Also, I would like to add that I had enabled Preload mode on WP Super Cache but later deleted the plugin. I think it is due to WP Super Cache plugin’s Preload mode that static html page is being served on homepage. I reinstalled the WP Super Cache plugin and disabled the Preload mode but the problem remained unresolved.
After encountering a few problems with the WP Rocket plugin, we deactivated it and deleted the same. However, the homepage of our website (https://kashmirpulse.com) is still showing a cached version from September 17. Also, the desktop version of the theme is being served on mobile devices (which is the same cached version) despite the active tagDiv mobile theme. Reinstalling the WordPress and Newspaper theme didn’t resolve the problem either. Kindly look into it and help us!

I believe that for the mobile the problem is that the thumbnails that are used are 256×198, but the space allocate for the image/thumb is only 120×89 -> https://i.imgur.com/t3yYnbT.png maybe the problem can be resolve by changing the thumbs in the plugin code, the problem is that those changes in the theme code will be removed after each theme update or plugin reinstall.

We have multiple sites with the Newspaper theme and The Events Calendar plugin installed (https://rochestermom.com/calendar/community/add and https://twincitiesmom.com/calendar/community/add).
Rochester Mom has Newspaper 11.2 and the content for the page from The Events Calendar displays correctly. On Twin Cities Mom we have updated the Newspaper theme to 11.5.1 and it will not display the body content of the page if I have the same settings for The Events Calendar.
If I change The Events Calendar display settings (on Twin Cities Mom) to “Default Page Template” the content will display, but it’s CSS was breaking, and I had to change some code to make it look palatable. If I change the display settings to “Default Events Template” (which is recommended by the developer and is the setting on Rochester Mom) the page loads and the body content does not display.
When inspecting the page on Twin Cities Mom with “Default Events Template” selected, I can see the HTML code is there in the Elements window, but nothing is loading/displaying on the page. Also, there are no Console errors either.
We would like to have it displayed with “Default Event Template” so it matches the rest of the site without having to add additional CSS to change it all.

I’ve changed theme and my articles have all previously been created with themify.
Have switched to newspaper’s reel news pro but I’m having lots of problems with the theme.
First off I’m trying to change my ‘single template’ on tagdiv as I’m guessing this is how I pick the layout of my pages. It;s coming up with error (“Errors at elements: 5(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”)
Then when I try to upload a template it just freezes and won’t do anything
Not sure if this is because I still have themify installed but if I remove that then none of my old articles will work
Added to this I can seem to get the pages to layout very well

I found other, lets say problem in mobile cloud theme for all, pages or simple post, dunno if you are aware of it. In mobile view all elements can be hidden to not appear on tablet but in tablet hiding elements to not be displayed in mobile is not working. I try also with fresh install plus Reel News Pro and the problem persist.

This can be possible only if you do a staging or you use a subdomain where you can test all of those. Another possibility are to duplicate all the pages and cloud templates that comes with the pre-build website you have now, or instead to install another pre-build website, install only the cloud templates from it (use tagDiv cloud library).

Hi,
What you can try is to disable all plugins and keep only the theme plugins. If the problem with the is still persisting, then it can also be from some settings on the host/server. In this case will be easier to update the theme plugins manually. Go to your themeforest account, download the theme package, unzip it and install the theme plugins from there.

Please try to use the main theme, and disconnect your Instagram and Facebook, please execute these steps:
1. disable tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
2. uninstall(delete) tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
5. activate tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Okay, here is what I tried, in sequence, but sadly it didn’t work…
1- deleted the theme and removed all plugins
2- ran a scan of the site and that came back clean
3- downloaded the theme full package from themeforest
4- uploaded it on the site and installed it again
5- ran the scan and found the same supposedly infected file
6- disabled and deleted the single plugin td-composer
7- ran the scan and it came back clean
8- manually uploaded the td-composer plugin from the one .zip file included in themeforest package and activated it
9- ran the scan and found the same supposedly infected file
10- deleted again the td-composer plugin
7- ran the scan and it came back clean
11- downloaded the td-composer plugin from within the theme’s plugins panel, hence straight from tagDiv cloud server.
12- ran the scan and found the same supposedly infected file
the scan returned the MetaBox.php file and virus signature {HEX}Malware.Expert.php.var.pattern.UNOFFICIAL
The tool I used is clam-av (the one available from my admin tools), the same my host uses.
I need the site running so for now I am just ignoring the file, I tried to quarantine it, but it breaks the site.
What would you recommend to do? Did I miss any step?

Now I am making custom post type template.
When I install new “custom post type template” or “custom taxonomy template” and edit them somthing, all other template change same. So all templates are same layout everytime. I can not understand why happen this problem. It occured only CPT template section.
And if something add “custom post type template”, it add to homepage. But this template do not need on homepage. So deleting it from homepage. So it deleting on all “custom post type template”. All templates are blank.
Please tell me how to fix them.

This is most likely due to the fact that only the theme was not updated, the WordPress was.
Because you had a very old version, you must also install tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard pack, this should bring back the layout of the site.
Also check the php version, for example php v7.4 would be ok.
In case that you have a child theme, please disable it and set the main theme.

I understand, since you use the theme on two sites and the problem appears only on one of them, then it is possible that somehow malware has reached that site. In such situations, it is recommended to delete the theme and plugins from the there, download the theme from themeforest and reinstall it (the settings will not be lost because they are saved in the database).
I will also inform the developers, maybe I can do something to protect that file in the future.
