Unfortunately, notice that issue does not come from our theme because this file is strictly related to WordPress, sorry! The theme is fully tested and should work as expected if the WordPress is not right. If you are using some untested plugins you should disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all the caches and install only the plugins which come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins, sorry! Also, you should try switching the theme to the default one and check if the behavior is still there.

It seems to be a problem cache. Please ensure that you are using the WP Super Cache plugin which is fully compatible with our theme and make sure that is was right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Also, if the problem is still there, you should contact your hosting provider and request them to clear all the caches from hosting server and check the results.

Please keep in mind that the first step in WordPress debugging is to disable all the untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. You should disable all of them and make a new clean install from scratch, via FTP way and check the results. I have tested your site on both android and iOS but could not see the issue. What browser are you using on your device? If it’s the built in browser, please install either safari or chorme/firefox as the built in browser in most cases is not recommended.

The Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can however use the theme on a sub-domain, if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different websites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

So I understand that it worked properly until a given time. That means that a recent change or modification caused the issue. This should not happen, the Visual composer that is provided in the theme package is fully tested and compatible with the theme. You should be able to use the editor without any problems of this kind.
Maybe something else is causing this issue. I suggest you disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check if this has any effect. Also if you are using a child theme try switching to the main theme to rule that out as well.

I have inspected your website and now, your website on mobile seems to work as expected. Also, I have noticed that you have some errors in your console which might come from your untested plugins used with the theme. First try to disable all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme. That includes the caching plugin that you are using at the moment, if possible. Then test to see if the problem is solved. Some plugins or caching plugins can cause interference with the theme. It is recommended to use the WP Super Cache with the mentioned configuration for best results

The mobile theme is very sensitive to caching. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also please contact your host and have them disable any hosting side cache.
Wp super cache also has a flaw in it;s code that must be adjusted as shown here:

Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows in the provided link.

Please check again to see if the category you want is set as primary here

If the post has multiple categories this option will ensure that the category tag that is displayed, is the category you set as primary. This feature is working properly. Try clearing any caching installed and see if this has any effect.
