Hello,
Problem #1
I just updated the theme, and a lot of blocs on different pages are now corrupted.
Some colors on text blocs disappeared after the update, and when I try to correct it via the tagDiv composer, it’s just full bugged and I can’t even access the blocks.
In the same spirit, some images blocs are now displayed as base64 (I guess) when I’m on edit mode, and I can’t even access the bloc to edit it.
Problem #2
When trying to import the Animals Pro category page (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_animals_pro/category/animals/), the image space shows on the tagDiv editor, I can set an image as background, which is displayed in preview mode, but is ignored when used in a category, and I can’t find any documentation about that.
As I have clearly stated, I have disabled WPBakery. And, the issue still persists.
So, why does this work for one of your demos Dental Studio? That demo has a background image set-up as I mentioned. It works for that demo, why not other sites?
And, what particular plugin would conflict with this? There are very few other plugins installed.
tagDiv importer detected an error. The importer will try to recover and continue to install the demo after you click ok on this dialog.
Steps to troubleshoot:
– Check the permissions on your upload folder
– Please make sure that WP_DEBUG is set to false in wp-config.php

The problems seems to be the YouTube playlist from the demos, all demos that have a video playlist -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_racing/ will provide that error, to fix the problem you need to make sure that your Newspaper version is at least 10.3 and the YouTube api key is set in theme panel as in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/
The racing mag demo comes with custom footer page which can be customize using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/o5Xc70e.png

Let try together to install the Beauty Pro Demo.
First after you install the theme you need to install the theme plugins from Welcome screen -> https://i.imgur.com/5TxIGRy.png after that all theme plugins should be enable (those with tagDiv in their names) -> https://i.imgur.com/MVM527y.png after that in install demos click on Beauty Pro -> https://i.imgur.com/I7dGOQh.png the result should be this -> https://i.imgur.com/rcp1CI6.jpg if you want to edit the demo layout you’ll need to use tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/jJ4mNgy.png

Hello, I purchased this theme for the Beauty Pro Demo. I wanted to install it into my wordpress blog exactly as it was advertised but a different theme installs every time I try the beauty pro demo. Please help me solve this issue. When I downloaded the newspaper theme it advertised itself as convenient and easy. So far my experience has been the opposite. I’m not allowed to edit my theme from the appearance/customization tab and it is so inconvenient. When I search tutorial videos about the beauty pro demo nothing really comes up.

If you like the GOSSIP demo then you can install it as in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ also you can choose to import only some parts from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit theme using tagDiv Composer.

I edited my home page i can use the tag div composer to re-design the demo with the drag-and-drop option, but when I try to edit my article page or post settings as it is called, I can’t find the page that shows the article page for the demo and then I can’t use the tagdiv composer.

Unfortunately our theme do not have a system to display the elements set/use in your website. Absolutely, but there is no option to edit the post settings from the tagdiv composer and my changes from the theme panel is not refelcting on the demo site since I can’t find a way to edit it from the tgadiv composer

1) Would you also suggest changing the text size unit from px to em because if I set it at 20px it will be same for both 1080p and 4k screens which isn’t a good thing in my opinion. It will look good on 1080p screens but on 4k it’d look extremely small because of the high resolution of the display.
2) In relation to the last line of the first paragraph, does browser scaling work on desktops as well as it does on mobile devices. I mean will 1px be of same width for both 1080p and 4k displays or would it scale up for the 4k just like it does in mobile phones. For example, 16px font would look good on 5inch 100dpi screen but for the same physical dimension of the screen (5inch) with more dpi, say 400, 16px would look very small. But it doesn’t happen since the browser takes the 1px of dimension differently for both screens, i.e., the 100dpi and the 400dpi, and scale it up accordingly. Do you have any idea about whether or not this is valid for desktops as well?
3) Can you do me a favor? If anyone in your staff owns a 4k laptop/desktop or macbook air/pro(new models), can you send a screenshot of the Gossip Pro demo and one full width demo here since I don’t own any such device? More than the theme width, I am worried about the font sizes. They’re very hard to scale up for 4k when the optimum limit of breakpionts is 1141px.

I’ve just installed Newspaper 10.3.1 with the Pro demo, but when I tried to access TagDiv composer from “Edit With TagDiv Composer” link I received the following message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262223 bytes) in /home/*****/public_html/news/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_main.php on line 699
