Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. I’ve tested on my side and works fine…as you can see this in our demo -> http://screencast.com/t/NKiBKwQpd

Please note that if you use JetPack plugin, please disable the Photon and Mobile Theme because have caused conflicts with our theme and that might be a reason to not be displayed on your mobile.

Normally the Envato policy allows to use a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB.

For your second problem, please try to disable all the active plugins except Visual Composer and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. JetPack is in our tested plugins but when we tested all the features of this have worked properly at that time. In meanwhile, JetPack has a lot of updates and added a new features wich have caused some conflicts with our theme, as example ->Photon, Theme mobile, …. Please check all the options of these and try to deactivate these features and see how it works. I’ve tested the JetPack Plugin on my side and everything seems to work properly and until now, we do not have any reports about this problem.

You should update visual composer to the latest version but i do not think it will affect the theme panel. Please try to download the theme again and install it via ftp. https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

Unfortunately, we do not have reports about this issue. Please try to disable all your custom modification, clear all caches, all the active plugins except Visual Composer and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and try again. After these changes, if your problem is still there (without child theme), please send us an email to contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information so we can further inspect the issue. Unfortunately, our theme does not have a feature named “social locker” implemented in our theme…I suppose that you mean about Social Counter plugins. I’ve checked your website and I saw that you have some problems. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. If you are using the Photon plugin (Jetpack) please try to disable because does not work properly with our theme and we do not recommend it. Also, this is known to be a problematic plugin and you should find an alternative. I will recommend you to use a WP Smush, as you can see in our documentation, here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/.

After this changes, if your problem is still there, please let us know.

Please re-update the theme with the latest version. (6.6.2) The problem with category pagination (infinitive loading+load more) was an issue caused by latest the update of WordPres and this was solved in the same version after solving with standard category pagination. Please get again the new version from Themeforest and install again and the pagination will work perfectly.
