Hi, @fm92,
Have you tried to take the above steps?
Please deactivate the tagDiv Composer plugin, delete and re-install it again from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc clear all cache(also from your browser), and check if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hello, @bpistone,
If I understood correctly, you updated the theme, but during the update, you received a fatal error when installing the plugins, right?
This can be from the firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request.
Please before doing the update, disable the all extra plugins you use and try to make the update manually, this is a guide that can help you => https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin/
Also, if the problem persists, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, if you have shortcodes on the homepage, please make sure you have all tagDiv plugins activate.
In the future, please provide some screenshots with the errors, and how you see when are you logged.
Thank you!
Please we need a response from the administrator, I have installed the latest version of woocommerce but the site below crashes
Hello @RichardWachtel,
According to this message the folder already exists, you need to delete that folder manually using FTP/cPanel, after that install the plugin from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc
Thank you!
Hey
WP Super Cache shows error after installing
Error: Configuration file wp-content/wp-cache-config.php is missing. Please reload the page.

The file wp-content/advanced-cache.php was created by another plugin or by your system administrator. Please examine the file carefully by FTP or SSH and consult your hosting documentation.
If it was created by another caching plugin please uninstall that plugin first before activating WP Super Cache. If the file is not removed by that action you should delete the file manually.

Hi krekovich, usually, when this is happen in most cases it is from an object cache that can be from a plugin that you have installed or from your host. Please check this and if you can not find it, just make a test using only theme plugins and see if the problem persists.
Let me know the results!

Greetings @Bettina,
How are you? I hope all is well.
I de-activated, then deleted and re-installed and my site is still messed up.
The header is still off, the footer is improved a little bit and the mobile version isn’t working.
Can you help?
Thanks so much!

Hello!
It is strange, because we didn’t find this issue till now and how you described it should work well.
Sometimes, this kind of issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

hi.
I just bought ‘newspaper theme’
but I can’t find the folder you told below
(https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/)
your instruction said
“Select the Newspaper-tf/plugins/js_composer.zip file”
“Newspaper-tf > Plugins > Revolution Slider 5 folder. Select the revslider.zip”
but I can’t even find “Newspaper-tf” folder at my local computer
Where can I find it?
I downloaded your theme at “themeforest”, and there was no such folder.

Hello,
Please make sure that the theme install was done correctly
Install via WordPress -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Install via FTP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Also, please make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps; make sure that the theme is activated and you use an SSL plugin for HTTPS.
Also, if you have other plugins activate, please disable them and see if the problem persists.
If there is still a problem, please let me know, also provide some screenshots and some more details.
Thank you!
