Yes, that’s what I said, and for me on my install, using only the theme plugins, everything seems to work correctly, maybe there were some additional settings or maybe it was a conflict with other plugin.

In this video you just install and uninstall the AMP and Mobile Theme. AMP is faster and works better only with Mobile Theme plugin. I have been fighting with this thing for an hour now, I have narrowed it down to td_composer. If I try to activate this plugin it kills the whole site. I uploaded the zip file from theme forest and did a manual activation same problem. The auto install says “Ajax Error” every time I try that and also kills the site. All I can do to recover is delete the td_composer folder from the plugins folder to make the site work again.
I just purchased this theme, added it to WP, updated to the newest WP version, activated the theme, that took me to the setup page for the theme I told it to auto install the plugins. This had a error and said I should download the pulgins manually. Now the entire website doesn’t work and I only get this wordpress error on all pages.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘?’ in /home/travel/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/td_config.php on line 33307
I also have found no links in your documents on how to manually install these plugins as the theme said to. I can only assume it thinks they installed when they didn’t and now I have this error.
Server is on PHP 5.6, WordPress was 5.9 .x
I changed the PHP version on the server to 7.4 instead and now it just says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instruction” Same thing it said before without the parse error message.

created and install on another domain? I have a Newspaper license for that one as well.
Just installed theme. theme panel options are not saving. I deactivated cache plugin.
I bought the theme, uploaded it, and started working on my site. After about two weeks, one day I was working on the site and for some reason, I can not determine, all my changes were wiped out. I stepped away for a few weeks and tried to reinstall the theme. It does a partial reinstall, but when I try to load the plugins, they all fail. I am not sure if I got cheated out of my money, or if there is something I am doing wrong.
When I try to manually reinstatll the plugins, I keep getting the message “Could not create directory. /home1/elkgrews/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/”
Very frustrated given I was nearing completion, and all my work was wiped out, and then I cannot entirely reinstall the theme that I paid for.
If it cannot be resolved, can I receive a refund from Themeforest?
Please help.
when I installed the template with the data there was a menu with the news categories on the top that when you clicked or passed over the link it showed you the title with the photo of that category, I am working on our site now how can that be done like in the demo

What I can suggest is to use one of the fonts that you had uploaded in the theme panel.
6. Now when I checked the option for the unique articles was disabled -> https://i.imgur.com/uQ4e8g0.png but normally when that option it is enabled there should be no duplicate posts display at the first load of page (if you have infinite loading, pagination, then will appear duplicates when you use them).
I enabled the option and I made a few tests, but I didn’t cache that problem from the screenshot. I will make some more test on my install. Maybe the problem appears in different situations.

About the error, did you set from Gutenberg in some posts the comment element? If is so, then this can be the problem that you get that message (because there are two comment sections on the post).
Unfortunately, there is no system to convert the blocks in flex blocks.
There are two methods to move from standard pack to cloud.
1. You install a demo that it is pro, but before this please make sure that you have a full backup for the website and database, because the current settings will be removed.
1. You replace manually each element and template from the website, for example you replace each block with flex blocks and import cloud templates.

You are probably uploading the whole theme package. You have to upload only the theme zip file, not the whole package which contains other items

Thanks for the suggestions. We have tried both without much success (staging and subdomain). The size of the installation doesn’t help either. It is already north of 50GB, and as you would agree, things are moving slow with such tasks.
I will try removing the pagination features selectively and see how it’s going, and I’ll let you know.

Install the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates.
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.
