Hello marcelo,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and all of the untested plugins if you want to achieve best theme results. If you want to remove the related articles from post pages you should turn off it from Theme panel. Check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/related-articles-2/
Thanks for the message!
Hello bdundar,
All the required files should have to be in the main themețs packet which can be downloaded from Envato Market. You should install the theme according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/
Thanks for your understanding!

Visual Composer Working Normally after update themes via FTP.
I have bought your theme about 1 month ago.
I uploaded the “Child Theme” which is included in your package via FTP to my server.
When I select the “Child Theme” in the WP-Admin.interface, the child-theme is named “Newspaper 7 Child theme” and “Version: 7.7c”.
When I do activate the “Child Theme” and then go to the “Theme Panel”, then the Theme Panel is in grey color and de-activated, meaning it is not possible to work in the “Theme Panel”.
How do I activate or create a “Child Theme” from the Theme-version 8.5 ?
Many thanks for your help!

Problems encountered :
Good evening to you,
I meet two concerns since the creation of my site to see it:
1) The “I like” button on facebook at the end of my articles which is normally a wordpress option of my theme doesn’t react normally, it takes into account the click but only displays it vulgarly without launching a tab from “Like” to Facebook, it just adds one more I like so when clicking on it. This problem only comes to my attention when I use google chromium on my site because if I switch to firefox the problem does not appear. I should point out that other users also have this problem. (Attachment 1)
2) The previous button of the Internet browser, when browsing my site does not react correctly, it is necessary to do 3 or 4 times so that the action of going back in time is taken into account. Moreover at the end of the second or third attempt it makes the “I like” button mentioned in the paragraph above disappear. I would like to point out that this concern, on the other hand, is present in any browser. Perhaps there is a connection between the two concerns, or not: s (Attachment 2)
Thank you in advance for the help provided ^^

Hello PokerJokerHu,
A 500 error can have a bunch of causes but in usual debugging you would use such a guide: https://www.lifewire.com/500-internal-server-error-explained-2622938
Please access your files via FTP and try to rename the plugins folder and test again.
Thanks.
Hello Bharat Deo Sharma,

Also, make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme if you want to achieve better theme’s results. Also, check the PHP version for your dedicated server to be according to the following documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Hi,
Now that is unusual, so the save settings button is not displaying
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ZVU10Hc5cM1
I would suggest at first to try and deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, check if this has any effect. Also check the theme systems status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the resources as mentioned in then guide.
Ultimately you could try a theme re-install. By FTP would be the most recommended method

Let us know if there still is a problem.

Hi,
Changing the theme name would require you to modify the folder name and stylesheet name at least. Either update with WordPress or by FTP, both methods will require to remove the old theme. So you probably have to make the changes again

Hi,
Much has changes since the version you are using. WordPress and theme should always be kept up to date. Each update will provide improvements.
We do not have a theme install department unfortunately, but you could try it yourself.
You could update the theme using this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
The FTP method would be the most recommended in the matter. Make a backup before, it is always recommended to do so.
Update WordPress (if you did not already) as well as the theme included plugins. Let us know if you should encounter any problems.
A thing to note is that the tagDiv composer plugin will be activated by default when you make the update. Visual composer specific elements may not display properly, deactivate the tagDiv composer if this happens.
Thanks

Hi, Catalin!
Sorry for reverting late. Anyhow, I imported the theme files and plugins using FTP, and cleared Cache + Purged CDN, but I’m facing the same issue again.
I can’t access mobile version when I enabled the multipurpose plugin.
After disabling it, the mobile version looks broke. The side menu and the search button are not working.
There’s a conflict with revolution slider plugin again. It’s not working on the page.
Could you please take a look at this? I’ve been facing this issue for a long time now.
What error are you getting when the install fails?
It could be a memory allocation issue: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If all else fails, FTP is the the best choice: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Thank you!
