Hello,
We have been hacked and no matter what we do, we can’t get rid of the hacker. We have more than 10 years in this field so yes, we did everything you are thinking.
So, I want to remove the whole WordPress installation and every single file (even Content folder and everything) so we can start from scratch.
How can we get the license so once we do that, we can verify our purchase and be able to imports the demo so we can work on top of that? Of course, the domain is the same one but we have read in this forum that once you reinstall, the secret key doesn’t work.

I have installed and activated Font Awesome 4 Menus.
I entered “<i class=”fas fa-dog”></i> Hundguiden” in label section of one menu item. Nothing is displayed, only the ones from the demo. I have tried several icons from https://fontawesome.com/icons?d=gallery&m=free
In WordPress settings -> Font Awesome,
I have tried both “Load Font Awesome 4 From” “Local plugin folder (default)” and “Official Font Awesome CDN (Font Awesome CDN powered by MaxCDN)”
I am using WordPress 5.4.2
What am I doing wrong?

We recommend you to firstly create a full backup of your website. Your content should not be affected by the instalation of a demo. After installing the demo you will be able to set the filters of the blocks using tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/YGATfyrcuuA

I want to re-use the Flex Block from homage page of your GOSSIP demo on another template. The block where the meta is on white over the image in three columns, two rows.
When I save that as a custom block, the output is corrupted. This would be my 1st support question. Why is that?
I then tried to recreate it manually and I can never get the image to not extend outside of the column. This would be my 2nd support question. How?
Thirdly, as a general question: When importing a cloud template, do I always get all and any custom CSS in the front-end, or is there stuff hidden in files in the back-end?
I have an existing blog with lots and lots of content. I want to install one of the Newspaper demo themes, but do not want to lose all of my existing content. I know that I need to select ‘Design Only’, but what happens after that? How do I get all of my existing content into the new demo theme? I am scared I will loose all my thousands of pages of content. Can someone help please?
I have setup and install a Amberlight PRO sample.
I have edited and removed the category from sample that i have got of that article but not all ..i have manage finally but on the mobile phone if i check it appear that article from demo page.
If i use from pc the mobile phone view show me the same as from desktop just the size is reduce and some changes.
The problem is if i go on my mobile phone is not the same content that i have setup on desktop and show me that articles in english that was install with the Amberlight PRO sample.
How i could remove them and or make the same as for desktop? i asking because if i enter in admin mode to edit from mobile phones i cannot edit with tagdiv Composer or TD Composer or live editor.

This is disposable as a demo and we’ll add the cloud template in tagDiv Cloud Library as soon as possible.
When you use a demo the current settings for the one that you have will be lost -> https://i.imgur.com/vOcoYID.png, when you use only cloud templates then the settings will remain.

The only changes that where made was only for Instagram and we added some new demos, there are no other changes for theme panel.
Please try the follow steps.
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
If the problem persists, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Usually the font family can be set in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/LvqPmJM.png -> https://i.imgur.com/HFj0KBm.png this will be apply on all elements that has set the font family on default, but if you are using a pro demo you need to check the cloud template with tagDiv Composer too -> https://i.imgur.com/GNqglDI.png -> https://i.imgur.com/aXURkxS.png -> https://i.imgur.com/03SBY1y.png

Is it the demo or the cloud template? Is it something that will just new magazine pro page, or will it modify the whole website and database?

This can not be found on the cPanel. Our developer and the hosting provider cannot remove it as apparently part of the theme.
According to the hosting support team: please contact them and get them to remove it for you as you probably have paid for this theme.
The site is not loading on GTMetrix or any other test site because of these images. It keeps loading and the loading time is really slow. We have to remove it.
We have removed 2 images from the six and currently, there are four images:

We cannot find a way to remove the four. I think it’s on your end. Please help us remove these images.

Hi Aveine, as long you can continue editing the website using tagDiv Composer, you do not need to worry about that message.
Also what demo are you using? only pro demos are full editable using tagDiv Composer, if you are using the one mentioned above (Classic Blog Demo) this is using classic templates not cloud templates, therefore you’ll be able to edit with tagDiv Composer only the page content -> https://i.imgur.com/yNDPXBk.jpg.

I can only edit the top of the home page. So probably as you say,
“the page contains elements that was saved using other method (like in your case) and not tagDiv Composer, or that the page contains elements that are not part of the tagDiv composer, or the page has been built with with a different method, this can create problems.”
But as i said I used one of your template demo and the panel.
Please tel me what to do. and please don’t tell me where to click to have the tagdiv composer.

Please note that Revolution Slider that we provide is a Bundled Plugins in our theme. No need to activate it, simply ignore the activation messages and you can use it for the sliders that our theme is providing -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/. It is a bundled plugin, you can use it fully without the need of a activation key.

If you want to have full access to this plugin, then you’ll need to buy a licence key for it, the licence key that you get to activate the theme is working only for our theme, you can not activate other theme or plugins with it.

I think that you have installed a demo with content, is very possible that the demo you are using to be from 2016, for example the Gadgets demo has articles that mentions 2017 -> https://i.imgur.com/1KoZeLh.jpg -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_gadgets/
We recommend to use your own content, the one from our demos is just to see how the demo will look like.

I started from scratch the single post template now I wish to add a hand icon before the Page Title and in the Single Post Comments section before the LEAVE A REPLY.

On the Newspaper theme panel in the Social Networks => Configure your Instagram giving me the following error {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Invalid scope field(s): basic”} so I cant connect my Instagram and also the counter doesn’t show the number of the followers

In the gossip pro theme, and some other pro themes also I noticed, reading a post, coming to the end, automatically an other post is shown, and that goes on and on. I only prefer to one post and thats it. Only one post is shown in case one of the basis post templates is selected. Using the standard – theme related, and also implementing a blank one, results in more post being showed behind one another.
What can I do to prevent this?
When you see this post, not only one post is shown, but a second, more below, a full post.
