Exactly. The mobile theme is faster enough, why lose 80% of functionality for just 0.5s speed? For me, i lose my onesignal, social shares, adsense revenue, no fb page like popup, and yeah, increased bounce rate because visitors have no clue how to navigate.
@themeforest58 honeslty I don’t really understand about AMP. The purpose I use AMP is to improve my search result on Google page and make faster post for my visitor. AMP created to make article post faster, I don’t think it’s good choice to make entire content to AMP.
Do not be burdened to use AMP, it just to make new experiance for visitor on mobile. the post will back to normal without /amp if you search on desktop view.
In my opinion, activing AMP for example.com/page-name/amp is enough. basically Newspaper is responsive theme, even without AMP still fast to access.
Hi and thanks for the reply Alin,
I will try to make changes according to https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
But you have any guess why speed booster doesnt work? In my system status it says:
v4.5 – Active
I have also removed this code, so that shouldnt be the problem: http://www.screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh
Hi,
I have checked your site and from what I see your resources are not loaded in footer, so I guess Speed Booster is not active or it is not configured to move the resources to the bottom.
Also you did not applied please the other pagespeed suggestions – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ and check the official documentation – https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/rules
Unfortunately the time doesn’t allow us to provide custom or optimization services, sorry! If you don’t have the required knowledge I suggest to get someone to help you.
Thanks!
Hi,
You could use Speed Booster for this and the theme js should be loaded in footer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ Please verify if Speed Booster is active on your site as it was designed to work only with tested plugins – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/
I’m not sure you’ve noticed but we have tested most popular and useful free plugins so all our clients can use. But this doesn’t mean that you cannot use other premium plugins, just that we don’t guarantee its functionality and we cannot help with any suggestions.
Thanks!

Hello nhatkymua,
Yes, it’s reccomended to use the Wp Super Cache if you are using the TD Speed Booster. For more information about how you should make your website faster, please check the documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ because there you will find all of the useful steps which have to be complete in order to achieve best theme results. Thanks for your understanding!

In addition, I also use the following:
1. WP BItly – WP Bitly can be used to generate shortlinks for your website posts, pages, and custom post types. Extremely lightweight and easy to set up!
2. Use Google Libraries – Allows your site to use common javascript libraries from Google’s AJAX Libraries CDN, rather than from WordPress’s own copies.
3. WP Fastest Cache – I use it with Autoptimize since it makes my site faster than wp super cache.
4. Autoptimize – I use it to Optimise JavaScript code, and compressing it (no CSS coz it breaks or strips certain colour codes).
5. Download Monitor – A full solution for managing downloadable files, monitoring downloads and outputting download links and file information on your WordPress powered site.
6. Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP) – Displays Google Analytics Reports and Real-Time Statistics in your Dashboard. Automatically inserts the tracking code in every page of your website.
7. Login LockDown – Adds some extra security to WordPress by restricting the rate at which failed logins can be re-attempted from a given IP range.
8. MailChimp Forms by Optin Cat – The Mailchimp Optin Cat WordPress Plugin Makes It Super Simple To Create Beautiful Mailchimp Sign-up Widgets & Forms In Minutes.
9. Subscribe to Comments Reloaded – Subscribe to Comments Reloaded is a robust plugin that enables commenters to sign up for e-mail notifications. It includes a full-featured subscription manager that your commenters can use to unsubscribe to certain posts or suspend all notifications.
10. WPForms Lite – Beginner friendly WordPress contact form plugin. Use our Drag & Drop form builder to create your WordPress forms.
You don’t have to use all of these. Just choose the ones that suit you.

Hi,
Indeed the website is not very fast, it takes a long time to be fully loaded. Also the counter is not working properly and there are errors on the website
– https://www.screencast.com/t/qNZaY37Qy
Make sure the theme requirements are met
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources if needed, according to the guide.
Then try these suggestions. Deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, clear all caching. Remove custom code added in theme panel or theme files. Make sure you are configuring the counter like mentioned in this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Website speed optimization has to be made by you, installing the theme will not make the website blazing fast by default. It depends on many factors. There are guides provided by our users and us in order to achieve very good results. Please take a look

Hello Francisco,
Please notice that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized. Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. So, if you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ you can increase the page speed loading and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because the speed optimization services are not covered by our support policy, as you can read here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/ Check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ regarding on dedicated server to fit our requirements.
Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to minify the style.css file and we cannot recommend any plugins with this functionality because is not tested with our theme. For minifying this file, we are using CloudFlare for our demo and works fine. If you want to read other views from our users, please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tip-how-to-easily-minify-your-css-without-breaking-your-site/

Hello,
There is nothing for us to solve. You have to make the implementation on your install. On your server and wp install to be more exact. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Thank you!
I tried the mobile plugin a while ago and saw that the website was faster, although you have to play more programming code to leave it to your liking, unlike the responsive version, in this case I have two doubts:
-In the responsive version, in the mobile version the menu is drop-down but I can not get it to be deployed in the mobile plugin, is there an option?
-And with respect to the meta title tags and meta description, H1 and H2 of the articles and categories, if the plugin is activated use the same as the web or do you have to configure them again?
hello I noticed that by enabling your mobile plugin the site becomes faster and I get better performance results.
I would need to insert code inside a homepage theme, how can I do? what page should I change?

Hello,
Wp super cache is the tested and recommended plugin to usew with our theme. W3 total cache has gzip as a bonus and it is not actually “required” for a caching plugin. WP super cache works just fine without gzip but you need it to increase the page loading speed.
Please only use wp super cache and these settings:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/cache/
for cloudflare: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
As for the gzip compression and other optimization needed for proper page loading speed, please use this guide:

Thank you!
Hello,
There is a major confusion between wp_booster and speed booster.
Wp_booster is simple the name of a file inside the theme. Speed booster is a speed enhancing plugin that is provided in the theme package. It is presented here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Thank you!
Hi,
I have inspected the website, for me it is loading very fast. The images are loading fast as well. When it comes to page speed in general, there is always room for improvement. We recommend this caching plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
These are some topics and tutorials which you could read and try the suggestions mentioned
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/score-100100-pagespeed-with-newspaper-wordpress-theme/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-speedify-your-website/

– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
There are many others here on the forum that you can follow, from experienced theme users.
To display socials in the footer social account links have to be entered in the theme panel social networks
– https://www.screencast.com/t/owIWb7hT
They should be displayed once entered there, in the footer as well as the mobile menu.
Thanks
It’s bad I would say. Each link internal or external dilutes the power of links on the page. Even menu and footer links count.
So double the number of menu bar links, decreases the power of the other links on the page.
So loading in 60 nav bar links rather than 30 will have a serious impact from an SEO perspective.
You could just use PHP (server side) to detect the operating system being used and then not bother to load in the mobile menu. Same the other way round.
This is how other themes do it like Rehub for example.
This has come to light as I am using your theme in a niche and it’s proving difficult to rank because of how diluted the silo structure is.
My only conclusion compared to other sites I have built, is how the dev team on this theme have coded the nav bar.
Your theme is fast and great to work with, but the menu bar needs a rethink and to be honest, your theme would be even faster not loading in unnecessary code.
It’s serious enough for me to consider using another theme as I am fastly coming to the conclusion after 18 months, a change of theme would result in better organic results for us.
