with my credentials, so you can take a look.
Thanks in advance.
María
Hi Bettina,
If I uninstall TagDiv composer, will it delete my data and pages/posts etc?
Just need to know.
Many thanks in advance.
Hi there,
We are having the same problem. It says the page as not created in TD composer, but we only used that.
Hello,
This page was created with tagDiv composer or did you use another page builder?
Also, we need to investigate what settings were made to cause that problem, please make a full backup to all files and the database and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com to investigate the problem. Provide
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello !
That you can do in tagDiv Composer. When selecting the mobile viewport, simply click on the desired element and set it to be hidden as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UIQKswH5 This will hide it only on mobile viewport.
Thank you !
Hello !
For that you will need to edit your website using tagDiv Composer and simply add more blocks in that category template. You can take a look at our Video guides in order to learn how to do this: https://www.youtube.com/user/tagdiv
Thank you !
Yes, I know that ads must be set inside the cloud template using tagDiv composer. I have already tried that but no luck. Again I have disabled all the plugins except the tagDiv, but still no luck. So I have already mailed with all the necessary credentials. Please check and help to solve the problem. Thank you and kind regards.
