I just installed the theme and unfortunately there are several problems.
If I install a pre-built site everything stops working (the pages redirect to themselves, creating loops).
I activated debug mode and the log file immediately filled up with errors:

I’m using DOCTORS PRO theme. I would like to change the name and taxonomy and everything related to DOCTOR to PERSON. How can I do it? do I have to create a new post category or can I change what is already created on the demo to mantain all the profiles already created by default?

Please note that you can edit only the cloud templates with the tagdiv composer.
If you use standard templates, then the settings are in the theme panel settings.
But I suggest you to use a PRO demo, for example: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pro/

Set up your thumbs from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Block settings -> Thumbs on modules/blocks. If you deactivate a dimension from there, next time when you will upload an image, it will not be resized to that dimension.

I apologize in advance for questions that may seem obvious, as I am still very much a beginner. I am testing the Directory/Listing functionality of the Newspaper and have some questions:
Pre-Built Website “Job Hunt Pro”: during the selection of categories, the page completely refreshes and jitters, which is annoying. This happens both on the demo version and after the installation of the Pre-Built Website (pls watch one minute video attached).
Pre-Built Website “Real Estate Pro”: Similar situation, the page refreshes and jumps to the very top (focusing on the top part of the page, not the area where you make selections).
The above-described problem will definitely provide a negative customer experience, and from my experience with other websites, it should not be happening.
For example, on the TagDiv page of Pre-Built Websites TagDiv Prebuilt Website selection a similar selection feature is implemented, which works smoothly without page refreshing or jumping.

1) What needs to be done so that the Directory/Listing functionality on the above-mentioned Pre-Built Websites works smoothly without page refreshes and jitters? 2) How can the functionality be implemented within Newspaper, where filters work as smoothly as on your site (from the link above)? How the simmilar functionality is implemented on your website?
3 If such functionality is not possible within the Newspaper theme, please suggest plugins that would work with the Newspaper theme to implement this functionality.

When loading the homepage on mobile devices (I’ve tested on various browsers on both Android and iPhone), the first row appears beneath the header. Our demo works well on those browsers, so it should be something on your end that interferes.
Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

You guys need to ad something into the admin panel to enable ads including demo ads to be removed. They are scattered all over the demo data and seems impossible to remove. The ad editor inside the theme also does not remove these ads.

Yes it is generated by your theme. You can see it also in demo when you write high paginated number into url your page looks same as mine:

Problem is this should be noindexed by default or 404 Error. There are numerous ways how google can index these for example pagination spammed by bots so crawlers are actually crawling these urls because there is no tag, or 404 page.
I have the sticky offset on for the column. Ideally, in the case of the demo, the sidebar would be sticky just before the search bar. I don’t want the sticky to start halfway down the column, I want it to start at the top.

I noticed in the plugin overview that “Dedicated Plugins for Prebuilt Websites” is also included, but this plugin is not included in the prebuilt installation of the Cali Sight demo and is not automatically activated.
So I’m wondering what exactly does this plugin do? Everything seems to work fine without installing it. Can you elaborate on that? I don’t understand. I think someone else might be interested in this as well.
Is it really necessary to use this plugin if I use the pre-installed demo? As I said, everything works great without it.

There are a lot of factors which can make your site slow. Make sure you use only some templates and fewer functionalities and options.
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin or not, if you are using the PRO demo or a standard one.
Also, installing a demo doesn’t guarantee that you’ll achieve the same page speed as tested on our demos. You’ll need to perform optimizations. You can use caching plugins like Super Cache or the premium WP Rocket.
