Hello!
I’ve checked your website and see that your header is broken, not the News Ticker.
If you use the default template, ensure the Standard Pack is installed and active.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, you can not install two demos but can install their templates and customize your website. You can use a locker to hide some rows or post content.
The idea with multisite is better.
Thank you!
Hello Luca!
We can not control the plugin’s performance and speed. We only test its functionality with our theme. Some guides about it are here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos-prebuilt-websites/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please disable the AMP and tagdiv mobile theme plugins. AMP is deprecated as of January 2023-> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp so we don’t longer recommend it.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Guys I’d had loading trouble with my previous site (current authority site working on) and so in the spirit of trouble shooting I installed Newspaeper theme onto a new website installation and tested the speed test between having astra on there versus the Newspaper theme (Newspper Urban observer-which is one of my favourites) to see if the theme alone was causing the issue. And I was shocked!
Here’s what showeed: All I did to a new site installation was change the theme:
Astra 93 on the speed test.
Newspaper theme = 73 on the speed test.
I have about 12 posts on my website with the newspaper theme installed, and the speed test show 64. That is just terrible. When comparing apples with apples – it’s just doesn’t stack up.
So supoort team – what gives here – why is the comparison so significantly bad? I’ve only had to go through this process since identifying that with such a small amount of posts on a website – how could the load speed be so bad. And even though all my images have been compressed an super optimised, with 12 posts on the webiste this is the result that your template returns?
I’m not entirely sure if this really answers my question.
The question is actually very simple
1) I have a website that shows news and submitted messages
2) I want to expand the website with the possibilities of the plugins jobhunt and realestate
3) For example, I want to install the realestate plugin and give visitors the possibility to view a business space and possibly contact the real estate agent (the function of the plugin)
Can this be done safely without adjusting the functionality of the website. So realestate is a component that we want to show on the website and then perhaps the job function so that companies can post their vacancies on the website.
Or should I create a subsite for each plugin so that they don’t get in the way of the main website.
For example: In WordPress dashboard – the main menu categories remain the same as my old site (Home, Investment, Business Solution, Stories, Directory)
But on the newly installed newspaper template, it displays the main menu categories (News, Fashion, Gadgets, Lifestyle, Video) that don’t match with the one set in the dashboard
This is all text showed on my website – https://imagekit.io/public/share/KyrgyStars/5769e8d5fa8d2a96dd26172b354c04d5389a920b910f70b52000e47f1bf489b878ead826ac9179f7098b9a14f967eea6d979647be02a59eb0f3ed1187257d40c81eb84993c48a9325ab26d978813255d
I have spent 2 days and still cannot fix it
So I decided to uninstall the template and reinstall the new one
After I install the new template, the website layout and menu options look exactly like the template itself
Then I went to WordPress Dashboard, all settings remain the same as my old site.
Now, my question is, how do I match the new template to my old site?
I have deactivated WP Backery. I have used the Block1, Block2 feature to display posts and everything seems to work fine. Can Wp Backery be uninstalled?
Hello!
Thanks to the Cloud Library, you can use any demo’s layout on your website. The Cloud Library lets you install any section, page, or template from other demos. https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-use-tagdiv-cloud-library-templates/
Please note that it is not allowed to use a single template on the homepage. You should install a single template only on a single template and not on any other page.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features; please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hi We are working with The Newspaper theme withe the Downtown Magazine pro template. Our Website is called Kantoor.nl (What means Office in Dutch). At the moment we are looking at the Jobhunt and realestate plugins. And are wondering if its possible to install those plugins While using the Downtown theme. Would it than be possible to start a realestate and jobhunt element on the website. Or would this ruin our complete website?
Do I need to install tagDiv shop plugin? I can’t find woo… element
Hi,
Is it possible to add a block under my posts that displays four external products by pasting their URLs, without installing a shop plugin?
BR, Aldis
Hello!
Unfortunately, our theme does not have this feature, which is the same as what was presented in the video. You can use an extra plugin like https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/ or others with the same desired feature.
We do not have the option to take stories automatically. You can use a plugin like Web Stories or embed them manually. In the theme, we have some useful shortcodes to display other plugin’s shortcodes like “Column text” or “Text with title”. “RAW HTML” and “RAW CSS” shortcode can help you to add some code or style anything on the page. Also, our shortcodes has an option called Extra class, so you can write a class and write the CSS code easily.
Thank you!

Hello! I’ve just installed the Echoverse demo without any of the sample content and I have a few questions about the customization options.
1. How can I remove or replace the little bee logo next to the site title? https://imgur.com/31ZoGUk
2. How do I control which posts go on the different content buckets? For instance, the Media Activity and Herbal Harvest sections: how do I customize it so that posts with specific tags or categories appear in specific ones? https://imgur.com/AX1NrTO
3. Finally, is there a way to edit the colors of each content bucket?
Thanks for your help!
I’m stuck, trying to install the Social Counter plug in. Click on it and I get the sorry your not allowed. With one user, me, and one admin, me. So if i’m not allowed, who is?
I have seen this response on the forums but it does not make any sense
Replace the URL from????? From what to what?
Hello,
If you get a message like this“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” ,then you can solved this problem in this way:
go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme. If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin login (to can login in WordPress admin zone) and the license. We will take a look at the problem and we’ll fix it. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Hi,
Do you have the plugin installed?
Thank you!
Hello!
Yes, the Save button from Composer works now in the latest update. If you have the issue after the update, please deactivate and delete the tagdiv Composer plugin, clear the cache, and install it again.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m not exactly sure how you want the mobile version to look, but if you want the responsive version to appear, please deactivate the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin. Once you do that, the changes will show up, because right now I can see that you’re no longer using the mobile theme on posts.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use; for this , you need to convert the header and footer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd to edit with tagdiv Composer.
