The easiest way to have your post use a different background is to use post template style 8: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-2015-awards-all-of-the-best-and-worst-moments-from-the-show/ this will grab the post featured image and use it as a background.
As an alternative, you can override the post background with css. You will need the unique post id you can get from here: http://screencast.com/t/MONR30SLy2u
Then you can use this id as a css class and use this code to change the background:

}

1) If you want to reduce the space between Image and Post Heading for these kinds of Blocks, you have to use a bit of CSS for each to achieve as you want. Please try the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option for your goal. It is necessary to create your own block with your desired changes. Please notice that is not a simple task to achieve that and is require custom work. If you want to implement blocks in our theme you have to use API method, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_blockadd/ If you want to display more levels in theme please notice that are require to do some additional customizations and is require to have a solid knowledge of PHP/HTML/JS/CSS to accomplish this. Unfortunately we will need to inspect this if we’re to help in this matter, so please let us know when we can access your website and inspect it as we need to use the browser inspector to see the css and try to position it. If I cannot inspect your website, I cannot provide you an accurate CSS code for your sidebar but only I can suggest you trying to target your text class from your sidebar and add this attribute with CSS code for Justify alignment -> text-align: justify;

That is because you moved it from the header section. Everything you move from the default state will have consequences. You cannot adjust elements like that without compromise. If you want to control it again from the theme panel, you have to add the title back into the header. Or you can target it with css:

}
Add this code in the theme panel->custom css box and change the values to your preference.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option in Theme panel to customize the social icons but only you can do that with a bit o CSS code. If you want to change these icons, you have to use the code below and adjust the values as you wish until you achieve your desired result.

Your css above did not work because you use 2 classes that apply to the body. If you use both classes that are used by the same element you have to remove the space between them, so the code will work like this:
.single-post.td-boxed-layout #td-outer-wrap{width:100%!important;}
We use a little tool called live css editor. It’s a chrome extension that helps a great deal with editing css.
As for the implementation request, we try to implement as much features in the theme as we can but at the same time keep the theme as light as possible. It is a very hard decision as we have lots of suggestions and there are lots of cool stuff we could implement but it will only make the theme heavier (and it’s pretty ‘heavy’ as it is).
I will pass this info on to our development team and we’ll see what they decide.

There could be a css that can make it fall under the header using a z-index property, but unfortunately we cannot tell if this is the case as we have not tested any video playlist plugins so we have no idea of the one you are using or it’s functionality. Please provide a link to your website so I can take a look and see if it can be adjusted with css. (If not, I cannot promise anything as plugin implementation is not covered by the theme support)

If you remove the featured images from the code, then the homepage modules will have no images to display. The best way to do it is to hide the featured images with css:

Unfortunately there is no easy option for this as the menu is hidden with css and then the set to display on a specific viewport. This will not be an easy task as you will have to edit quite a bit of css to do it. You will probably need to hire a freelancer to help out as it will be a bit of a time consuming job.

If you can correct the issue fro your browser inspector then 80% of the problem is solved, You simply have to add the code in the theme panel – custom css box. You can use a chrome extension called live css editor and you can create your css code directly inside it and see it applied live. Then you simply copy over the code in the theme panel.
