Hello
I have checked your website and I saw that you have some errors in your console as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/qCnAxWYGiS8 These type of errors could come from your untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of these, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled wit the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello srs,
Please follow this topic for a few possible solutions https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/visual-composer-does-not-have-valid-header/
If you still cannot install it, though, install it manually via FTP. Oddly when WordPress installed via Server panel, there can be some odd permission stuff, and it sometimes can be a headache.
I have checked your website, and I saw the Analytics code at the left top of your site. Check the Google Analytics field and put in between script tag like this <script>your code</script>. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks.
As I stated in my original post; I did all of those things. Again, I went ahead and deleted all of the WordPress files and SQL databases. I started fresh today and uploaded all files via FTP, the WordPress installation, the Theme, and the bundled Plugins. I have only WPBakery Visual Composer Activated and I am still having the same exact issue. Newspaper 7.7 is installed. When trying to save the theme panel settings the square just keeps spinning forever…
Again, I have had success with this theme flawlessly using MAMP for a localhost install on my personal computer. This new installation is on a hosting account. We do not have a domain pointing to this account and access it via Virtual Host.
All help is greatly appreciated and thanks for responding so fast!
Hi,
On the page builder content i can personnalize my block with a title background color and title text color. It’s great and colors are the same that my logo.
But the latest article module or the sidebar with widgets have still their primary : white for title and blue color for background)
I personnalize my URL color on CSS on newspaper / theme panel / custum code but i have the same problem.
All is good on page builder content or article (like my URL color in yellow for example) but not on sidebar and latest article block. The color link is still blue 🙁
I tried directly on my CSS file on my FTP (directory of the newspaper theme) but same problem
What’s the solution ?
Thanks for your help,
seems like all options in the THEME PANEL are deleted – do you know where they are saved? in which folder on the ftp? maybe my backup can help me.
Hello SmilingSun,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme, installed via FTP way, remove all untested plugins, use only required plugins, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

I took a screenshot of our ftp and this is how our logos were uploading: https://www.photobox.co.uk/slideshow?album_id=4712650461.
Furthermore, I didn’t upload that many times. There is something wrong. Our WP is 4.7.2.
When I upload TSR-NEWS-header-logo-1139×164.png, it comes out like this: TSR-NEWS-header-logo-1139×164-100×70.png and so on like you see on the screenshot. Plus NOTHING shows up on our site.
I went to our ftp and found these same issues we had in the past whenever we upload anything on the theme panel. the image URL never uploads it the way it is, it adds different stuff on it:
TSR-NEWS-header-logo-1139×164-100×70.png
3.9 KB Yesterday 5:07 AM image/x-generic 0640
Meaning, when I upload TSR-NEWS-header-logo-1139×164.png, it comes out like this: TSR-NEWS-header-logo-1139×164-100×70.png.
Hmm. The problem is actually one any photo I upload on the media via WP site. I can’t possibly be uploading everything on the ftp whenever we publish any article.
I am going to do that. But any suggestions on how to fix the issue?
You don’t have these files (png logos) on your server:
https://thesantosrepublic.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/TSR-NEWS-header-logo-1139×164-1024×147.png
Try uploading them manually via ftp.

Hello kamoe,
First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and then, you should use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. The version of Visual Composer plugin should have to be the version which comes bundled with the theme packet, and it has to be installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. For more references about how you can update the theme and Visual Composer via FTP, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
After this, if the problem is still there, please ensure that your system status is set according to our guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

See section A. Update the theme via FTP
Hello Ylli,
Please try to delete it and install it again from the theme packet files. You should install the Visual Composer plugin which comes bundled with the theme packet. Remove the old version of this plugin and install the right one via FTP. For more information about how you can install the Visual Composer, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/ Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Hello fitore,
We have tested the theme security rigorously before releasing and also it was tested and analyzed by Envato reviewers and if would have any security issues would not pass their reviews.
Checking our demo too can be seen that is no thread there so can’t be a theme’s issue: http://screencast.com/t/hfBXLFGJSqzD
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. Also, I found here some resources that may help you fixing this issues: http://smackdown.blogsblogsblogs.com/2008/06/24/how-to-completely-clean-your-hacked-wordpress-installation/ – http://vivavivugeek.blogspot.ro/2014/03/detect-and-remove-spam-seo-blackhat-seo.html
If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP, use only the required plugins, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Hope this help.
Thanks!
Hello Andrea,
First of all, please update the theme to the latest version of it via FTP according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I have tested on my side and the Twitter share button seems to work as properly.
