I reset the key and it worked thank you very much! I don’t know if I can add just a quick question: We are using Newsweek Pro and on another website I’ve a Default One with more options on headers and footers. Is it due to the Standard Pack? We haven’t activated the Standard Pack in this Newsweek Pro website, should we? Would it break anything if we did?

We have updated the newspaper theme to 11.4 version
It is throwing an error : PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “td_global” not found in newspaper-child theme in header file.
How we have installed the new theme version :
1) Installed latest theme version from themeforest.
2) Upload newspaper.zip file to themes from wp-admin and kept newspaper-child theme active.
3) Deleted old version newspaper theme.
Please let us know as we are facing site down issue due to this reason.

Hey I have another question. I was able to get the theme uploaded and now I’m trying to customize it but I’m somewhat confused at the moment. For context, I’m using “The Critic” template. How do I customize the header? I want to use the template design, but if I choose my (already existing) header, the template design disappears and it’s a normal drop down. But if I keep up the template design, I’m struggling to find how to rearrange the categories I want in the header. Also, just generally, I’m not sure how to customize the home page? Maybe I’m blind, but I don’t see where to customize that either.

I installed the magazine pro demo without including the content. There is a Login / Join section in the demo header.
I also bought the Ultimate Membership Pro plugin. When visitors click sign in and join, I want to redirect to the page created with the ultimate membership pro plugin.
How can I do that?
The images in the most popular part are circular. where is this setting if I want to make it square or rectangular?

I’m trying to add a popup donation box using code from DonorBox. I’ve added it to other WordPress sites without an issue but can’t get it to work on my Newspaper theme site.
I have a class added to my donation button (I can see the class is being added by inspecting the element). And then I’m pasting the JS into Theme Panel > Google Analytics and JavaScript Codes > Header Script Code.
When I click on the donation button I am taken to the donation page on the DonorBox website instead of a popup donation box appearing on my website, like it’s suppose to.
Am I pasting the JS in the correct place? Any other suggestions to get it to work?

Hi. I get the following error on pages when the mobile menu icon loads. Why it is not recognized? It is from the cloud headers font awesome.
I have version 11.4.2 of the newspaper, but the “updates” page doesn’t show anything. I have no way to upgrade to 11.4.3. the wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_updates link has header only. the body is empty
it is all good when i login to be an admin.
but it can’t show anything when logout.

There is no way that the automatic update to be displayed for you, because this option was added only in 10.3.1 and it can be used from versions like 10.3.2 -> https://i.imgur.com/T2kO8Cw.png and you are using Newspaper v9.8, did you get it?

What you need to do is to update the theme manually using FTP, cPanel or file manager (method B from our guide).
2. The problem with logo, it is that that you set an url to the image element that have set-> https://i.imgur.com/rH9Qdky.png please check the logo url and remove it -> https://i.imgur.com/A7Ov4AB.png

Please make sure that the banner it is also removed -> https://i.imgur.com/9hx5A7g.jpg and you have set only the source code from the theme panel for the header.
Also if you made a new google account and those are new AdSense ads, then it can take up to a few days until the ads will be approved.

Please edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, access Website Manager and check if the header and footer are there and it is not selected “No footer”. Check in the Dashboard -> Cloud Templates and see if you have the footer template. If not, then please install a footer template from the Cloud Library or build it from scratch by uploading a blank template.

Hi MMonthego, I think that there is a misunderstanding. If you are using the Newspaper 11 then the Website manager will be there, but this will allow like you said to, check the fonts, color, activate sticky header and import cloud headers (you can assign global or individual headers), but to edit them you need to use the tagDiv Composer, select the elements form the header zone just like those form content zone.

I just checked your website and I see that you have a banner in the header and sidebar ads, but now are no more inline ads for posts.
Maybe you are using some auto ads code, those are placing where they consider it is the best.

Please make sure that you set the child theme like in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/ you need to set in the child theme the files from -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag for header files you need to copy the header style that you are using -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/header

Update, i was able to disable the header ad with “Disable on Phone”, implementing the “Header template – Default Pro”, if i chose “No template” the bugs is there

We see that you added RTL support to the theme. There is no documentation for it though, and we don’t understand how it is possible.

I’ve worked with Newspaper 9 before and have now updated to 11 on a new page: http://www.mmonthego.com. Therefore, it’s new for me to use tagDiv.
I’ve followed you tutorial regarding building a header and can see you get options to customize settings via The Website Manager. But when I try to use The Website Manager I don’t get any header options to customize the template. It only allows me to customize font, color and settings. I dosen’t look like the tutorial screen dumps:
