I have WP Super Cache installed and have enabled Ajax Post View count in Theme Panel. I deleted cached pages in WP Super Cache. Still I see 1700+ views, “acquired” in 15 minutes.
I must be missing something.
In the element settings I have tried both “WP-PostViews plugin” and “Theme Post Views” as post views source. No difference.

unfortunately the theme can’t get a hang of the plugin “The Event Calendar”. I can customize the calendar as I want but when adding a new event, the whole page always shuts down and I receive an email with the following error:

The demo you have was builder using tagDiv Composer and cloud templates, therefore everything can be edited using the theme builder on frontend. The theme panel settings are normally added by tagDiv standard pack, please check if this plugin is installed if you have it, please disable, this brings old templates that are not editable on frontend with the builder.

No problem editing other “cloud templates” as header, footer, category, etc.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the theme but the problem persists.

I just checked the header and the logo is no longer there, it is possible that it was edited and by mistake it was deleted, or the header was replaced, or a plugin of the theme that was used is no longer there (for example tagDiv Standard Pack, if this plugin was used it can be re-installed from the Newspaper > Plugins section).

To make sure I have a proper understanding, If I install the child theme, do I need to install the child theme on all of these: single Templates + Modules + Headers + Blocks + Category template + Category top post style + Footer template ? As explained in this page https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
If the plugin that we customized is the optin builder, is it related to child theme to install so that if I update the newspaper template, I don’t loose everytime all the code?
Maybe can I share with you the credentials of my website so you have a look at the customization done on the plugin optin builder and you tell me if child theme solves the issue of newspaper template update?

App listings can be uploaded from this section – https://i.imgur.com/ITmp2i1.png similar to pages/posts. If you want to bulk upload you need to export a current list with the current format of APP Listings – https://i.imgur.com/jSMiezz.png edit the file with extra/new info and use the import option from tools to upload them on the website.
For more details please provide some screenshots and a link to the website were I can inspect the elements you mentioned.

I’ve a fresh install, wp + tagdiv newspapper + travel memories template
I try to remove the default sidebar for blog posts :
– Theme Panel / layout settings / template settings / blog & post templates – no sidebar
– from blog post : post settings / post template – from panel OR no sidebar
I refresh cache
And I still have this sidebar everywhere.
I haven’t installed anything else (except tagdiv composer)
How can I remove this sidebar?

However, in the project that I have installed on the local machine does not present the same and it is the same project on both computers both on the hosting and on my local machine, ie it is the same project on both sides. Also I am using the same pluging is both sides and on the hosting I get the error but not on the local machine.
How can I solve this problem on the hosting. I am thinking of copying the files from my local state to the hosting in case there is a corrupted file on the hosting that I don’t have in the local environment. Can I do it? Will this fix it? How can I fix this error?

I just installed Newspaper (literally) and was asked to install the required tagdiv plugins. I’ve got this:

Then, I have disabled all my plugins (via phpMyAdmin) and try to reinstall the plugins manually. It crashed again.
This is a brand-new website, brand new database, brand new everything.

I am a user of the Newspaper theme purchased through ThemeForest and have a question regarding the licensing terms for my project.
I am running a website on my main domain using the Newspaper theme. I plan to create a separate WordPress installation on a subdomain (already done) for a Kazakh language version of the same project. Both sites are part of the same brand and serve as multilingual versions of the same content.
Could you please clarify whether a single Newspaper theme license allows me to use the theme on both the main domain and the subdomain for this purpose, given that they are part of the same project? Alternatively, would a separate license be required for the subdomain installation?

Before the update make sure you have a full backup, after the theme is updated please make sure that also the theme plugins are all updated. Make sure that the tagDiv Standard pack plugin will also be installed (this can be installed from Newspaper > plugins), when everything is updated, make sure that you clean all cache, object cache and purge CDN.
