Please check the footer option selected in Website Manager when you edit a page with TagDiv Composer. Select the global template for all website pages, then the footer will display the same on whole website.
If you have Mobile Theme, then you can not select the footer you want on posts.

You can not get rid of DOM because it is the structure of your website. With empty DOM, your pages will display nothing.

When you edit a post normally(not with TagDiv Composer), you will have at the bottom of the page some fields to complete:

In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 6(models): 5(dom).. The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.

Also, this page was created with tagDiv composer or did you use another page builder?
Sometimes this problem can also be due to a conflict the plugins, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Maybe you have installed a Prebuilt Website Pro, and the changes from Theme Panel -> Theme Color not apply on the Pro Demo.
If you have instaled a Prebuilt Website Pro then you can edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jNDptsgvhgOW and select which element you want to edit, for example, select the Header main menu => https://www.screencast.com/t/oo6zPCDWd6 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/1EGstlbu.

1. Make sure you save the changes after checking this setting because I tested and it should working well. If the problem is still there, then please start looking for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
2. I observe the theme can see your inline ad, but in TagDiv Composer they will never display. I checked also your post page and I can see the inline ad but is empty, that’s why please verify if the code is correctly written and it’s working well.

If it looks like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/ax1GqDMD you can remove with tagDiv Composer, select the zone when is “- Advertisement -” and with a right-click you can delete => https://www.screencast.com/t/pLXFgC8XM1dx, or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.

Normally, Facebook and Youtube will work if you reinstall the social counter plugin and your theme update is done. Make sure it is reinstalled properly from Newspaper plugins and that all the ID’s are inserted correctly.

Also, if the problem persists and you use a plugin cache, then clear all cache and check the results.

As I said above => https://www.screencast.com/t/gzxQ2QRtXA , with tagDiv Composer => https://tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-page-builder-basics/ you can’t edit the content of a post, you can only adjust/add the elements in the single post templates, other cloud templates and pages.
You can’t create/edit post content with the theme builder.

You can create your own pages or you can import from Cloud Library Templates a blank page and customize it with tagDiv Composer or you can import a template page if you find one to like it => https://www.screencast.com/t/NEDNdJSb1N7

If I understand correctly you want to display some more posts from the same category, this can be done by using the filter tab from flex elements https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ you can select the category that you want to display and set in “Show the following IDs:” => https://www.screencast.com/t/iJaRmgFhpOaC the ids for the subcategories that you want to display them.
