Hello!
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
I have a mobile page that is finished and looks good. I want the entire mobile page to show up when accessing the site on an iPad as well, but it doesn’t. When I then edit the mobile page for the iPad view, it changes the mobile page, which I don’t want. How can I get around this problem?
Hello, I placed the text with image element at the end of the post using the tagdiv composer. On the desktop, the element appears normally in all posts, but on mobile phones and other mobile devices, it does not appear, even though it has the “show” option.
Is there anything else I need to do to make the element appear on mobile devices?

Hi,
I don’t know how to better explain the issue. Everything is defined well in tagdiv composer – as can be seen in other posts.
posts without Taxopress table:

post with Taxopress table – breaks the defined post content column width:
https://winbuzzer.com/2020/02/11/microsoft-deepspeed-with-zero-can-train-100-billion-parameter-ai-models-xcxwbn/
page with Taxopress table – everything fine:

Hello!
Why can’t you change the column width from the tagdiv Composer?
Thank you!
Hello Gus!
It seems you set up the blog page to appear on the homepage. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
You can not customize the default blog page. You can create another page with that name and edit it with the tagdiv Composer if you want.
Thank you!
Hello!
In this code, it’s only a comment so you won’t see any ads.
In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the “Single Post Content” element in the ADS tab. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad Box” from TagDiv Composer, and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
Thank you!
Hello Vunt!
If you will edit the article with the tagdiv Composer, you can hide or delete it. You can also duplicate the template and have multiple templates that you can set for each article or the articles from a category: https://app.screencast.com/tfQZrcgL1m3ry
You can have different design templates and install different single cloud templates from Cloud Library: https://app.screencast.com/9uKJDKSiUCdyz More info here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, there is no option to add WhatsApp to that shortcode. With the help of the tagdiv Composer elements, you can create and customize a line for WhatsApp and add a link there, too. The counter should be written manually, too. For example, you can add a simple button with a link, and you can add text and an icon.
Thank you!
Hello!
You should edit the pages with the tagdiv Composer and change that image: https://app.screencast.com/wnIytcKxvZdCb, or you can delete the ad box element: https://app.screencast.com/NgZQLuzK8Mlq6
Thank you!
Hi Team,
I have tried to fix this issue but not able to fix. In my website thetlcnews.com the tag div composer, visual composer & elementor is not working. Kindly check & advise.
Hello!
There is actually a recycle bin basket for every element: https://www.screencast.com/t/wFYdqgpo6pT
Select the mobile viewport and search about an element, then you can drag & drop the one you want on the page: https://app.screencast.com/x78OK064sdQiY and configure it.

Hi Bettina,
Thank you for the detailed explanation! I have tried all the suggested methods, but I am still facing an issue with the login functionality on mobile. Even after disabling the login option, it remains active.
I have:
✅ Disabled the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP
✅ Cleared the cache (both website and browser)
✅ Checked for conflicting plugins and themes
✅ Verified settings in TagDiv Composer
Despite these steps, the login remains enabled on mobile. Could you suggest any other possible fixes? Is there a specific setting or file override that might be causing this issue?
Looking forward to your guidance!
Thanks!

Hello Vunt!
If this is a cloud template, you can edit the article with the tagdiv Composer click and remove the element. https://forum.tagdiv.com/author-card/ There is actually a recycle bin basket for every element: https://www.screencast.com/t/wFYdqgpo6pT
For default templates, please check this screenshot: https://app.screencast.com/jdLnm4MOGexrF

Hello!
Edit the page with the tagdiv Composer, click on the second column, and uncheck the sticky option.
Thank you!
Hello!
If you used the WPBakery plugin, you should know that it is a deprecated plugin and you should redesign your website using the tagdiv Composer plugin in the newest version.
For every update, we always recommend the following:
-> First of all, please make sure you have a backup.
-> Please deactivate all the non-tested plugins with our theme before updating.
-> Update WordPress, PHP, the theme, and plugins to the latest version: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/.
-> Check all these requirements for the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thank you!
Hello!
Sure. This is possible when using cloud templates. We recommend using cloud/PRO templates to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features; please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hello!
I recommend using the Duplicator plugin. This https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/ saves only the theme panel settings and not the ones from the tagdiv Composer(cloud templates).
Thank you!

Hello!
We’ve added the Single Post Table of Contents shortcode. This can be found in the TagDiv Composer while you edit a single cloud post template.
Other similar feature is this one: https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-tabbed-content-shortcode/
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
It shouldn’t be a problem because this code will be added in the head section. Also, the auto ads should be added there.

When in the Module 10, previously setting Except Length to “0” would remove (hide) the excerpt. Now it shows default (full) excerpt length. Setting to “1” to hide it kinda works now.

I tried following your advice, however, the ads don’t show up in tagdiv composer edit. However, they show up when the page is loaded on a separate browser (not in edit mode). Please assist on how to remove when you can’t see it in the tagdiv composer edit
