Hello,
Yes, you can use the theme without tagDiv Standard Pack, but before please make sure you don’t use elements from this plugin.
The elements from tagDiv Standard Pack are header/footer or other template forms Theme Panel => https://i.imgur.com/cQUf58B.png -> https://i.imgur.com/6tk9Sh0.png or Block 1-25, Big grid, brig grid full, etc.
Thank you!
Hi muktipolice, those are websites that are using Newspaper theme, so I will move this topic in that forum.
For this https://www.anotherworldishere.com/ website you need to disable the H1 from the logo for mobile and sticky header, right now it is disabled only from desktop logo. -> https://i.imgur.com/bRSXesE.png -> https://i.imgur.com/R7d1F2T.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Wy6ZDcX.png
On this https://www.lastkingsworld.com/ website is the same, but you need to do it onlu for mobile logos.
I hope this will help you!
Hello,
To make the menu sticky please check this article and set it on always => https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/ -> https://i.imgur.com/wzzBZu6.jpg
Please let me know if you have duplicated the Single Post Template, normally if you made a change on the posts, should apply to all posts.
Also, for Single Post Comments you can drag and drop in the row that you have the Single Post Content => https://www.screencast.com/t/GFrMGuPyrtL
Thank you!

Hello,
I can’t seem to be able to figure out how to resize my header/footer/content zone correctly. My website is in boxed version and I want to change their width, but every time I do it, their alignment goes haywire!
Thanks in advance for your help!!
Thanks for the fix.
There were several pages that were ignoring the global setting for header. I’ve now corrected each of them.
Bob
Bettina,
Thanks for the response.
I do use the TagDiv composer for the header. The Discover Muscatine header is selected in the Theme Panel > Header > Cloud Library Template.
When I edit the header in Cloud Templates, the logo image and logo retina image correct. Show image is set to show, show text and tagline are set to hide.
It only happens on posts, not pages. On pages, it displays the header correctly. It also displays them correctly on category archive pages.
When I go into the cloud template area, it shows a template for single posts assigned to all posts. It also shows a mobile version of that same template. The main template shows it correctly on all four screen sizes.
*** Found problem as typing this — Had to go in and convert the header content on the post template and assigned the converted header to the cloud template ***

Hi there,
I’m having some trouble with inserting social icons into my website. They have also disappeared from my header design.
When I drag the social icons element from the TagDiv composer to my site the element is invisible. There does appear the left-hand options for ‘icon size’, ‘padding’, the list of social networks, etc., however nothing appears on my website and additionally the CSS tab doesn’t offer any options.
I have added the social icons in my Footer manually by adding an ‘icon’ for each network, but I need for the social icons multipurpose shortcode to work for articles, authors as well as in my header.
I have made sure that all the links direct to the valid URLs and have tried deactivating all non-TagDiv plugins, but nothing works.
It seems to be an issue with connecting to the Cloud Library because sometimes I will add an element and the stock image will be missing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Jett
Hello Bob!
Please access that page with the wrong header and make sure you have assigned the new header. Edit the page with the TagDiv Composer, access the Website Manager and check the header.
Thank you!
Hello @estcos!
Make sure you have the menu placed in the header and the header is global on all your templates.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
If you place it in header, it shouldn’t be there. But you can hide it like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/K8atvniCLjm
You can do this procedure for every element which should be hidden.
Thank you!
I’ve created a new cloud template header (https://okobserver.org/tdb_templates/header-template-3-with-ad-slider/). It does not show up on the home page (okobserver.org), but it does show up on the shop page (https://okobserver.org/shop-for-subscriptions-and-clothing/).

Hello @padix10!
Please edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer, scroll the page when you edit it with Composer, and you can edit the sticky header and the logo too. Check the settings and change the logo url from that logo element.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
This problem appears only when you set a footer cloud template? If you set a header, category… is not happening? If is so, then it may be something from that cloud footer, please try with a different one. Also it may be from the settings that you set on the footer, please make a test and set theme with tagDiv Composer in page content and see if the problem is happen.
Now another and most common cases is when you have some plugins interfering, for this, please make a test using only tagDiv plugins.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi grezako,
Our theme has a builder that can be used to edit the website directly on the frontend, therefore is no need to use custom css. All you need to do in this case is to edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer select the row from header and check the css tab from the builder -> https://i.imgur.com/qaXZvlM.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/I4iYZi1.jpg
I hope this will help you!

Some Category pages load fine. Others display a ‘500’ server error page and throw the error below in the background. The page loads when the plugin is turned off.

Hello.
We want to change the background color of the whole line of the “td-demo-custom-menu” to orange as you can see in the screenshot with the places circled in green color.
At the web browser level, we were able to do it simply by changing:
.tdi_41_rand_style {
background-color: #f4f4f4 !important;
}
to:
.tdi_41_rand_style {
background-color: orange !important;
}
And that gives the result of the following screenshot: https://ibb.co/mb4d3LV.
But when, we copy our code from the modified “orange” background into the “Live CSS” field, no changes are made. We even cleaned the cache but nothing has changed.
How then, to change the background color or the Background-color of the whole header containing the “td-demo-custom-menu” ???
Thank you for helping us please.
Looking forward to your message.
Hi daringnesia, that is the ajax dropdown filter can be enabled per each block in part using tagDiv Composer. You need to edit the page select it and in filter tab set it from here https://i.imgur.com/2zNjwA3.jpg then to have the same form, you’ll need to make sure that you use the right header template https://i.imgur.com/bCMNyOC.png
For more details you can check our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
Yes, I am using Auto Ads on my site.
And I generated a manual Ad code as a Banner Ad to place on the Header Ad area.
According to your advice, I added the AdSense code to Analytics too.
I deactivated Autoptimize plugin, but I can’t deactivate all the other plugins at the moment.
Still, the Header Ad not showing.
But I tried adding the Ad Code to that area via Cloud Templates Header Template. Then it worked, but the Ad size is too much larger (than 728×90 – recommended size). There was no option to adjust the Ad size.
Hello! Why are you putting the logo in the H1 tag? I really don’t understand why you are doing this. I have already faced great difficulties with this several times. By all SEO canons, there should be only one H1 tag on the page and I want to define its content myself. I cannot use my own header template, as this will break the functionality of the Polylang plugin. Why didn’t you disable this useless feature in the admin panel?
Hello,
To make the sticky menu please check this article https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
After, please select with tagDiv Composer, the Header Menu Sticky zone, and set the sticky type to “Always” => https://i.imgur.com/wzzBZu6.jpg
Thank you!
