This whole theme seem to be garbage.
When I install the plug-ins, it breaks the entire website. It won’t update the plug-ins, because it just says “ajax error” when trying to do.
Now I CAN’T EVEN DELETE THE THEME FROM WORDPRESS. When I hit delete it says, “Deletion failed: The requested theme does not exist.”
…BUT IT *CLEARLY* f***ing exists, BECAUSE I CAN STILL ACTIVATE IT…. It’s looks like a dogs ass, because not of the required plug-ins work without destroying the website.
So, doesn’t work, can’t by updated, and can’t be deleted.
What a total POS I got for my money. Supreme rip off.
hi, when i try to install a new demo, a massage saying ” Tagdiv importer detected an error. the importer will try to recover and continue to install the demo after you click ok on this dialog” appers and the demo dozsn’t insrall correctly, what should i do plz
When I install Classic Editor it solves the problem for posts and pages, but I still can’t update Cloud templates.

In order to fix the problem with tagDiv Composer, please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also I think that you want to use a sticky column -> https://tagdiv.com/multiple-sticky-sidebars/
Also there was some new implementations in them plugins, that make the theme faster, please disable tagDiv plugins, delete theme and reinstall the plugins from Newspaper > welcome section (you can install them one by one from Newspaper > plugin).

For the multi-langue plugin, Unfortunately we do not tested the polylang plugin with our website, you have tested only the wpml plugin, but this do not mean that you can not try polylang .

I currently have 10.2 installed,sorry but I cannot see the update for 10.3.4 is there an easy way to update to the new version? should I do this first, and then clear the plugins and cache.

Revolution Slider does not work or activation key is needed. I need to have a simple image slider on the category page. how do I do this? installed a smart slider that says ” Smart Slider 3 has integration with Gutenberg, Classic Editor, Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, Visual Composer, WPBakery Page Builder.”.. I insert its short code on the category template page in Raw Html, but nothing happens. How do I make a simple slider on a category page?

Pleas note that a free theme from wordpress do not has any functions and special layout, are very simple, this thing make them faster, usually these are only text and few images, a premium theme like Newspaper is build to make the website how you like.

For the second problem, usually the theme is disable only when is a plugin conflict or some code that is not working with our theme.

I have been struggling with making any changes to the theme panel in v9.2.2. I have looked at all settings, and de-activated the majority of my plugins.
I have decided to just upgrade to version 10 which I just purchased. What is the best way for me to apply v10 in place in v9?
Do I install it as a new theme (which has failed with “cannot find style.css file”) or overwrite the existing version 9?
I purchased the newspaper x theme, when i try to upload the theme i get a message that says

The mobile side of my site was working ok with just a few issues earlier today, so I decided to install the Mobile Theme and AMP plugin using your support documentation. Then the mobile site stopped loading completely! And when I try to deactivate the “tagDiv Mobile Theme” and “AMP” plugins now, it still won’t go back to loading.

All of this started 5 days a go.
On google page speed I was having 80+ on mobile and 90+ on desktop.
In this 5 days, I’ve tried to install some demos, I’ve tested them, trying different things .. i don’t like it so I am back to my “standard” configuration.
The issues is that now i have only 70+ on mobile and desktop, with the same “configuration” as before. I guess all started from installing different demos…
The most concerning thing is the index speed:
on desktop i have 4.2s
on mobile i have 8.9s (with AMP and mobile theme)
Some ideas ?
I’ve also deleted the cache and minified CSS/JS (I use WP fastest cache).

Hi! We’ve purchased the newspaper theme to build our website. We’ve first set it up as on a subdomain as stagging installation at http://new.whatareyoudoing.sg/.
We are done and ready to move it to the main domain at http://whatareyoudoing.sg/ but when we moved the site, the looks and settings that we’ve placed are all gone! it is basically back to zero. What is happening? Does this have something to do with license issues? We are technically using the theme in just one domain and using a staging installation first.
I hope you can help us with this issue. We’ve spent time adding our custom stuff there. Looking forward to hearing from you!
