I suspect your problem that was caused by your untested plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

That widget seems to come from the flexslider plugin and has a 60 px bottom margin. You can use this css to reduce it:
.flexslider{
margin: 0px 0 15px!important;
}

Unfortunately this is a known issue and we are working on fixing this. The solution at the moment is to have the menu items link to # and have the sub-menus provide the desired content mega-menu or simple sub-menu.
The hamburger menu method is not so easy to apply as you need to change the css for it and it will be a tedious task as there are lots of entries that need changing.

It may be done with css if you set it to display both time and date from the php files and then hide the time with css with display:none; Then you can activate it with display:block or display:inline but only on the page itself in a row in visual composer with a custom class so it can be targeted with css. It cannot be done in the sidebar however.

There are 2 ways to add css code in our theme. The first and most easy way is to add it in the theme panel->custom css box. the second one is adding it directly inside style.css found in the root directory of the theme files. Add the code at the very bottom of the file.

Category tags can be enabled or disable for a specific module, but if that module is used on different blocks, then there is no setting from the theme panel to filter this out.
You can however use a css code to hide the category tags for other big grids like so:
.td_block_big_grid_1 .td-post-category,
.td_block_big_grid_4 .td-post-category,
.td_block_big_grid_6 .td-post-category,
.td_block_big_grid_7 .td-post-category{
display:none!important;
}

1) Thank you for pointing this out. There seems to be a problem with the alignment on mobile. You can use this custom css to fix it and i will add this to our bug list and fix it in the next version of the theme:

2) I’m not sure how your plugin ads the separator to but this is just a symbol and it should not affect anything. The plugin you use is not tested so I cannot say for sure if it will work properly. The plugin we recommend for seo is SEO YOAST as it is tested and works properly with our theme. (It will also control the separators.)
