Please note that we don’t manage the theme sales, our themes are sold exclusively on envato market and they specify that an item can be used only on a single product (website/domain), you can read more about this here – http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard – http://themeforest.net/licenses/faq
However you can use the license on multiple test sites and on multiple sub-domains as a part of the same site-product as we did on our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
The theme does not reset anything by default. This happens only if you run the reset command from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/jp98RGWHrB2F or if somehow the database is affected or damaged. It’s a good practice to make regular backups to your site just to make sure that you have a starting point is something bad happens: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups

If you do not have any caching plugin installed on your side, you will have not cache memory. This menu item is available only for our demo preview. If you have downloaded the default demo on your side, you will have to create your own menus from the panel.

Well, demos are not mandatory. You can start creating your site without any demos installed and you will have access to the theme;s full functionality.

Thanks for the quick response.
I didn’t edit any demo content so should be okay. I’ll just uninstall the demo and do things manually rather than reinstalling one of the other demos.

Please notice that each of demo has an own CSS code which only loads when the demo is imported from Theme panel.
In the past, all the CSS was loaded with the theme. So, now, if you have the latest version of the theme, you will do not have the style CSS corresponding with Travel Demo. Please notice that you have two possibilities -> to download the Travel demo without content or you simply copy/paste all the custom CSS for this demo from here -> http://screencast.com/t/6AuPrbrVDV directly to your custom CSS.

Unfortunately switching demos will be the only option as there is no simple way of editing a demo style. Now, for your content, it depends if you edited the demo content or not. We do not recommend editing the demo content as this gets removed when switching demos even if you edit it;s content. We suggest creating your own content, and not using the dummy data.

After updating to the new theme version 7.4 the main photo of my theme has disappeared. Now I see only a line -> http://www.siciliamare.info/cefalu/
I have a classic version of the theme, but in the past I followed your instructions in order to see a big image like on this travel model: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_travel/
(row stretch ->Stretch Row; Parallax -> with fade; nome class extra -> td-travel-header).
But now this config doesn’t work anymore.
What can I do to fix it?

As you can see on our live demo the theme navigation system was not designed and it doesn’t have that functionality, sorry! You will need custom modifications and/or implement a plugin for this.
I suggest to get someone to help you if you want to change this, as we cannot provide any type of custom services at this time.

I initially installed the Black Version demo and built my site. I have now realised that light text on a dark background doesn’t offer readers the best experience and because my site is rather text heavy I wanted to change to dark on light. In the main theme panel there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this now the demo is installed. Changes to the Post and Page fonts in the content section don’t appear to alter anything (although changes to the footer and sub-footer do).
Do I need to uninstall the demo to make these changes or is there some way around this?
If I did uninstall the demo and reinstall another would I lose all the menus, favicons, etc? Would it be the same as switching between different WordPress themes?
Apologies if these are dumb questions, I’m a bit of a WordPress noob.

I want to get my Facebook share as much clean as possible so, the domain name is okay but author name is a little bit annoy to me, if we’re not able to turn it off on the setting, can anyone tell me which file I’m able to interfere into it to remove the author info please…

Hello, anything I do, that menu stays like that. sometimes it works just fine, but sometimes I have to F5 the page to get rod of the menu… Is the default settings, no settings imported via demos. Plugins installed: Askimet, Photo Box, Shield, Shortcodes Ultimate, tagDiv Speed Booster,
WPBakery Visual Composer (which sreams for update for a long time btw), and Yoast SEO.

If you want to achieve this feature, please notice that first of all, you will have to read our documentation about our Mega Menu feature like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ and then should do yourself. Our demo uses the block 23 which uses the module 18, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/BsPZSasV0FOF Also, please keep in mind that each from our demo has an own design because each other has a style.css design core which will be installed when the demo is imported and probably that’s why you will no bring the same layout and design for your side. If you want to have the similar layout you will have to load the Say What demo. I am using Block 9 in the Video layout to list recent items.
There is a lot of bottom padding after each list item.
I have tried to use CSS to remove it, but it does not change the spacing.
I used the style.css file to make the changes.
Is there a different spot where Block 9 calls other styling?
I am an advanced CSS user.

1. My Search box at the top right stopped displaying.
2. MY sidebar stopped being sticky
3. The most post at bottom right did not showup on post pages anymore.
When I disable rocket loader in Cloudfare all the features work but very low pagespeed.

First I wantt to say what an amazing theme you guys have produced, keep up the great work.
I do however have a question, my website laods with the default colours (auqa blue header, white background, etc.) when you first visit the website then after a second it returns to the colors I have seleced in the administration panel.
I am using the news magazine demo.
How can I edit the script so the colors I select become the default, will this involve editing the css on every line I have made changed within the theme panel?

The Say Way demo has not an available template which may be selected from Visual Composer. If you want to have a Say What demo layout, the only way is to install that demo according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ Also, as homepage, the say what demo uses the pagebuilder+latest articles+pagination as page template and the page builder content you can try the following shortcode -> http://pastebin.com/0paUP2Et

I am trying to replicate manually. Any idea how the demo has the first block on the homepage flush with the header?

How would i re-create my homepage? I use demo without content when installing. Right now it is a feed basically with all the posts.
