Hello. I need help asap. I installed the newspaper theme but I cant edit a page using the tagdiv composser.
When I clic the option to edit a page with “tagdivcomposser” appears the following message:
I dont utilize custom CSS. This has happened since the installation with nothing else installed so its not a plugin. However, Im using a site offline plugin so I am not disabling that since the site isn’t live yet.

You are probably uploading the whole theme package. You have to upload only the theme zip file, not the whole package which contains other items

Hello,
Please make sure that all theme plugins are installed (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard Pack if you are using standard elements). Most of the time one of the theme plugins is not activated.
Also, seems you use big grid block from tagDiv Standard Pack.

Normal, if you delete the tagDiv Cloud Library folder, then you can reinstall it from Newspaper> plugins.
Usually, this problem appears when you overwrite the theme and you do not delete the theme and theme plugins on theme update -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also, please make sure you do not have other extra plugins activated during the update, as this may interfere with the update process.

Hi, I bought the Newspaper them in November last year and I could not proceed for personal reasons. Now when I try to install the theme in wordpress I get “The link you followed has expired. Please try again.” But I keep on getting the same message.
Try: Newspaper – Plugins -Install (and Activate)
Brother, plz install and activate standard pack and TD composer plugin. Hopefully, it should solve your problem …

I’ve just installed the pre-built Travel website, I like it as a basis for my blog and would like to customize the layouts, but there are things I do not understand.
1)How do I get to edit the contents in the default sidebar? Or how do i create a new sidebar that retains the same style? In Blog and post template I can create a new sidebar, but there I can just type the name for it, where can I access and actually edit it?
2)How do I edit the single post layout? I cannot find a way to edit it, plus there is no matching layout that I can import from the Cloud library.

So, I have just installed a cache plugin and set that up. I have minified CSS and Javascript. But after that my header menu active/hover style broke. As you can see in the screenshot the green dot for the active menu item supposed to stay before the menu item. but It is showing on top of the text. How to fix this without deactivating my cache plugin?

When you update the theme to 11.3.1, make sure you have the latest version of the PHP, WordPress, theme and plugins. Check in the Newspaper -> Plugins and make sure the plugins are active. If you use default templates, then please install the Standard Pack plugin.

Since the upgrade of latest version. My mobile theme is not working even getting issue with amp pages. Getting this below error. Also, I have deactive, deleted, reinstalled plugin theme etc again. but it is not working.

Hi! We are building our website on the Parenting prebuild Newspaper theme, and really like the outlay of the prebuild newsletter sign up forms. Our website is currently under construction, and not available (only to admins)
I have read your documentation regarding newsletters, and I have installed the newsletter tagdiv plugin, choose mailerlite, have set up a mailerlite account, and created 2 embedded forms.
However: I dont understand how to use the mailerlite form AND use the prebuild newsletter form together.
If I add the embed code, the prebuild form is gone – which I want to keep
if I want to use the prebuild form, where do I add the embed code?
Should I add the mailer lite plugin?
Please advice how to proceed if I want to keep the prebuild forms as they are now

Previously I have updated my website from newspaper 8 to 10. Now I want to update from 10 to 11. Shall I update automatically via the theme panel or manually by uninstalling the newspaper theme and installing the fresh copy? As previously when I updated automatically my website crashed.
