Hi,
I have checked and this redirect problem did not occur.
You could consider reinstalling the WordPress version, reinstalling the theme, and checking for this plugin wp-zexit.php. It might be wise to inspect via FTP if it doesn’t appear in the WordPress -> Plugins. Additionally, using Wordfence to scan the website and remove unknown users would be prudent -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/security-vulnerability-reported-in-composer-again/
Thank you!
ftp is best way to update
Hi mssnlagos,
As mentioned by Simchris, this problem occurs when the wp memory limit is used up, what you should do in this situation is to double the wp memory limit. We recommend that it be at least 256 MB.
In case that the problem persist please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide wp-admin and cPanel or FTP and we’ll check it as soon as possible.
Thank you!

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version 12.6.3.
This malware infects not only theme files but also WordPress files or other plugin files. This malware was not detected only in our theme but also in many other themes and plugins https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/massive-balada-injector-campaign-attacking-wordpress-sites-since-2017 / -> https://cybernews.com/security/wordpress-malware-epidemic-balada-injector/ -> https://www.geoedge.com/balda-injectors-2-0-evading-detection-gaining-persistence /

Hi,
Please try to set this in wp-config.php define('FS_METHOD', 'direct'); -> https://support.cloudways.com/en/articles/5126454-how-to-resolve-wordpress-asking-for-ftp-credentials-error

This is the message I’m referring to “I received this message from TagDiv support. Let’s hope it works:
Hi,
That is indeed the malware – https://labs.sucuri.net/blacklist/info/?domain=fast.quickcontentnetwork.com I found it as well on a few websites while I was investigating similar issues. Checking in the Live CSS option is a very important step in cleaning the malware, I’m not sure my colleagues from the forum didn’t mention it. We added a filter for the Live CSS in newer theme versions, which doesn’t allow malware to be entered there anymore. But if the website was infected while using an older theme version, updating the theme doesn’t solve the problem. What you have to do after updating the theme is open the Live CSS and press save – https://prnt.sc/a4XFrTI5j9tb That is it, the malware will be removed from there.
But I would still have a few suggestions based on what I encountered in other cases:
– In case you have not already, check in the plugins folder using a file manager (cPanel, FTP, etc.) to see if there are plugins there which you did not install. The plugins may not show up in wordpress but they could be there.
– Scan the website with wordfence.
– Check the website users.
The website does appear to be clean now – https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/https/www.marcocalvo.it There’s nothing in the Live CSS and no unusual scripts loading. If I can help with something let me know.
Regards.”
And how can I put a debugmode because on ftp ?
I don’t see the wp-config.php file on it.

Our website (tualatinlife.com) got hacked several weeks ago. We solved this problem, including updating theme version (we were several versions behind), changing passwords (ftp, users, etc.), updating all plugins, updated WP to current version, and updated PHP.
I also increased PHP execution time to “120” and PHP Max Input Vars to “2000,” as suggested in an earlier post.
The problem I’m having is anytime I change anything within the Newspaper Theme Panel, I click “Save Settings” and I get an endless spinning squares icon, but changes never take effect. Initially, I was only trying to change various “ad” positions, but I now realize that I can’t save ANY settings within the theme panel! (See screenshot)
Please help!
Hi,
Please go with FTP and rename the plugins folder and try after. Also, please check this guide https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/wordpress-error-establishing-database-connection
Also, during the update, please disable the extra plugins and let only tagdiv plugins.
Thank you!
Hi,
I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases); in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Thank you!

Hello, im again stuck on the same problem of the composer not working. First time i fixed it by resetting the site to a new installation and made it from the beginning with the Tech News demo imported. Now the problem appeared again. I pulled out my backup with UptdraftPlus but the composer is still not working and i lost all the settings and translation from theme panel.
So i again reset the site and imported the main default pro demo. Composer not working. I´m only left with a blank page when i try to edit with the composer.
Plugins for optimalization and cache are used and set up like in the theme documentation. Cache we´re cleard and Disabling all the unnecessary plugins did not help. I really don´t know what to try out anymore.

WORDPRESS USERS: okay, this is kind of a big deal; if you’re using WP, be sure to login via FTP and check the wp-config file has permissions of ‘400’ and not ‘644’ which my ftp software or plesk defaulted to when updating it. Just had security bounty hacker (who checks my site couple times a year for me), email me my wordpress dbase name, user name and password (!). Luckily the server only allows “local” connections to the dbase, so even with the info, could not technically connect to do damaage or injections. However, I changed my user password for the dbase, and rechecked the security hardening. Also, if you added a line to your htaccess file to stop people from accessing file directly, give link to friend and ensure they cannot actually access the file at all. Heads up!
