Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to minify the style.css file and we cannot recommend any plugins with this functionality because is not tested with our theme. For minifying this file, we are using CloudFlare for our demo and works fine. Please do not post such export codes in the topic, it is causing problems to the forum functionality.
The Health demo you mention has custom design as all demos have, in this case including a background color set for the mobile menu bar by the demo. This would override the color you are trying to set through the theme panel.
A solution would be to remove this design choice from the demo stylesheet

This code has to be entered in Theme panel->Custom CSS section, if you decide to use it.

In the sidebar you can use a 300x250px ad size, like the sidebar ad example in the live theme demo here

The post content width is 696px when a sidebar is used, and 1068px without a sidebar. Maybe take some inspiration from Google recommended sizes

I have inspected your website and I saw that our demo is to bit different than your site because most likely, you have made some changes regarding on Blocks and Grids and that’s why is different. Notice that the standard layout which is imported when you install this demo is here -> https://pastebin.com/PbeEd09B Try to create another page and add this code through it and you will see the same theme’s layout which looks like in the demo.
Regarding the second request, you should change the sort order of your blocks because by default, this is random and that’s why for each refresh, the posts will be changed. To make this changing, please check the following documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

1. The post templates have predefined design, they will be displayed like it is the demo by default. Setting a custom color in the theme panel like you mention, will affect all post templates.
So by default the post title in post template 6 will be black, and in post template 11 will be white. The theme panel color you set will override the default color. To have them like that you do not need to do anything.

2. That would be possible with CSS code. Something like this will work for both templates (10 and 11)
