Maybe when you updated, one of the extra plugins interfered with the update process, and then some plugins were no longer installed.

When I refresh a post with amp enabled, it redirects to non amp version. Example: domain,com/article/?amp=1 redirects to domain,com/article/ when refreshed.
Also, normally, on an amp page all the links are converted to amp. So all the related posts will have ?amp=1 at the end of their url. Because of the problem that I am having, when I click on a related article from the amp post, it redirects to non-amp version of that article.
I have tried disabling all the plugins with amp, cloudlibrary, mobile theme, and composer left installed. It didn’t solve the issue, I tried supressing cloudlibrary, and composer plugning on amp—didn’t work.
Please help.
All needed system requirements make with hosting. but when installing a prebuilt website it’s not installing correctly. send a support mail more tagdev. not it is 3 days. still no solution

A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin.
Check in the Newspaper -> Plugins. Make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and activate.

Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

I’m using the latest version of Newspaper 12.4 on a new website. Installed The Rimont prebuilt content and attempted to start modifying, and the TagDiv Composer isn’t working. When clicking “Edit With TagDiv Composer,” it never loads and the page becomes unresponsive. This isn’t a plugin conflict; there are no other plugins installed. It’s also happening on both Safari and Chrome. Is this a known bug? Any suggestions?

Hi,
How can I change post content color, title color, and other elements like author, date, tags, related posts? I am using mobile theme to display amp content but I couldn’t find any option to modify these elements in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Theme colors. There are options only for menu, footer and theme accent. I have set these as I wished but the post content and other elements still have the default colors.
I also tried to install standard pack plugin and change the default colors for the elements but it didn’t help.
Please help.

I installed the Downtown Magazine Pro pre-built website and it’s great, however, I’m trying to change the color of the header. I went to the themes panel > theme colors and nothing I do is changing the color of the header. It stays purple no matter what I do. Could you let me know how I can change the header color from purple?

Normally, the plugins should remain installed and active. Our plugins are not set up to deactivate themselves. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. If you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see if the problem goes away.

Actually, my issue is related to the “time ago” date format that you said was working for you, that doesn’t work for me even after I uninstalled all the plugins except tagdiv ones(cloud library, composer, mobile theme). And, I don’t use mobile theme for mobile devices, I only use it for AMP. To display my content on mobile, I just use the reponsive version(common).

From what I can see, you have the Mobile Theme plugin installed and activated, so the mobile search cannot be deleted from Composer.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Good morning! I installed the EventOn plugin and the Include Anything addon. Now the problem is that the entered data is not displayed in a post. Error: admin-ajax.php 500 error. Plugins are all installed except for the theme. I’ve tried it with the Soledad theme and everything is displayed correctly there. what am I doing wrong or what do I have to do? Thanks for your help
I need to have 10 sites, all looking the same style of newspaper theme (not a demo, but something custom we’ve built with NewspaperTheme – Tagdiv Editor )
I want to export my theme settings, theme style/layout etc and install it on multiple domains – I only should need to update individual logos and any page text on each duplicated site.
For example:
If this is the main theme I’m happy with, built using tagdiv editor.

then i changed and installed a child-theme….but there is the same problem ;-(
