Your Visual Composer must be updated to the latest version 4.12 First of all, you will have to disable/delete the old plugin from your Theme panel and then install it the plugins from Premium Plugins. You can try the above steps.

Please try to purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system, clear server caches for your dedicated server and if you do not have any access to do it, please request this to your hosting provider and use only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and not untested plugins to rule out the conflicting between plugins. However, if your problem is still there, please make a new clean install from scratch and check the results. Our theme is fully tested with mobile theme plugin and should not appear any issue in this regard because it work as properly.

Please try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and also, without any untested plugins to ruling out the conflicting plugins and test check again and see how it works. As my colleague Bogdan said you above, we have not encountered this type of problems until now.

Please try to update the theme to the latest version of it ->Newspaper 7.2, Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter 4.1. Do this update using the FTP method, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ First of all, please make a full backup for all your data to rule out the way to lose your data.

Yes, the js-composer is the same as wp bakery Visual Composer and regarding on Revolution Slider you will have to install the Revolution Slider 5 because the other one is the Revolution Slider 4 and it is too old, sorry!

Please ensure that you have fully downloaded the latest packet from Theme Forest and also, please ensure that you have right updated your theme. Please try to make a new install from scratch with the latest version of the theme using the FTP method because this is the surest method in this regard. Well the problem is old versions of visual composer. The plugins do not update along with the theme. You have to update the plugin manually. Please follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ After you install the new version of visual composer, it will work again. Simply delete the plugin and install it again by using the files in the main theme archive.

If you like the travel demo’s style you can switch to it without losing any content unless you edited the demo content from your current demo install. If you created your own content and not edited the dummy data, then there will be no data loss.
