I have purchased the Newspaper theme recently for my subdomain. I installed that theme in my WordPress account of my subdomain. That time my TD Composer was working perfectly. Then I was facing some problem regarding hosting services. then I removed that theme from there and deleted that subdomain and created that subdomain once again. Then I installed my Newspaper theme over there and activated it. Just right after that, I am facing multiple problems like ram exhausted problem and also My TD Composer is not working. It is showing some error like “This site can’t be reached” when I am clicking on that TD composer option I am getting this message. My site is up and running but after clicking on that option of page builder it is showing this error. And also while installing theme demo the “Default Pro” I am getting a few errors. I was just starting my blog that’s why I completely removed that theme for the first time from my subdomain and I already activated it first time over there and created that subdomain once again and Installed my theme in the same subdomain and also activated it. But It’s showing me multiple glitches. Please help me out to solve this issue because I am planning to buy the newspaper theme for few more websites also. If my problem will get resolved then my trust will be on this theme only for blogs. I am not able to properly utilise my Newspaper theme which I bought with huge expectations because of such errors, even not able to design my landing page. Some times that TD Composer plugin has crashed my whole site also. Please reply and help me asap.

2. For this you can use a custom css like this one -> https://i.imgur.com/iomR2FA.png also you have assigned an empty tag.

5. Our theme can not force the users to open the Facebook app, but for the most users there should by a popup to choose the way you like to open the link (if the user do not have set one option by default).

I just bought the Newspaper Theme and imported the standard demo.
When editing any template (e.g. the footer), however, I only get an error.
“The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer!”
So I cannot edit a template at the moment, probably because there are any compatibility problems. How do I solve this problem now? Or are the current demos unusable?

Please make sure that all them plugins are installed ->https://i.imgur.com/54PRtkT.png in this way you’ll have access to all demos. If the plugins can not be installed make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, if you use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

I have installed the Default Pro demo (without demo content). The desktop viewport is correctly reflected in the ‘published view’. However the mobile viewport is not reflected, when I visit the mobile sites using my mobile. Only the Logo shows, and most of the rest of the screen is blank. It doesn’t show the other blocks/layout.
This is a new install with the recommended plugins activated.
Could you please advise me how to resolve this urgently?

Hello, I decided to buy the template even though the environment I am using it in is a non-connected Intranet.
For the most part – the theme works very well. I am wondering if there are some smaller cosmetic things that can be brought over to my offline environment.
The setting I started with is the one called “News Magazine” (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_magazine/).
I did install the theme on a test server that is connected to the internet so I could test settings in a non-production environment. Site and theme work perfectly.
In my intranet environment, there are some subtle differences. It is probably due to importing a template, which I could not do directly on my intranet server.
i.e. The Main Menu – the green stripe does not appear below the main menu (even though the General Theme Color has the Theme Accent Color set accordingly).
The hover effect on the main menu (menu item background turns black), happens in a little strip below the menu item (where you would expect the green stripe to be present)
The titles in the “Block 1” item are using the accent color specified above, whereas on the demo content it is just white background.
Just small subtle differences like that – but the overall functioning works fine.
If the missing settings are stored in the database, or as a template somewhere, can it be exported from my test site and then imported into my intranet site?
I just bought the Newspaper theme and downloaded the travel demo, but the standard pack and mobile aren’t updating which seem to not allow me to use the editor.
(1) Great theme – I left another for this one [old: coronavirusdata.org] – 301’s coming
(2) Challenges with Youtube:Video – I opted to embed raw HTML (saw that this will get fixed)
(3) CSS options – are outstanding!
(4) Mobile (AMP+) hit and miss, settings confusion for the most part
(5) Templates @Cloud – not really utilized, but might play around later
(6) I feel like there should be more widget/options
(7) Social media – IMO = messy – I opted to again embed HTML [footer]
(8) No conflicts with plugins yet – i stayed pretty light
(9) Don’t ever try to edit pages with anything other than TDComposer – Holy Sh…!!, i had start over, good thing i did not get very far
(10) Don’t ever try to rename a template(d) page – Yikes, that caused a mess as well.
— so pretty much take the templates/demos and TDCompose them – I was trying to fixup how the code looked @dev
Overall 4-5 stars on this theme.

This image was present on our BETA site as part of your theme demo. Its no longer used but it still appears in CSS on the site. Its abnormally large and causing Pagespeed tests to fail

Installing a new demo with content is not recommended because it will overwrite a lot of your actual settings. You can use the tagDiv composer and set your layout colors as you wish. Colors can be edited on blocks using the Style tab as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/j6Eu39N7Xih

It says “INCLUDE CONTENT” , Which opiton should I tick? I’m confused, I hope I don’t delete my pages and posts accidentally.
Hi, I got weired effect after trying to change header background image. I’ve set the row background and indeed got the new background, the behavour houver of the header changed entirely.
Now it disappeared, I set paddings top and bottom – it appeared. But the menu shows up only after rezizing the window. Could you please check and say where should it be changed so to behave the right way as in demo, thanks.

I removed the videos put there for the demo and when I tried to add mine everything is just blank. I’ve deactivated all the plugins and tried but it still didn’t work so it isn’t a plugin causing the problem. Let me know what you need from me to help me out with this problem. Thank you.

In mobile view when I open the menu or the search icon, it opens a menu with with may category links, but the default image from the demo is still there, I want to change that image. (Just to add details, I am using Demo Style News, is not the menu background which is black, it is the deployed menu which is a guy on a suit).

Dear, I just install demo from Newspaper V 10.3 full version, I got message alert when I click install demo , message:
tagDiv importer detected an error. The importer will try to recover and continue to install the demo after you click ok on this dialog.
Steps to troubleshoot:
– Check the permissions on your upload folder
– Please make sure that WP_DEBUG is set to false in wp-config.php
– Contact our support via email contact@tagdiv.com (please provide your product license key)
I skip this dialog box, then process installation demo complete . but when I go to page or post , I don’t see page data demo. why it not working.

It appears I have bought the wrong theme: Newspaper with Nomad demo. I an transferring content page by page to new site using this theme. https://www.parosparadise.com/new/ and learning to use your composer as I go.
I can not find how to get elements on Home Page and elsewhere to display pages instead of posts. Is that possible? Or must I convert all pages to posts?

You can still use the WPBakery with our theme, but you’ll need to choose between tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you can use only one of theme without to create a conflict, we recommend to use tagDiv Cloud Library. Also you can not edit the pages or demos with WPBakery these were made with tagDiv Composer and the pages need to be edited only with the editor that were made.

If anyone could shed some light on these issues…
Perhaps I am using this wrong but I got my site loaded with the Newspaper theme. I am using the Gadgets Pro demo. I was able to get it installed and it created a new home page for me with a ton of content even though I told it not to load any content. It loaded mine for the most part but also loaded a bunch of filler. Well, I went in to try and delete everything and move things around but the moment I do that I get an error like:
“changeData Error: Element model id is not in $refEl data! Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
In instances where it does let me move things, it just moves things on top of other things. Nothing appears to be inside of a row for some reason. My understanding is that this works on a column and row system. I try to insert a row and then put something inside but all it does is place that item in there and completely disregards what is below it and just lays on top of other things. This leads me to believe some things are not in any kind of row or column. It is a very odd issue and I don’t know if I am explaining it correctly but basically it doesn’t act as it does in the tutorials. If anyone has any insight. The website used to run on OceanWP and used Elementor. Thank you so much for any support you can provide!
